Bonjour,Je travaille sur la version 2020 de RoboHelp.Je génère une sortie Responsive HTML5 principalement pour des écrans de bureau. Or, sur la restitution internet la largeur utilisée est fixe et n'utilise pas toute la largeur de l'écran.Je veux bien que la largeur soir fixe, mais sur une plus grande largeur, pouvoir utiliser un peu les parties gauche et droite entourées en orange dans la copie d'écran.Quel paramètre dois-je modifier pour définir une plus grande largeur ?J'ai bien coché Intéractif, mais je crois que c'est plutôt pour gérer téléphone et tablette.Il me faudrait définir une "largeur maximale d'écran", mais je ne trouve nulle part de paramètre qui détermine les tailles des écrans.Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée ?Merci 

I recently tried the 30-day free trial of RoboHelp 2022, but was unable to commit enough time to learn the system, which is so completely, drastically different from any RoboHelp version I've worked with. Can anyone tell me if there is any great advantage to switching, or should I leave well enough alone and stay with 2017?

I have started a small test project with 1 folder and 2 topics. It's the RH. jpg attachment. When generating I set the Browser Requirements page as the start page.It generates without errors but gives me the generatedHTML.png attachment -- nothing in the left navigation bar and it's as if the secondary page doesn't exist. The only things that occurred correctly is that it opened to the correct page and used the chosen template.  

Is there a way to get the auto-sizing popups to stay stationary untill the user clicks outside of the pop up.  Right now, when the user clicks anywhere in the pop up it closes (unless it is a dropo down).  There is information that may need to be copied from the pop up and it's tricky when it continuously closes out. 

I'm working in RH17 and when I hyperlink to another external RH, I have no issue when it is selected to display in frame; however, some topics will not work externally when I publish to display in auto-sizeing popup.  They are set to link to relative paths and sometimes the number of ../ makes a difference and I'll add/remove and it works.  But there a select few that no matter how many I have , it is not working and I'm stumped.  Not a RH expert. This is something new that we have implemented.  Any ideas why it works sometimes and not others.  When I click externally, it just doesn't pop up at all. 

I am creating a Frameless template (using Oceanic as my starting point) and I was wondering if there is a way to switch the positioning of the TOC tile image and the title? So instead of the image on top and title underneath, switch that so that the title is on top and image is on the bottom. I'm assuming no, but there are a lot of options in the skin editor that I'm unsure of until I generate my output, so may be missing something.

In Contents panel, I notice some of my topic icons have little Plus (+) signs. They are not twisties -- what do they mean? Probably Relevant: I am trying to use RH 2022's version control features for the first time.  I have it set up enough that a RH file structure has appeared in my SharePoint site.  But I notice there are no FILES showing up in SharePoint.  And in RH, it's all the FILES that have the plus signs. So I bet I could figure this out if I knew what the plus signs mean... 

We are using the RH 2022.2.22 and facing font issues. We are using Roboto font for topics and the Roboto fonts also installed on my machine. When I generate output and the Roboto font is being displayed properly. But, when I share the output on other machine, the font is not appearing in the topics and other font's are being displayed, such as Times New Roman.   Could you please help fixing the issue? We want to embed in the the RH source files and output.

I am following the instructions for Collaborate using SharePoint Online, and I've gotten stuck. (Note: I am using RH 2022.0.346 on a Windows machine. I am a relative newbie to both RoboHelp and SharePoint). 1. I created a connection profile to my SharePoint site, and it succeeded. 2. In SharePoint Online I created a new folder in which I will add the current project. 3. I tried to add my project. 4. The instructions say that at this point I should be able to select a SharePoint Online connection profile. But instead, I get this blank window. Can anyone see what I'm doing wrong?  Thanks in advance!

In RoboHelp 2020, we have tables with alternating background colors per row (alternating white and gray). We apply condition tags to some rows. In Author view, the white rows show the condition tag colors and the gray ones do not. The condition tags do still function correctly. It's just not easy to see in Author mode what has a tag and what does not. Below, both Example2 and Example3 are tagged. Only the white row shows the condition tag color (purple). It would be nice if Example2 also showed the condition tag color (purple) rather than the gray background color.  Is there a way to make the condition tag color take priority over a background color of a table row in Author mode? Thanks! 

Opening my Robohelp now requires me to log into my account. As soon as I do, I get the "Sorry, something went wrong." Then, it closes the whole application. **I can log into my adobe account online and it still includes Robohelp. Got help through chat with adobe, they gave me the below instructions. These did not work.Close all the adobe appsLaunch task manager and close all the process by the name of AdobeGo to Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache and delete all the filesGo to C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore and delete all the filesGo to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe and delete OOBERelaunch adobe robohelp and sign inYou may get an option to select a profile, if you get the option then please select School/Company **I did a search for this error message, but it covered mainly updating your system. That does apply to my system or Robohelp. Appreciate your help!

Hi all,My Robohelp is on version 2022.2.22. When I check for updates, it wants to update to version 2022.2.0. Does anyone know which the most current version is? I would think, the version I am using is more up to date than the update?ThanksKarin

hi,i am using RH 2017i am trying to batch generate different formats.the only one i am having an issue with is the printed documentation in the word format (.docx)it's just stuck on processing topics. sits there for a good 30 min, then just crashes robohelp.  when i open it again, and try to generate again, i get message "file is locked" i am able to generate HTML. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just updated from RH 2019 to RH2022.2.22The first time I try to generate a Microsoft HTML Help file, I get a message to check the log file.Where would the log file be located in this newer version?The only discussion I see in the archives of this group is related to log files in previous RH versions.Thank you for any help you can provide. 

Hi all,I am on RoboHelp 2020 and successfully set up a connection to our SharePoint Online site. However, when attempting to add the project to a folder, it only looks at the Document library, so the only folders I can choose from are in that library. I do not see a file browser in the RoboHelp dialog for choosing another library. Am I missing something here?    

Good morning,I have always used robohelp and lately a partner of our company wants to use it too.Currently all their user documentation is made using Innovasys HelpStudio 2015.1 (site) and distributed in these two formats:-HTML Help 1.x (.chm)-Browser Help (.htm)I would like to know if RoboHelp is able to import pages directly and then allow editing.

I'm translating content and trying to exlude some of my topics from the translation process. I've read (from Peter Grainge's pages ) that topics can be excluded from the translation process by selecting No in Properties > General > Attributes > Translate but at least for me there is no Attribute section visible there. I can find the translate attribute for content, but that applies only for paragraph or word level, it does not exlude the whole topic from the translate process.

I created a simple RH project from scratch and added just a few topics. I then created some tags and tagged some content with each tag. I then created some Dynamic Content Filters that use the tags. I am using a Frameless template (RH 2022.1.188) based on Studio. When I generate my output, I don't see the Filter button. I verified that Laout > Topic Page Buttons (under the Studio template) had "Filter" as one of the buttons in the list. Is there something else I need to do? Jim  

I try to move from RoboHelp 2019 classic to RoboHelp 2022 Update 2.And I have problem on BreadCrumb on the difference between Robohelp 2022 and Robohelp 2019 Classic. Somebody has the solution for me? Here is BreadCrumb on Robohelp 2019.Here is BreadCrumb on Robohelp 2022.And I can not same style as Robohelp 2019 even though I modified the robohelp settings. I can change the letter color from black to blue and add underline.However, I don't need underline on separator ">". How can I do that?  Please see the attached pptx file to know more details.Thank you. 

Greetings,I'm using RoboHelp 2022.1.888 and the Oceanic skin's Topic Page > Header > Skip Content options. When activated, the Skip Content link appears to jump to the first use of Header 1. Is that the expected behavior, and is there a way to specify a different target for the Skip Content link? 

Greetings,I’m working on setting up frameless output with the Oceanic template using RoboHelp version 2022.1.188. Does anyone have recommendations for preventing the logo from being distorted when the browser window is reduced in size? I looked through the Oceanic template Header > logo options; maybe there’s a setting I’m overlooking among these options. I’m using a logo in SVG format.

I'm using RoboHelp 2019.0.14.When I generate a project using a Responsive HTML5 preset, the index.htm file is not being created and I wondered whether anyone might be able to suggest why is happening.Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Is there a way to add a box like this to a topic, allow users to comment after clicking the icon, and then report voter results & feedback?  

Good afternoon all, During our migration I run into yet another issue. It seems that the pop up in 2017 were using  onclick script but in 2022 it is using data-rhwidget therefore all my pops are broken and we have 3200 topics with popups how can I fix this 😞 Thank you christele

Good morning all, I have topics for which I need to generate an output but noticed if topic is not included in the TOC an output is not generated? So for example there are topics in this project which are being implemented via hyperlink in a topic but are not in the TOC however the topic output does not get generated and give me a 404 error because there is no associated htm file?Thank you Christele
