Why does the support page lead me in circles when I try to contact a "real person"?

Hello, I have been posting in the InDesign forum for years and the last time I posted was a day ago. When I came back yesterday, all of a sudden, I received the message saying I am not allowed to access this site (please see attached jpgs). I have to create a new account with new email address in order to keep posting in the forum since I do have an open question pending for replies. I would like to know why was I being blocked and is there a way I can contact the site moderator to get an explanation? I have not posted anything that was against the rules whatsoever. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge and even from my mobile, all have the same messages. Any suggestions/comments are much appreciated.   

On Windows 10 64-bit with google chrome. When I snap my browswer window to 1/2 screen, the Cancel and Post buttons stop working.  When I make Chrome full screen, the Post button starts working. Please fix the community.adobe.com website.

I have my profile preferences set to view 50 search results per page, but I am still seeing only 10. I also tried the instructions from this prior post, but it doesn't change anything.https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/i-want-to-see-more-search-results/m-p/10793748 This is extremely annoying. I use Windows 11.  

When attempting to upload a .ai file alongside a post, it gives an error that the file extension does not match the content, and the file is automatically deleted. The file used was last saved in Adobe Illustrator v28.5, on the latest update as of this post's creation.  

Whatever happened, this was never my setting. For some obscure reason, the community software decided that my setting should be German. I never had German as an Interface language, and currently I'm in France, so the setting can't be derived from my location. (I'm normally not located in Germany neither, even that I could be for temporarily sometimes).

A few days ago to a week ago I posted a question on how to get rid of  "Missing seams on hard edges" erroralong with several screen shots showing the problem.To day I opened this link on my iPad and thougt I saw several responses with the solution, when I grabbed my tablet for a better look it went away and I can't fint it again.The only posts I can find that I posted had dates of nine years ago and a solved noe more recent.Did I vailate a guideline (I have read them and I don't think I even came close), or should I repost to the community?

Hello, I have been a member of the community for several years. I am most active in the Photoshop Elements community, but also participate in the Photosop Ecosystem and Acrobat communities. Today, the navigation of ANY page is screwed up! When I click on a topic to read, it now takes TWO CLICKS on the back button to go back one page. This is really annoying. I've not had any updates, changes, or additions to my PC that might be causing this. Please fix it! 

@Kevin-Monahan    why delete a post that should probably have been moved and answered?  eg, hundreds, if not thousands, of times each year, i move posts from bug subforums because there's no bug.

I just posted a polite question in which I pointed out that Adobe's description of their organizer was misleading since the link says it organizes images but the program actually imports videos and audios as well by default, thus slowing down my system to a crawl.  Instead of politely answering my question, MichelBParis fires back with a reply that begins: "WRONG!"  That's just plain rude.  As the link below shows, I am not "wrong" about how Adobe describes the Organizer on its link. This is why I hate to use Adobe forums, because you never know when a rude know-it-all is going to try to make the question poster out to be a moron. If they don't want to answer questions politely, please kick them off your forums.I

Hello,For a while now (perhas a few year), that I'm unable to edit my post in Apple Safari, only in Google Chrome.Mac OS 125.7.4; Safari 17.4.1 When I click the 3 dots and then click on "Edit" nothing happens. I thought it may have  to do with the popup window and although I didn't get any error mesege, I change it in Safari's prefs but no change. Any idea why? Thank you,Shlomit

Lately I've been seeing more user avatars than usual that seem to be of the wrong gender given the user ID.  For example, a poster with a male sounding username used the avatar below.  Call me closed-minded, but this avatar seems female to me:     I'm not prejudiced about gender identity, not in the least.  I am not critical of men with long hair or women with short hair - more power to them.  And I'm certainly not criticizing any user's choice of avatar.   I've seen several that seemed wrong in the other direction as well recently - male looking icons with usernames that were clearly female.  These users were all new users.   What I'm wondering, since I'm sensing an increase in the number of icons that seem to identify the wrong gender, is whether there might be a forum software glitch that may be automatically assigning avatars from the canned set to new users incorrectly.     Have you noticed this?  Or am I just being ove

I'm a regular poster in the Adobe InDesign forum.   I can see the discussions in other forums (e.g., Illustrator) but when I 'm in the InDesign forum and  I click om the Discussion tab none of the current discussions appear.   I've tried clearing my Safari browser cache, and I've tried using the Firefox browser and neither of those suggestions work.   I'm looking for suggestions to solve the problem.    

This app upgrade is terrible. Why has everything changed.  It used to br very user friendly, not anymore. Ugggg

Not sure if anyone else is seeing a slow down in connecting with Adobe Community Group?Has always been slow connecting on my end.  This is on all of the groups not just Photoshop Eco. I know it is not my connection as this appears to be the one site where it is slow to connect. I am using latest version of Chrome (Ver. 123.0.6312.59). Also speed test indicating ~300 Mb/Sec.   

Why for no reason frames turn black in the timeline?

My adobe is stuck. There is a big white squaree with a part of a circle in the middle. Wont move if I try to delete it. Just stays there. I tried to do The control Function escape but that doesnt work. thankskit

Ich habe vor einiger Zeit mal auf einen Beitrag geantwortet zu dem Thema Adobe Photoshop Scetch. Den habe ich mir heute nochmal angeschaut. Ich habe aber leider keinen Zugriff mehr darauf, um den Beitrag  z.B. zu ändern oder zu löschen. Für mich sieht es auch so aus, als wäre an dem Beitrag etwas geändert worden, da mein Englisch eigentlich besser ist. Rechts oben in der Ecke ist ein Schloßsymbol zu sehen. Was hat es damit auf sich?  

Hi,On most pages the breadcrumbs are appearing, but as it happens in some pages for some reason they are not. The HTML setup look similar to the ones that have, and they are both included in the ToC. I will approciate any guidence on how to solve this issue.
