I have read some posts here, but I haven’t found a solution so far. Attached are the versions of Adobe and the system software I use on my Apple MacBook Pro with the M3 Pro chip. I should mention that I am an absolute novice and would appreciate foolproof, step-by-step instructions to resolve the problem. Thanks in advance.

I've moved to a new coomputer and have reinstalled Acrobat but now when I try to save any PDF as a PDF/A I get an error message.  This is true whether I use 'Save As' and select PDF/A from the pulldown options or whether I go to Save As Other and select Archivable PDF/A.  It's the same result.  I have a screenshot of the error message but didn't want to upload it unless asked.  It basically says "Could not copy file C: [complicated Acrobat path that is not the saved document]; C: [complicated appdata path that is not the intended destination]. The parameter is incorrect."Any help?  If it fixes *either* method of creating a PDF/A I'm fine with access just to one but right now I can't make any type of PDF/A.  Thanks,  

Hello, Is it possible to edit a pdf while redacting it for inellectual property (I mean at the same time) ? Or are the editing and redacted tool fully separated ? Thanks for your help

Hi,I'm trying to cancel my trial subscription for Acrobat DC & I follow the link to cancel but it takes me to the login page & won't let me login. I've tried changing my password etc, but never lets me in!!

Zdravim, resim problem s podepisovanim dokumentu v Adobe Pro. Certifikat pro podpis vydan Postsignum. Operacni system MAC OS, pocitac deskotp Mac MINI. V klicence naisntalovan certifikat a vsude je jako "duveryhodny". Postupoval jsem dle navodu Adobe a pri vyberu podpisu, naslednem kliknuti na podepsani pri ukladani dokumentu hodi hlasku: Pri podepsiovani se vykytla chyba. Opravneni vyprane pro podepsani neni platne. Viz obr., a dokuemnt se nepodepise. Ten stejny certifikat mam nainstalovany na Mac Book Air a tam vse funguje. Nevite nekdo, kde by mohl byt problem s nastavenim? Dekuji, P. 

I just upgraded from the 2020 version and was able to link Acrobat to my SharePoint file location. I can open files from SharePoint in Acrobat, but cannot save files to SharePoint. From the Home menu, I can see my SharePoint folder and access files: But from the save screen, SharePoint isn't an option:If I choose 'Add file storage' there, it says my SharePoint folder already exists. How can I make it show up as a location to save to?

Help! I publish a newsletter and build my content using the Raleway font.  When I download the file to .pdf and open in Acrobat, any verbiage that was Raleway Bold font disappears/does not render in Adobe.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi There! I was wondering if anybody else has had printing issues since updating to macOS Sequoia? I am trying to print on my PIXMA Pro-100 and need to enter the page setup dialog to select borderless printing, however, since updating under the "Format For" none of my printers show up. I am using a Macbook Pro with Adobe Creative Cloud. My Adobe Acrobat Pro is running version 24.1 If anybody has any suggestions, I'd be happy to try them out.  Thanks!

Hello, How do i oranize the same pages on multple documents? I tried using Guided Actions but didnt have any luck. Does anyone know if this is possible to do without manually moving page 6 to page 1 for 500 documents? Thanks!

I am in the process of working on a few novels, a recipe book, a children's book, a teleplay, a screenplay, some personal poems some are laughable and embarrassing and some might be valid as songlyrics and some weird and whacky lists as well as some budget spreadsheets and a list of all the jewelry I own (costume junk - don't get excited, but still) personal opinions.... some very private stuff, and I just realized it's ALL saved onto the Cloud. I don't want it there. I want it private, on my own computer. I just tried to save a file for an idea for a Winter Solstice Menu. I am not a Witch. I like to eat and use any excuse possible to hold a dinner party. I am not Chinese and I have a CHinese New Years menu. I am not Jewish and have a Hanukah Menu... get it? Hi. I am having trouble working with Acrobat. I already removed it and reinstalled it. When opening multiple PDF files made in CAD and exported to PDF, the app simply crashes. I recently saw someone opening the same file in a considerably older computer; the file just flies.  Can you guide me so I can understand what exactly is happening in my computer?  Thank you 

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro and want to see how a form I created works using Adobe Reader but I am presented with a sign in request that takes me to Acrobat Pro. How do I get around this so I can see if a user with only Reader can fill the form?

Whenever I save a pdf file in Adobe Acrobat, it creates a PNG file as a biproduct along with a pdf file.  I wonder whether I have a setting somewhere in the app allowing Acrobat to produce a file in both formats, PNG and PDF.  If so, I want to turn it off.

Im not able to redact and sanitize or print from my adobe acrobat 

I am trying to open PDF files on my computer. Never had a problem before. Now since the latest windows update I can't opne Adobe acrobat on my computer nor can I open a saved pdf on my computer. I need these files and can't find a solution to help get them back. What do I do?

Up until last week, I was able to convert PowerPoint slides to PDFs. Now every time I try, I get an error. I've tried several different files to make sure the file I was trying to convert wasn't corrupted, but it still won't work. Also when I try to send the file to myself via email, I get an error. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Logging out logging back in. Restarting my iPad and phone. Nothing is working! HELP
