Im using Robohelp 2022.2.22. Sometimes when I have bullets in a topic they change to numbers in the pdf output. Is there a setting that may be forcing that? Also, font sizes sometimes don't stay consistent with the numbers and the content directly next to them in the output.

We currently have some pdf's that have bookmarks to external files using a url e.g. https://externalsource/PDF_files/file_abc.pdf. We are changing where these files are located and need to update all the bookmarks to be e.g. https://externalsource.com/PDF_files/file_abc.pdf. Is there way to do this in bulk per pdf file or even bulk over multiple files at a time? Once the update is done we would need to remove the javascript from within the PDF for security reasons...potentially. Open for suggestions on other ways to do this in bulk. Sorry if this is a silly question.  

Hello Team,  I am currently using RoboHelp 2022 and have RoboHelp's Orange skin as part of my Frameless template.  I am facing following issues, Unable to reduce white space between panes.  left and right tab resize is not being responsive Clicking Collapse icon on left is hiding text Even after collapsing output is not responsive Also, how can I protect from unauthorized access of my help pages?

Team,With Windows application (C#.net) browser implementation  the drop downs added in content are not working when java script (.csh) file in Templates folder is deleted.  

I have donwloaded trial veriso of RH2020. On generating an output it gives a warning message in logs " Skipped copying external file. I had inserted video with a link in two topcis. Can anyone suggest anysolution to solve this issue or a relvant reason? Thnaks 

I have seen discussions about this here but no solutions. I'm wondering if anyone can advise, other than to say contact Support, as that does not seem to garner a solution either. I have four seperate RH projects, all created by me on the same local drive on the same version of RH. For two of these projects, I am able to generate Word output without issue. I have several topics that do not appear when I try the Search tab for a CHM file.  It also occurs when I add a new topic.  What could be causing this and what file contains the Search information.

Hello. I would like to ask a question about versions in Robohelp. I am using robohelp in our company to write manuals. We have integrated SharePoint for versioning into the Robohelp. The idea is that when i generate final PDF or HTML5 doc i want to have there some variable which will show actual version of the document. Problem is that this version i have to get from sharepoint. I have python script for that, but i have no idea how to get obtained data to Robohelp. I tried to use Scripts but with no results. Any idea how to do it?  Thanks.

Hi RoboHelp Community, I’ve encountered an issue with table styles displaying inconsistently between Mac and Windows systems. Specifically, the styles I applied to tables in my RoboHelp project render as expected on Windows, but when viewed on a Mac, the styles don’t appear at all. Has anyone else run into this problem? I’m wondering if this could be due to CSS compatibility differences or if there’s a known workaround or best practice to ensure consistent styling across both platforms. I’d appreciate any tips, suggestions, or solutions you might have! Thanks in advance for your help. 

Can I remove Search from the homepage? I can't seem to find it in the output editor. If I can't remove it, then can I hide it by making the fields, etc. transparent?Client wants it removed.Thanks for any input!

Dear Team, We found inconsistency in the font size of the content in different projects that we created with Robo Help 2022.If we apply font size 13 in one file and use the same in other one, the font size in the output are different.Could you please clarify why does this issue happen? Thanks,Amrutha V Nair

Hello allI'm new to robohelp, while importing word to robohelp I'm facing issues- after importing i have to manually create <div> sections wherever we need it(is it possible to create automatically) are there any settings for it?-Some times images in the word files are not imported, what might be the issue? Please look into this issue ASAP

Hi!   We are using RH 2022.5.28 (updated today from 2022.3.93) and trying to use output type. Our project has about 6.000 topics, with a motherproject and childprojects (merged projects). After we generate the Frameless output and putting it on our webserver, the Search has a drastically decreased response time the first time I search. Sometimes it is 10 seconds, sometimes more where the screen shows no response at all. Users complain because they think search is broken since the screen does not indicate that it is doing anything. We use this in our company and has a lot of users, so this is why the response time needs to be faster.   What are we missing? How can we speed up this response time? Or will the update from 2022.3 to 2022.5 resolve this? Is there some files we are missing to update or something?   Thanks in advance! Bie  

Hi, I am a RoboHelp 2020 user. I have several topics that do not appear when I use the Search tab in Responsive HTML5 after generation. So, how can I make the topic titles appear in the search tab?

1)I am copying updates to Robohelp where I need to isolate copying those files to those that are actually updated. Using FileZilla I added a new topic and copied its htm file into the existing URL with its associated graphics andwhxdata Including text subfolderAlso included in the root directoryindex.*search.htmprojectdata.jsOne issue is my searches now only produce the results for the new topic, and the other sample are "corrupt". Unless there was an overwrite issue in FileZilla where I was unknowingly not/overwriting the wrong files, what files need to be copied for this to be resolved? 2)In another Robohelp Help file I have the same issue as above but additionally some of the links display the index overwriting the topic as well. I need to delve more into this, but any ideas on what files need to copied/deleted for this to work?Many thanks in advance!

Hello RH community,I would like to ask you if it si possible to put version number which is creating in Sharepoint to document in RH (for example to footer)? Other topic which could  relate with it is topic status (draft, in progress, ready for review,  send for review, reviewed and complete). What happen when I change status on Complete? It make change of version at sharepoint (increase)? Or what function has this topic status except the showing the status?
