Hi, I am trying to cancel my free trail of Adobe Acrobat, and everytime I click cancel, it just gives me an error message. I have looked through the website and it seems there is no place I can contact support. How can it be this difficult to cancel a subscription? What do I do? Thank you in advance.

Hello,I’m unable to reach customer support via chatbot or phone, so I’m posting here in hopes someone can help.I accidentally subscribed to the Adobe Acrobat Pro annual plan, although I only intended to use it short-term. I believed I was signing up for a monthly, cancel-anytime plan. I no longer need the product and would like to cancel the subscription, as the annual fee is a significant financial burden for me.Since this was a misunderstanding and I only used the service briefly, I would kindly request a courtesy cancellation and refund without the usual early termination fee. Does anyone know what I can do? Thank you very much in advance.Best regards,L

Good Day Team, Please can you assist? Adobe Acrobat is not auto-closing; there always seem to be lingering background processes that leave the application open. When users try and open it does not allow them to open a new instance of Adobe. I have to manually go into the task manager and see for any lingering processes and close them. Is there a solution for this?

I'm asking Adobe Acrobat's AI assistant to help me by summarizing a document I sent, but when I send the question I get a red banner saying "some of the document's content, questions and/or answers violate user guidelines". The document talks about the Cold War period in Latin America, so obviously I'll have to use words like "Dictatorship, Victims, Regime, etc...". I'm a student of INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS, an Artificial Intelligence or is Adobe itself not capable of understanding that "controversial" subjects also need to be studied?

Hi Folks,I am having an issue running Adobe Reader. I recently set up a pro version for a friend and when i did my own adobe reader decided it was going to upgrade itself even though there was no account signed into it.I have uninstalled it and removed all the install files i can find on the hard drive however everytime I reinstall the free version of the software, it comes up saying "upgrading key features" and asking me to sign in and buy a plan rendering the viewer useless.Any thought on how to stop it self upgrading to pro? 

I have Acrobat Standard which supposedly has Bates numbering included. When I click on Bate's numbering, I get a pop-up box that states I need to purchase a license with Acrobat Pro. (see attachment) Is this correct? If not, I am thinking my only choice is to delete all Adobe products and try reloading the software. Any ideas? I have  VPN but turned it off to see if that was the hangup.

I’ve always been using Adobe Acrobat Pro together with my Brother MFC-J5740DW printer without any issues printing PDF files. However, since this week, I consistently get a generic error message whenever I try to print certain PDF files. A few important details:The issue occurs on two different PCs (one running Windows 11, the other Windows 10).It happens only for specific PDF files; other files print perfectly fine.The affected files used to print without problems until recently.When printing, the progress bar in Acrobat goes to around 85–90%, then suddenly jumps to 100%, and the error appears.The issue started at the same time on both machines, which suggests it may be related to a recent Acrobat update (no printer or driver updates were installed recently).The same files print successfully when opened in Google Chrome or other browsers, so the printer itself is working normally.  I’ve already tried all the standard troubleshooting steps:Restarting my PCRestarted and re

Our staff reported that Adobe PDF only print the first file after combined multiple .pdf files in Portfolio mode.Combine in Portfolio mode is required for auto-stable to work when printing in bulk.This issue was first found on last Friday 03-Oct and it is highly suspect that the new version 25.001.20756 update on 01-Oct is bad.Without the function of bulk printing pdfs in Portfolio mode, all workcard need to be manually stapled.As our operation involves print thousands of taskcards in daily basis, this seriously hold up our operations.

Hello All,  I need your help, Topic: signing PDF File in Acrobat using Digital Certificate on MAC Pro Computer Signing with Digital Certificate doesn't work; and it always give me: [the Credential selected for signing is invalid]... attached file. Attached is my Digital ID and Trusted Certificate as it is registered in Adobe Acrobat ... it seems all good; but i can't sign digitally or Certify any PDF file (even plain text letter).  I need your help please.

A few months ago I changed the subscription for my non-profit from a monthly Adobe Acrobat DC to an annual non-profit Adobe Acrobat Pro.  From the listing it appeared I was upgrading to a product with additional functionality, but that has not been my experience. After four calls to Adobe I learned the subscription was not changed but a new account was added.  It took another two calls to learn the non-profit account is a personal account and not an enterprise/teams account.  TLDR: I've been trying to figure this out for awhile unsatisfactorily. We use Acrobat to produce contracts which are signed by 4-5 people and have some fields filled by 2 of the signers and some pre-filled.  On my last call to Adobe I was told I could still do this but only from the Desktop App.  Upon trial and consultation with ChatGPT, what I've learned is that the personal Adobe Acrobat Pro account utilizes the cloud based Adobe e-signature tool which is not included in the non-pro

I have just purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard DC and am creating my first fillable PDF (using an existing Word document).  My issue is that I don't appear to have all the tabs on Text Field Properties box.  For example, I am trying to change the Date properties but it looks like I'm missing the "Actions", "Format", "Validate" and "Calculate" Tabs. Below is a screenshot of the Text Field Properties I can see:  But having done some research, I should see the below Text Field Properties:  Any help on how I can see these additional tabs would be great appreciated!

I converted a word document into PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro and all of the pages turned yellow. Does anyone know how to delete or turn off the yellow pages and make them just normal white pages? 

I have 98 pages PDF doc and trying to export it as a PowerPoint and gives me an error stating "The specified file could not be written to. It may be in use."It will create a PowerPoint file but once you open it, there is an error dialogue that states "There's not enough memory or system resources to start PowerPoint."Installed RAM in my system is 32 GB/ 64-bit System TypeI tried renaming the save file, re-starting/rebooting, make sure to app is open except Acrobat, saving the file on a different folder and NOTHING works.Anyone has a solution?

Since the lastest updates, every single time I want to use Acrobat from a different IP I have to sign-in and delete my same laptop from previous sign-ins. People working on the go in 2025.. like nobody does this, right? Absolutely shocking, who does this... RIGHT?!?! What kind of mouth breathing ape came up with this design? This is getting so annoying I am considering moving away from Adobe.If you hate your customers that much and want to make using your products as annoying as possible, congratulations, you achieved your goal. Oh and last but not least: if buying isn't owning, piracy isn't theft. No need to sign-in with those products.. 😉
