Hi there I have been having issues when scanning pages and insereting jpeg drawings into adobe, sometimes it says out of memory and everything crashes that is open sometimes i have to reboot the PC.

I just reinstalled my Windows 11 24H2 and then Adobe Acrobat afterwards. I installed latest printer and scanner drivers from Kyocera and now I have an issue.Whenever I try to scan something with Adobe, it adds duplicate pages nonstop. I also tried to scan with scanner interface option but it prompted a menu which cannot be closed. Acrobat version is 2024.005.20320 x64  

Starting the other day, my computer at work crashes whenever I open a PDF and then open the page preview pane. It will start consuming more and more memory and then finally freeze up the mouse and the desktop will go black before finally crashing the entire computer and giving me an error in Event Viewer saying that Acrobat consumed all the virtual memory. I have 64GB of RAM and my virtual memory was manually increased to 128GB, but that doesn't help. I wasn't having this last week, but there was a Windows update over the weekend and that is when this seems to have started.

Discussion for Acrobat Sep - 2025 Release

I'm on Windows 11 with all current updates. Whenever I exit a browser window (Microsoft Edge) Acrobat has started launching an empty window. It doesn't even say that it's an Acrobat window, except that it has a little "Home" icon on it, and when I click that, a normal Acrobat window pops up. It just started doing that this evening. I tried doing a system restore to a time before it was happening and nothing changes. So I think I must have set some obscure option somewhere, but I have no idea where to look. Any suggestions?

Hi there,I am trying to put the function of “Send a copy” button in Adobe. This is a screenshot from google .  However I don’t have this button. This is Adobe Acrobat pro version. I tried to update it but it is not working.Do we have any workaround of bringing the option? 

We have encountered an issue in recent weeks where after tagging table cells as TH and TD in word or in a PDF document,  all cells revert to TD after autotagging the document - and it won't let you amend either using the Table Editor function or on the Tags Tree. Anyone else encountered this issue? If so, is there a way to fix it? It seems as if the Autotag settings have changed recently as this didn't happen before.

I am normally able to use my Adobe Acrobat convert tool to convert web pages I get via Google into pdf format on my desktop 'File Explorer' folders. Suddenly I can't do this.

When opening Google Chrome, it automatically opens a blanck instance of Adobe Acrobat (outside of Chrome) I've changed settings in Chrome to not Automatically open but it keeps popping up. All searched tell you to change preferences to stop a pdf automatically opening, but this isn't the case, there's no pdf opening, just the program itself. Any tips would be appreciated.Cheers

HelloAfter upgrading to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (25.001.20630), I noticed that my signature image appears blurry, grayish, and discolored when viewing signed PDFs. This issue did not exist in previous versions, and the same PDFs display correctly in other viewers like Edge, Foxit, and Sumatra.Here are some details:The signature was created using the Therdpart tool.Printing the document also results in poor image quality.Disabling enhanced security settings did not resolve the issue.Is this a known issue with the latest Acrobat version? When exporting Lao and Khmer PDFs to Word, the ligatures appear to break and the text becomes unreadable. Here's an example: PDF: Exported Word doc: This happens in all fonts for these languages. I've been able to find virtually nothing about the cause of this online, except perhaps that the ToUnicode map (whatever that is) isn't being embedded in the PDF when it's exported from InDesign. For reasons I won't get into here, I absolutely have to have these documents in Word, as well as being fully accessible PDF forms with matching layouts. I'm grateful to hear from anyone who's experienced anything like this.

Hello all,I came across this while checking my programs installed. I have been having issues opening some PDF files from a Cloud service (BOX.com), after double-clicking the file Adobe Acrobat would open (the program) but it will not show the file I just opened. Now checking the installation is it using up 55GB of HDD space. any ideas or solutions of this, it is very abnormal for a simple adobe installation. How do I clear up this amount of space without uninstalling.Please let me know any reasons and solutions.Thank You all,

Hello there I have an old book which has been photocopied and converted to .pdf.The problem is that each page (a double page indeed) occupies a small portionof the whole page.Therefore when I try to print it, remains very small and almost impossible to read.The solution would be to enlarge each image (each page indeed).I don´t know how to do it. Hello, I had to reload my Windows 11 on to my ThinkPad P1 Gen 3.  After the reload I downloaded my Adobe Acrobat Pro 11 from my Adobe sign on using my perpetual license key.  I then had to register the program on my system.  I would have thought that the download would have done that but.  After that was done I could again see the Adobe and Save as Adobe listed on my Excel and Word docs etc. But when I clicked on the "Save as Adobe PDF"  I get this popup:    Adobat PDFMaker   Unable to find "Adobe PDF" resource files.  "Acrobat PDFMaker"  You must have Administrator priveleges to install these files.  Please contact your local system administrator.    1.  I own the program, so I would think I am the admin.2. I tried to access tha Admin Console and I am not allowed.Help!      Regards,   Gary Huber

I was hoping someone could help me with trying to delete specific objects that are text from multiple pages of a PDF.  They are essentially Batch Stamped numbers at the top right of the page.  I could manually delete them by using Edit PDF > selecting the object and hitting delete or go to the Content Pane in the navigation area and finding each object there and deleting but if it's thousands of pages, I don't to go to each page to do that.  I played around with Preflight and created a fixup but there were times were it removed more objects than expected and I couldn't tell what it removed.  So I have a few questions. 1.  Is there an easier way to just find all the Form XObjects > Select them then delete? 2.  If I do use Preflight Fixups, is there a way to specify a specific Font name?  I tried to type just Arial but it doesn't work, if I remove the font name criteria, the text size and TrueType checks work.  You can see the prope

On my computer Acrobat is installed in the Creative Suite, but all pdf's only open in Acrobat Reader. I don't even get the choice or option to open either in Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Pro. Whenever I open a pdf I can only chose to open in Acrobat (no specification Reader or Pro) but it eventually opens in Acrobat Reader. I even tried to delete Acrobat from my Creative Suite but that didn't succeed either. I really don't know how to reach to my Acrobat Pro which should be available in my Creative Suite. What should I do to activate it on my computer?     Subject edited. Was "How to install Acrobat Pro with Creative Cloud"        

Ich kann mit AC pro nicht arbeiten, obwohl angeblich ein Abonnement besteht. Wenn ich z.B. "Text bearbeiten" auswählekommt der Hinweis , daß ich AC pro kaufen oder Testversion buchen soll. Wenn ich dies anklicke kommt der Hinweis siehe unten.  

Hello everyone, I hope there is a solution to this. Whenver I am hovering over any text in acrobat I get a pop-up message under the text. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get this off, nor have I ever had this issue before. I hope there is a simple fix!

I don't use Adobe Acrobat to create anything, except for when I need to edit existing PDFs. I *do export* files from Illustrator though. That being said, I need to edit a PDF within Adobe Acrobat because it allows me to create custom forms with editable fields. So I wanted to add a couple of lines to existing fields.  No matter how hard I looked, the Draw Line tool (or other drawing tools) is nowhere to be found. It seems that Adobe moved these tools to Adobe Express. Say it isn't so, as that app is a nightmare.  Can someone please show me where I can re-access the Draw Line tool when I Edit PDF? Thanks.

Clicking the "Preflight" button in Print Production mode just produces a message saying:"Preflight is getting installed. Please wait to use this tool."The first time I did this a little icon showed up next to feedback, help etc. indicating that something was happening. Eventually this said there was an error and Acrobat installation would be retried.Now, no such thing shows up. Seemingly nothing happens at all other than showing that message. It's been 30 minutes so I really doubt it's a matter of impatience.I have tried repairing Acrobat installation, and uninstalling/reinstalling through the Creative Cloud app to no avail. Any ideas on how to install/launch the Preflight tool?
