Running into a RoboHelp-generated/displayed authentication error when I attempt to add the project to the connection profile (and make that initial "push" of the entire project up to the repo). The title of the dialog is "Unable to push" and the error message text is: fatal: Authentication failed for'https://mycompanyname.visualstudio.com/ProjectName/_git/widgethelp/'  Where myco

I am creating a new project. In previous versions of RoboHelp, I have used the tab key on the keyboard to indent text or insert an image.  When I hit the tab key on the keyboard in RoboHelp 2019, nothing happens. If I try to use the Increase Indent within the Properties, nothing happens. I must first enter my text and then use the Indent, it works. Is this how the new version performs? If so, it is very cumbersome to the way I work. I know when I want to indent and just want to use the tab key on the keyboard. Also, the indent no longer works like Word. As I indent, it indents little by little. I do not see a ruler at the top of the screen, so how do I assure all my indents are at the same level?  

I am trying to format the default hyperlink appearance (blue and underlined) so that I dont have to apply our own style to it every time I create a hyperlink.   I was able to do this in RH2019 Classic using the CSS and simply changing the appearance of the built-in hyperlink style.    In the new UI, I dont see a default hyperlink style for regular links.  There are styles for other types of hyperlinks (dropspot, mini-toc, etc).  Is there a way to do this?  

Starting to use the new UI for RH2019 and finding lots of small and unecessary frustrations.  I see there is now a function called Copy formatting under the Edit menu.  However,  I dont see any function for Paste formatting.  There is only the regular Paste.  Am I over-looking something or is it missing?   Thanks,Bob

Hi, I've recently updated from Robohelp 2019.0.10 to Robohelp 2019.0.14. Ever since I've updated, I've come across two issues on the project I am working on. Search box doesn't seem to be working regardless of the web browser I am using. I generated and published the project after the updated without making any changes and the search engine stopped working. I tried to do it again in the same way and it worked for 3-4 days and even though I haven't generated or published any content within that project it stopped working again after these 3-4 days. Image mapping seems to be all over the place after the update. I will attach some screen shots but if I add an image map in point A and add a link against it whilst I am in the project it will stay in point A. As soon as I publish it on my drive or live system it loses the format and it goes in point B even though it should stay in point A. I've not had this issue before the update. Could you please assist? Thanks,

I have been generating a WebHelp output in RH Classic 2019 (14.0.10.010) and integrating it with our application which was working fine in IE11. We are now moving to Edge V80.x and the WebHelp is throwing a blank page if the pop up button is disabled and if it is enabled it throws two consecutive blank pages in quick succession which then disappear. Is there any update required for the WebHelp to work in Edge?Thanks.

I renamed the Azure Blue skin to two different names... one for blue_html5 and one blue_mobile.  So I have two skins in the same project, and it seems to pick up the mobile skin settings and mobile custom css fine, but when I try to apply styles to the html5 skin and upload a custom css for that skin it only sees the default, it will not pick up the "custom asset" css file I added to the html5 skin?  I'd like to know if this is just not supported or if there is a way to have two skins assigned to two differnt output types.

I am taking an online course to get familiar with RoboHelp 2019 which was just installed on my computer. It is a video course. I noticed that my screen is different than the trainers screen and I don't understand why.The trainer described the 3 main areas of the screen, Author, Output and Review.  When Iook at my screen, I do not see the Review area. Also, on the trainer's screen, there is a Search field under Contents. I do not see that on my screen either. What would cause me not to see these items on my screen?Thank you,Michele 

I have 15 help files to upgrade. I got to my last help file for upgrading to RH2020 and RH will not upgrade it. It works fine in RH2019. The message I get isIf I Restart RH and try again, I keep getting the same error. The only thing different with this help file from the rest of them is that the project was renamed in RH2019. However RH2019 handled it flawlessly. Does anyone have any ideas why this one may not be working? This help files does require frequent updates, so I would hate to go back to RH2019 (yet again) for one help file. I have kept all the RH2019 files so I can go back.thank you to anyone that responds.

Suddenly I am getting RoboHelp 2019 connectivity issue with SharePoint. Getting the following error: As mentioned in other posts, I am working in an organization where I've whitelisted the required URLs (i am able to access them via browser). I can also access the sharepoint with web browser but having issue with RoboHelp.If you know the reason for this or anything that we can troubleshoot, please share. Thanks,Ahmed

HiIn Dialogflow, I imported a Small Talk prebuilt intent to the Agent created as part of my RH 2020 project. But for some reason the Chatbot did not identify the intents imported. The Chatbot only identified intents created as a Microcontent in RH. Couple of questions regarding Chatbot:Is the Chatbot configured in RH only to identify intents created in RH? or is it possible for the Chatbot to also identify intents created in Dialogflow? Is it possible for the Chatbot to display a welcome message as soon as the user clicks the Chatbot button? Do we need to configure this in Dialogflow or can it be done through RH?

Just getting started with RoboHelp 2020 - was using a much older installed version (10) - upgraded the project (was XPJ format) - when I generate the Microsoft HTML Help output (CHM File) - the browse sequence pane (prev/next buttons, icons for every TOC entry) appears, and I would like to hide this and it not be in the output. How do I go about doing this?

Hi, Everyone. In RH 2019 new UI, I'm having trouble creating a multi-level list. I'd like it unordered/bullets.  I select the list text and click the multi-level list button in the toolbar.  Then, to create the sub-level list, the RH User Guide says to either press "Tab" (which does nothing) or use the "increase indent" button, under Properties > Alignment. But that indents the first line, only;  the indent is teensy-weensy; and the bullet doesn't move, at all. (See screenshot.) Plus, the bullets I've chosen are glitching -- giving me both numbers and bullets. Thank you! SCREENSHOT   

When I try to view Frameless output generated from RH 2020 in Edge, the topic content does not appear. This has happened with Studio, Orange, and Top Nav skins. But what is maddening is that this happens on my work computer but NOT on my home computer. This does not happen with any other browsers. I wonder if there is some setting I need to change in Edge on my work computer?

Hi all,I am using RH 2019.0.14 new UI. I have included a PDF-file to my project, added it to my TOC and created a Responsive HTML5 output. I did not activate the checkbox "PDF" to be excluded from search in the output configuration. However, neither the file title nor the content of the PDF are considered in the search and returned as result. I also tried this with a PDF that I had created out of Robohelp, still no success. Is it not possible in general to search attached PDFs in HTML5 output? Or does anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your helpKarin

I'd like to change the responsive sizing of the logo in the header of the Azure layout.  I'd like to change the placement of the Title in the header.  I've tried using CSS overrides but nothing seems to work.  Is there a magic trick to alter the CSS for the header section?  This would be for the Mobile and HTML5 output.  I see a layout.css in the compiled output, but I can't locate the layout.css in the project.

Hi Team, I have imported the word document into the project, copying the word styles to RoboHelp and I'm unable to view the list of topics under the project files and therefore it is not reflected in the Responsive HTML output. Can anyone help me in this?

I did the following to make RoboHelp Source work with Azure DevOps Git... To setup source control with Robohelp, perform the following actions:Create a Master repository location in AzureDevOps.Clone the Master repository location within your local machine.Set your Robohelp Project file to the Master repository location within yourlocal machine.Save your Project file.In Visual Studio 2019, Team Explorer, click Show Folder View.Right click the .xpj file and then click Open With.In the Open With dialog, click Add.Browse to the Robohelp.exe file to select it.Highlight Robohelp in the Open With window and then click Default.Right click inside the Solutions Explorer and then select Go to Git Changes from the shortcut menu.Highlight the appropriate files and then enter a Branch comment.Select Commit All and Push to check-in the files to the server.Suggestion:  Use Staged for specific files.

Hi, Everyone. Can anyone tell me how to upload Articulate Storyline files to RoboHelp 2019 (new UI)?  There's lots of instruction on the Web for older versions of RH, just not 2019, new UI. And are their options for displaying the Storyline content -- I mean, embedding within a topic vs. making the Storyline content its own topic? Thank you!

Hi,The files are created with previous version, now when with RoboHelp 2020, am trying to open .xpj files, they arent opening. Need help urgently.

RH 2020 is hanging during output generation at "Copying asset files". I have to close out of RH to clear. I have applied the recent RH 2020 update but that didn't fix the problem. The problem seemed to happen when I used @11220649-face in my css. I edited the css outside of RH. (I'm trying to embed my font into my project so it will show nicely even though the user doesn't have the font.) When I removed the @11220649-face code from the css I still got the same problem. I had to reuse an old css file to finally get the project to generate successfully. I'm using Frameless output preset and it seems to happen using all skins. I have two projects that this has happened on. Anyone else having the same problem? Anyone have a solution?

We are fairly new to RoboHelp and are still trying to learn. I'm trying to figure out how to get a cover page to show as the first page of my pdf output. I've added a cover page to the "front matters" and after that is my TOC page. When I go to generate the pdf output, I see the TOC on page 1. Is there some hidden setting somewhere that I'm missing?

On both the Adobe help docs for Robohelp (here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/robohelp/user-guide.html/in/robohelp/using/translation.ug.html) and on an independent site (here: https://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/rh_tour/rh2020/authoring/translations.htm) it talks about clicking the Translations button in the author section on the left of the IDE. However I don't see this option in my project... So, do I need to configure something first to get that option? Has it been removed? The Author panel for my project looks like this currently:  

Is it possible to define the resultant page size when a single topic is "Saved as PDF"? The default seems to be A4 and I can't see any way to change it.
