In the Robohelp 2020 and 2022 project files, after generating output there is a files or output duplication in the Asset of output folder in the name of download. Why? Find the Attached GIF for referance.Please provide the solution....

Hello, My team has the latest version of RoboHelp (2022.1.188). We also have Acrobat Pro 2022.003.20322.All of a sudden, when we create a PDF of one or more topics in RoboHelp, the PDF has this at the top of each page: "Created with RealObjects PDFreactor(R) Evaluation Version | https://www.pdfreactor.com"We didn't install PDFreactor and we don't want it. We tested other programs like PhotoShop, Outlook, Word, etc. and no other program is doing this except for RoboHelp.After searching around, we see that RoboHelp and Adobe "integrates PDFreactor into RoboHelp."We don't want to use this way of creating PDFs and have this disclaimer at the top of each PDF page! How can we return to regular use of PDFs with Acrobat and not PDFreactor?Thanks!Alexandra

I'm trying to set up GitHub and RoboHelp to work together, and as it always happens with RoboHelp, it doesn't work normally. I set up a connection profile, but nothing happens when I select Collaborate/Add Project/Profile name. Has anyone been able to set up this feature?)

Hello everyone,I'm having trouble setting up the DeepL API in RoboHelp 2022 (Update 5). Despite entering the correct information, I keep getting an error message saying the credentials are not valid.I've contacted DeepL support, and they confirmed that RoboHelp is not on their list of supported CAT tools. However, Adobe RoboHelp 2022 has provided the option to integrate DeepL since Update 1.I'm at a loss and not sure what to try next. We've also attempted to enter the API key in the format (api_key=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) without success.Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?Thank you very much for your help.

I have this one file (even if I make a copy of it) that will not generate.    It's not marked with a topic level tag to not publish. I've checked the log file and the file (and the copy I made) say they are "updating...", but they never have a "finished updating..."    Anyone know why these files are not generating?   There are no errors in the log file.   Just no "finished". Any clues would be helpful.   

I have been working with RH Classic for a long time, but only recently with PDF output in RH 2022:My 1st problem: internal links to paragraphs of the project do not work in the PDF output. It works fine in the frameless output. I activated the option for Tagged PDFs in the PDF preset. Is there another setting in the presets or in one of the PDF templates? And the 2nd:  I can't find the place in the PDF presets where I can activate page numbers in the footer. (I can't find the footer and header settings at all). Does anyone know more?

The default colors for the index, glossary, and search in the Charcoal Grey skin "tablet" format are unreadable. The background is white and the font colors are light (see below). I have looked through all the settings and can't find a way to change this. Modifying the font colors and background color in the skin only affects the desktop layout. Is there any way to change this?  

I am running Robohelp 2019 and recently had it reinstalled on my computer because of an issue with our antivirus software. Since the reinstall I've lost the Output Presets in one of my projects. When I try to load a new one I get an application error message and no presets populate the list. However, when I look in the Publish folder in the project source files I see the previous presets and new preset listed. Is this something that can be fixed with an update or patch or is it possible that there is some kind of error in one of the project files?  Thanks

I'm at a loss and I don't know what to do at this point. I will try my best to be succinct in what I'm dealing with. I am using Robohelp 2019 and have a large project I've been trying to build for the last several months. Almost all of the topics are imported HTML files. At first things were working fine but then I started to encounter the issue of the program not completing the publishing step and getting stuck when it's Indexing References. When this happens the wheel keeps spinning and the publishing process never ends. The manual actually gets fully published and I can open it by accessing the Outputs folder. However, the search feature doesn't work since the program gets stuck indexing. It's important that the search feature works for this project. I've gone through previous discussions on the topic and most of the time have able to successfully pinpoint the corrupted files, delete them, and fix the problem. Using RoboHelp 2017, I was able to specify PDF & Word outputs; the PDF automatically had a cover page and a ToC. I can't figure out how to do this in RoboHelp 2022.Can anyone? thanks in advance,Lon

Hi everyone, I am using RoboHelp Version 2022.4.179. I have an older generated HTML file where a hyperlink is not working, although it presumably worked before my tenure. I also have newer versions of the project files. When I copied the older project files to a new folder, the hyperlink worked. The same applies to the newer version, but my focus is on the older version. I cleared the cache by running the HTML for the older version of the project in a Private window on a different browser. How can I get the hyperlink to work on the older version, which is also available to the public?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,Would someone be able to help me resolve this issue? In Adobe RoboHelp Classic 2019, v14.0.11.0, though I removed an existing topic and added a new one in its place, after CHM generation, I could still see a portion of the old topic's title appearing under the search list. However, the topic title name changed in the navigation pane or the CHM TOC structure. I have rearranged the browsing sequence to suit the newly added topic. Thanks,Anand

Hi,I am currently using Adobe Robohelp version 2022.5.28.Can I download only content filtered by the Dynamic Content Filter in Robohelp? My RoboHelp has many topics, and the entire RoboHelp content in PDF format is about 300 pages long. So the ability to print only relevant topics defined by the Dynamic Content Filter would allow me to have smaller PDFs of about 30-40 pages. Thanks in advance for your research and advice.

Hi folks, I just recently set my RoboHelp Frameless Output to a new start page - but it is not working. My original start page is "index.htm". I changed it to "Welcome_to_PartsWatch.htm". This did not work. What did I do wrong? My "default topic" is also "Welcome_to_PartsWatch.htm"

Hi everyone, We have switched from RH2015 to RH2022.5.28 and are now looking forward to using RH as our only source for maintaining our content. We have been using both Word and Robohelp ever since... However, we have problems generating Word output from Robohelp. Exporting our RH content to Word creates a corrupt file that has to be recovered. The recovered file does not use our defined styles. Does anyone have any idea why the Word output is corrupt and what we can do about it?Additional questions:- Do the styles in Word and the styles in Robohelp need to be named the same in order the be mapped?- Is there a guide for creating templates (headers, footers, cover pages...) you would recommend?Thanks a lot in advance.

AllI am a Sr technical writer and have used Robohelp before and  starting a new project and with Robohelp. The current technical writer I will work with selected it and is on different projects but same division she did not explain why she picked it I don't understand why she selected it because this is a manufacturing company and they do not have any associated software applications.The question i have is why? I love the tool but how is it as a stand alone and why generate on-line help? What are the pros and cons? Thanks

Is there a way to make the font size different between 2 topics that use the same snippet? I've noticed that typically you need to set the font size for the snippet, but I want to use the same snippet on two different topics, but want the font size to be different.

Hello,I am new to Robohelp, taking a project over from an ex-colleague. All seems to be going reasonably well, except I cannot seem to get the FM index into RH.   I have read messages indicating if the index.htm file does not show up in the RH content folder there is a problem, and I will agree with that statement - the index.htm does not show up in the content - but how do I get it there?   Any and all help appreciated.Barbara Dumas

Hello, I have a new company laptop (Dell Precision 5690 with Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise) and I have been trying to install Robohelp 2022. It is part of my plan (Creative suite and technical suite) and it still works like a charm on my old computer. I have been able to install the Creative suite apps on ly new laptop without any issues.  But when I go to the 'others' tab (where I supposue the Robohelp could be) I get this error: I also tried to download the 2022.4.0 installer from the Robohelp downloads page (Download Adobe RoboHelp and RoboHelp Server). When I unzip and install as a normal user, the installation stops at 5% and gives me error code 127. If I run the installer as administator, I immediately get the message that the installer is corrupt. My IT support has been looking into the issue, but don't seem to find a solution...  Any ideas here what could be wrong? Thanks!  Machteld  

Hi,I recently upgraded from RH 2022.3 to Rh 2022.5. When I open a project in RH 2022.5 that was originally created with 2022.3 I receive a notification that the project will be migrated. I proceeded with the migration by accepting the dialog, and so far, everything seems fine - except for one issue:There should be new options available for the page properties of a PDF page layout templates (such as page size, orientation, layout, background, and footnote) but they are not showing up. Only the stylesheet option is availabe, just as it was in Update 3.Interestingly, when I create a complete new project all these options are available.Additionally, when I switch to the HTML view and simply copy the meta information from the new project (e.g. <meta name="page-style" content="size:A1 portrait;" />) to the migrated project, it works. So, this could serve as a work around. However, it would be great to have these options available in the UI of a migrated project as well.Does anyone
