I have a PDF form that we use to collect information from people. When I click the prepare a form tool, the tool never enters all the text fields, radio buttons, etc. The form changes every time we use it so we cannot make a template to use over and over. We used to use a software called Nuance that worked great at this but Adobe Pro does not. Any thoughts.
Hi Guys, I have a small digital printing company and have been using Adobe software for 20+ years - I have had, and currently do have 3 paid CC subscriptions. For many of those years we have used a 3rd party Acrobat plug in for impostion of files - i.e. laying out multiple images onto a sheet for printing. Unfortunately, updates for this plug in has ceased and it doesn't work with later versions of Acrobat. The only available alternate options are very (very) expensive subscription based software that we just don't need. My issue is ... this plug in works great with all verions upto 11. I now need to rebuild a couple of PC's and need to re-install Acrobat 11 Pro to use this, and whilst I can install, it times out after 30 days. I don't have serial numbers available for these installs. So ... how can I fix this - more than happy to pay for a serial number(s), although as I have a full paid CC subscription, why can't I just add to my exsisting
Hello, I am recieving this error when I try to access my Scans or Document Cloud on my Adobe Acrobat Pro desktop app. I have tried restarting the app and computer as well as signing in and out of my account. Please advise. Thank you. image.png
I'm using Acrobat to compare files that have minor text edits. The files range from 100-300 pages. A 100 page file might have 8 text changes, but when compared to the edited version it might find 150 changes. It shows (the same) text deleted then inserted, images deleted then inserted, graphic elements deleted then inserted, all things that were not edited. I don't want to only check for text changes because I want to see if other things changed in each book, but these non"changes" are making it much more difficult to find actual edits and/or errors.I'm using version 2025.001.20997Hope someone can help. I wanted to fill a form so I was asked to go for the Acrobat Pro, but when I decided to upgrade I found out that the cost is above AED 115 monthly which I believe too much for someone who rarely edit PDF or use it for signing official documents.Why cant you introduce charges per usage of such facility? Or daily/weekly access for this privilage with minimal charges? I probably edit and sign PDF documents once every 2 months or so...I mean rarely use it for that purpose and I dont see it practical to pay this much for just using this feature once a month!Just wanted to drop this idea, and I am sure there will be high demand on it 🙂
Hello All,My version of Adobe Acrobat Pro has suddenly started to crash shortly after start up.The program will start but crashes after it automatically logs me in. I am thinking it is a license issue but I have double checked my subscription, uninstalled all of the Adobe apps with the clean up tool and reinstalled directly from my account page with no luck. Please let me know how I can attach the .DMP file. I tried but it says it is not a supported file format.Thanks!
We have come across issues where fillable forms created in InDesign and Word, exported as a pdf and remediate in acrobat pro are not having the fillable form fields read in JAWS and NVDA. These are new forms and old forms (forms that did work in the past). Looking for suggestions on what to do.
I have a particular Acrobat Pro use case wherein I need to sign an internal QA document that has several signature spaces (up to 8 per page). All of these are ~33mm in length, and line up vertically on each page, making them easy to locate for an AI logic. I might have 100 pages, so up to 800 signatures to complete, every week! Unfortunately, a signature must appear on each element, not just one per page, or one per document. My inspection process, which is internally validated and accepted, is to review all elements needing review and, if all pass inspection, then I go back and sign all of the signature spots. (If any elements fail inspection, they can be corrected and then the document reissued). The document basically affirms all elements have passed. This is a situation crying out for a bulk signing process that allows me, ideally, to use an Adobe encrypted digital signature to apply to all signature spaces at once. I have asked Adobe S
Hello,I have a very strange issue. My version of Acrobat Pro (25.001..20997) no longer recognizes tagged PDF documents/forms as accessible. I use the JAWS screen reader program on my PC to remediate and test PDF documents. When I open up a tagged PDF document now, Acrobat Pro recognizes I have JAWS installed on my PC, so it presents the "Prepare document for screen reader" dialog box as if the document is untagged. The document is clearly tagged, and running the accessibility check finds no errors. All PDF forms I have previously remediated and tested for accessibility exhibit this same behavior when opened in Acrobat Pro. Acrobat Pro does not acknowledge the presence of the tag structure. I am an experienced PDF remediator and screen reader user. I have fiddled with aall the Scrobat and JAWS settings to find a modification to resolve this issue, but nothing has worked. I am at a loss to understand what could be causing this .

I have absolutely no way of saving a document. Every time I try I get the message, "Attempt to call a method that has not been implemented" which makes absolutely no sense at all. I've read previous posts with the same problem and none of the answers helped me.Please, someone explain what the heck this message means and how to get rid of it.

Hello,In Adove Acrobat 64 unified version, when you are in reader mode, you cannot customize the toolbar. As soon as you login with a user that have either standard or pro account, it can be done. User in reduced mode aren't logged in any account. We do use the key bIsSCReducedModeEnforcedEx. I have a Creative Cloud Pro Individual plan. I would like to integrate Adobe Acrobat Sign with my company's CRM system. Is there a way I can upgrade literally just the Acrobat part to a Teams (Business) license that will allow the CRM integration?I don't need any of the other features that the Creative Cloud Pro for Teams (Business) license provides, just the Acrobat Sign integration with our CRM.

I'm wanting to create an Guided Action that will extract a single page from (a large number of) multiple pdfs. I believe the Extract Page should be found under Pages or Document Processing in the Actions menu, but I don't see Extract Page any where. Is it no longer a part of Actions? Is there another way to automate this? Thanks!
Hi All, I have a question regarding the "comments pane". Is there a way to resize smaller like the bookmark pane? I can enlarge it by dragging the edge to the left side but when I drag to the right it will stop to a certain point. Thanks,Giovanni
Good morning,I am currently using Adobe Acrobat Pro on Windows 11 (Version 25.001.20997.0) and have been experiencing persistent performance issues for several months.The application is extremely slow to open, and nearly every action results in a “Not Responding” message. This occurs when clicking the menu icon, opening files, and even when attempting to print. In effect, the program becomes unresponsive during almost any basic operation.I have followed all recommended troubleshooting steps found in Adobe support materials and online tutorials, including uninstalling and reinstalling the application. Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the issue.As an example, this morning it took approximately one hour to open and print eight small PDF files.I would appreciate your assistance in identifying the cause of this issue and providing a permanent solution, as this level of performance is significantly impacting productivity.Thank you! Apparently when I made my Adobe account I used my school email, but as a personal account. I couldn't figure out why I didn't have access to features (notably, being able to make a document OCR/searchable). My IT tech said logging in with school email --as school account-- should take me to our university's login and then I can access all the features via the school license. I get the login page, but my credentials don't work because that email is wrongly associated with a private account. How do I fix this? I am an educator/professor.
Hi! My company uses the Shared Review functionality in Adobe Acrobat, Version 2025.001.20997. One of our offsite colleagues connects to the network via VPN. When he clicks Publish Comments, the following message displays:mary_n_fingerlakes_0-1767989316691.pngHe clicks No and then the following mesage displays:mary_n_fingerlakes_1-1767989557332.pngHe is not sure how to handle these messages. My suspicion is that he should click Yes in the first dialog box since other reviewers may have the document open at the same time. Is there any way to avoid getting this message or is it standard when working in a shared review? I've read through some posts and found that VPN may cause issues with the shared reviews. I am not sure if that is what is happening here. Is this a known issue and if so, does anyone know of any workarounds? Any clarification or feedback would be very much appreicated. Thank you!
I am making a form with toggled check boxes. I see this stylish x on a lot of other forms but I am not about to find the font myself or replicate the same still with a check box. Please help. Check box.JPG
Windows 11 Acrobat Pro latest version. When I launch the app, it opens no problem, but within 10 seconds, the app freezes. It doesn't matter if it's just opening or I double click a PDF. I think Acrobat is trying to load something. After about half a minute or a little longer, the issue clears up and it's running like it should.Any ideas?
Hello, I purchased the subscription yesterday, my main goal is to protect the PDF file from being copied or converted back to PPP. so to protect it.I encrypted my file wit password and closed all options to copy/ edit/ print to be only with password.I tried to copy any text and it was not allowed, that's perfect. But I tried myself external website to convert the file from PDF into PPP and it is successfully converted the protected file from PDF to PPP. so this goal is not acheived. I see other people when secure their files, all external websites can't cover it to PPP and even te text is being like special chacters. how I can do it? thanks too much in advance
Hello,I am using Adobe Reader (the latest version) in the classic interface. I just switched to a WQHD+ Dell monitor and now the font is ridiculously tiny in the tool bar and menu items. I have Auto-Detect selected for "scale for screen resolution" and for "resolution" on the Page Display Preference Page, I have "Use system setting" selected. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.
