I had a option to selcect combile files in File Explorer for docs, but it seems to be disappeared.Last week I did a repair installation which actullay fixed the issue but now again combine file option is missingFYI, this is happening to 2 user one has adobe pro license and other has creative cloud all apps.Can you assist 

When we open a PDF that is already created in Hindi to edit it, as soon as we start editing and write our text in Acrobat Pro, all the Hindi matras (diacritical marks) get scattered, meaning they don't remain in their correct form. The matras that should appear before the letters end up appearing after the letters. When editing Hindi PDFs, the matras that get scattered don't get fixed and ruin the entire sentence. Please detect this problem and fix it. This problem has existed for many years and has not been fixed in any new updates. This is a well-known issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro where Hindi diacritical marks (vowel signs/matras) become misaligned or displaced when editing existing Hindi PDFs. The matras appear in the wrong position relative to consonants, making the text unreadable. This is typically due to incorrect Unicode rendering or font encoding issues in Acrobat's text editing engine for Devanagari script.

I have combined several pages into one pdf Binder.  Although all the pages were built on 8.5 x 11 inch paper, inside the combined pdf they are different sizes on the scree.  How can I achieve continuity between all the page sizes?

Trying to create a submit button in Acrobat DC but cannot find the button tool which should be in the prepare forms toolbar.  It's not there...

We’re currently experiencing an issue affecting several users this morning. A persistent error message appears stating: "AdobeIPCBroker.exe – Application Error" This dialog box cannot be closed and is preventing us from rebooting the affected machines. To troubleshoot, I’ve already taken the following steps:Uninstalled all Adobe productsRan the Adobe Cleaner ToolRemoved leftover Adobe directoriesAttempted to reinstall Adobe Acrobat using multiple methodsSFC Scan and Chkdsk Unfortunately, the reinstall fails regardless of how the installer is downloaded or executed. Any guidance or escalation support would be appreciated 

Over the past few days, when I select "Automatically Tag PDF" from the Accessibility menu, graphics and sometimes images within my document are changing shape. I've included one example. I have successfully used this feature for the past couple of years, but I only recently started experiencing this issue. All documents are initially exported from Canva as a Standard PDF. Any insight or suggestions for fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

(I am sorry that I am writing in English.  I am still learning German.) I need to redact documents.  I have a trial for adobe acrobat, which includes the ability to redact.  When I select "redact" from all tools, I get directed to create an account or start a trial with Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I checked and I am definitely logged into my account. I can't redact documents on the desktop app, because I am working on Ubuntu. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I have a file with 130 pages. In 54 pages, there is comments. Can I print just the pages with comments?  

My saved jpeg files that I use for presentations no longer scroll smoothly while using the touch screen on my Surface Pro and remain static unless I access the pan tool and then enable the scrolling tool every time I reopen the file. I have done nothing in the settings to cause this and it started happening 2 weeks ago . I even tried restoring an older adobe version. Same issueAny suggestions??

Hello, I need to calculate the day number in the year (‘quantième’ in French) from a date entered by the user in a Date field. Problem: my client is in the French West Indies in the UTC-4 time zone. At my location (in France, UTC+2), it works correctly, but at my client's location, there is always a one-day less in the result obtained by my script. Does Acrobat JavaScript take into account the time zone set on the user's computer?Or have I made a mistake elsewhere? We didn't ask for this, we don't want this. I was forced to resort to disabling "new" or something, I can't go back now to even see what I did or undid. The point is we don't want AI forced on us. If you want to give us the option to enable it, fine. But that's it. Repeat: STOP FORCING AI ON US!

Hey Guys,Whenever I open a file Acrobat DC, print screen pop-ups. Even though I am sure that I did not click on the print button. It is really frustratiing espacially when I open multiple files. How I can reset these settings and fix the problem?Thanks in advance.

I am looking to see if Acrobat has a Preflight profile for analyzing a pdf to determine the percentage of area covered. What I mean by this is if I have a file that only contains black and white imagery, I want to find the what percentage of the entire page contains black. I know that Enfocus' Pitstop Pro has this feature and I have been able to successful gather this information, but I am curious if Preflight has a similar profile. I work for an OEM and we are trying to put together a guide for our customers to determine low/medium/high print coverage for estimating job costs if they don't already have Pitstop Pro or don't want to purchase it.  I've attached examples of the file and the Pitstop Pro Report that I am looking to achieve with just Preflight in Acrobat.

I just upgraded my compute and need the updates for Acrobat 9 Pro. All the "answers" point to ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/9.x/. But when I download the very first update, it tells me I don't have it installed or the version is wrong. It looks like all these updates are for standard not pro.

How do I set all my PDFs to enable scrolling by default in Acrobat Pro? In Version 2024.005.20421 | 64-bit, I need to go through these steps for every PDF, which is extremely annoying as the keyboard shortcuts do not work in my version of Acrobat and so I need to go through 4 clicks for every new PDF:   Menu | View | Page DisplayClick Enable Scrolling Also, how do I toggle between the arrow and the hand tool / pan tool in Acrobat Pro? There used to be a simple select icon in Acrobat X Pro but it seems to have been removed in Acrobat 2024. Finally, how do I get messages emailed to myself? I tick the option to enable messages to be emailed to me but they never are.

I have a date field on my form, called RaffleDate. It is formated as d/m/yyyy. Dear all,I only noticed it recently. When I save a Word document to PDF, it seems that the font spacing of certain words change somewhat. I'm pretty sure it's not Word's fault. The spacing is fine in Word. Also, I have stripped the font formatting in Word and tried again, but the problem persists.I've uploaded a screenshot here - http://www.box.net/shared/oncje9l3bzsgq7j2ky8b. (When I try to upload to Adobe Forums, the upload times out).On the left is the text in Word 2010. On the right is the PDF produced.The spacing for "adherence" and "unsurprising" has quite obviously changed.Any ideas what's going on?Cheers,Jay

When in acrobat reader, I was abe to select a text (word) by double clicking and then ctrl-c for copy and then select the highlighter in the dropdown menu and I was good to go, now for some reasong as soon as I ctrl-c to copy the dropdown menu disappears? What changed?

I have a document that was created in Word 2016, which uses the Word multilevel list tool to create numbered lists (3 levels to the list, with 1., a., and i. as the numbering format). The list levels are associated with a style. I'm using Acrobat DC (both the plug-in and the Distiller) to convert the Word document to a PDF, and am running the accessibility tool to ensure it is accessible. When I do, all the numbers come up as errors under "other elements alternate text," and a look at the Tags Panel shows that when the document was converted, the numbers were interpreted as images rather than as text. Other reading I've done indicates that these numbers can be included in the text of the list element for accessibility.Is there any way to prevent these numbers from being interpreted as images in conversion? Using another authoring program isn't an option, and I'm new at trying to make PDFs accessible.

Hello, Since about 2–3 weeks, Adobe Acrobat Pro has become very slow when opening any kind of PDF, and it quite often crashes.I noticed that this issue only occurs when I have an active internet connection: With internet ON → opening is very slow, sometimes leads to crashes.With internet OFF → PDFs open instantly, as before. Important details: All the files I open are stored locally on my computer.I tried repairing and reinstalling Acrobat Pro and even Creative Cloud → no improvement.I also tried installing older versions → no improvement.I run latest MacOS versions Could someone please help me with this issue? Thanks in advance!
