I would like to add a link on our welcome page to a section (Troubleshooting, for example) in our TOC, so that clicking on the link shows the Troubleshooting section opened up in the left paneI. Is it possible to link to a section/folder in Robohelp, and not a topic?

When creating a publish profile to connect to Salesforce, I get the following error:Any idea why this happens and how to resolve it?This is observed when I enter the SF URL and credentials to connect/login.Few days back I was able to connect to SF successfully.

Dear genius that will solve my problem, here is the thing : As I was changing my template, the toctiles disappeared suddenly. Therefore, I choose the same one (untouched) to see what was the difference but there's none !  Any ideas ? I am attaching screenshots to this post.

I am using RH Version 2022.3.93 and am publishing projects to SharePoint for the first time. Search functionality works perfectly when I publish a project for the first time. However, when I republish the project, searching doesn't work, and the browser crashes. Searching works perfectly if I create a new folder with a unique name to publish the project to. If I republish with the same folder name, searching doesn't work, even when I delete the original folder from SharePoint.

I have been using RH 2020 for a few years to generate CHMs. This year I keep getting the following errors whenever I try to access external links (company website, support portal etc) from within a CHM. They were working last year.The only difference is that I am using a different VM this time.Can anyone help?

I am converting from WebWorks to RoboHelp 2020.7.46. I imported Framemaker 16.0.5.1096 source files (used for both help and PDF manuals) into RH. I've converted the topic files and added index entries and so on, but when I generate Responsive HTML5 help, I get a frame within a frame in my output. I'm hoping it's a simple set-up solution. I didn't see duplicates in the HTML source.  

Hi,I want to upload my Output Project into my GitHub repository , but I have some problems.In the Collaborate menu doesn't appear the gitHub commands such as commit, push, pull, etc.We uploaded  the output project in gitHub using the cmd  terminal using the gitHub commands.When we select in the Collaborate menu, "Add project" an error appears, like this:     Invalid conection selected     The current project is not in the selected local pathWe would like to use github from Robohelp and not from cmd.Someone can help me something about this theme?Does someone can tell me what I am doing wrong?

I'm currently using Adobe RoboHelp Classic 2019 (14.0.14.002) on my Windows 11 PC to create a Responsive HTML5 Help output. The HTML5 output is working fine, but I'm encountering an issue where a few topics are not showing up in the PDF output when I attempt to generate a Printed Documentation output.In the output view log files, I'm receiving the following error messages:Failed to process 'Topic name'Failed to build 'Topic name'Missing topic '!SSL!\Printed_Documentation\!doc_tmp_folder_5\!'Need support in resolving this issue.

Hi all,I've recently updated to RH 2022.4.179 (on Windows) and wanted to try the new "Link glossary terms to the glossary page" feature, but the resulting PDF doesn't have the glossterms hyperlinked. Hi all,  I'm using version 2022.4.179. I'm new to RH and am popping on with what is likely a dumb question. When I produce PDF output with the High-Tech template, I'd like just one main TOC in the front matter. That overarching TOC generates just fine, but the problem is that before each section, or chapter, there is a mini Chapter TOC of the section's contents. I don't want that for this project--just the main TOC page.  Is there a way to get rid of the smaller TOCs preceding chapters in PDF output? I can't figure out the right setting!  Thanks all. I have a RH 2022.3.93 file with a large number of Snippets. The vast majority were created in a previous version of RoboHelp before categories were available to help organize snippets. Therefore, they do not have a category assigned. Previously we were able to view the list of snippets in the Author window. Now we see only the default category, with no snippets. Snippets are still there and still work correctly. This appears to be a display issues only. If we type a snippet name in the search box, the snippet name is displayed. If we add a category to a snippet, it is also displayed. Given the number of snippets that we have (>3600), manually adding each to a category is not a quick fix. Any idea why these are no longer displayed?

I am getting error message that "cannot be multiply checked out" while adding/deleting any photo and save then save the file. 

Can I publish to Sharepoint Online if I'm using a Frameless preset?  I read that this works best using Responsive HTML but didn't knowif that meant it won't work with Frameless.  I would think this would be easy enough to test, but I'm not having a huge deal of luck with the creation of the publish profile and the  connection profile.  When I am setting up the Publish Profile it wants a remote path and I don't what that is looking for.  I had our Sharepoint administrator take a look and he diodn't know and said I needed to contact Adobe Support (insert eye roll here).  I have our URL for Sharepoint Online which is:  https://sokansas.sharepoint.com/sites/KEESUserGuide. I put this in the remote path in the Publish profile and in the Sharepoint Site URL field  in the Connection profile.   That path is literally the only thing I have.  I'm not sure what goes in the Remote Path line/ Any help would be amazing.  Suggestion

I'd like to change the color of the font and highlight when I use the Search feature. Say I search for "recipients"; I get this: Obviously, not workable. How do I fix this? I thought it would be in the Search Results section of the Studio tab, but am not finding the correct item to revise...   

I've been looking but haven't found an answer so far...Is there a way to export to xliff only the content subject to a conditional expression?I'm using Version 2022.3.93.Here are the filters from the translation settings. I don't see a condition expression filter. Isn't this use case common?  Thank you for your help.

Hi, when the content it published to a confluence area, which already contains some content,  the publish is hanging frequentlyDoes anyone has experience with this?Is it always necessary to publish to a clean area in Confluence?Additionally there are error messages, like connection error for some files at the publish log. Is there a workaround to avoid that?Thanks a lot.
