We are using a trial of robohelp and getting this error importing some word docs "Word cannot create the work file, check the temp environment variable"  

Hello, Is anyone having trouble performing a search within your  published work? We published with Robohelp 2020 last week and everything seemed fine. It was brought to our attention that when using the search option at the top of the page (see attached image) , the results do not show or take a long time to display. I've confirmed we are on the most up to date version of RH2020 and we are using Google Chrome. Is there anything else I should be looking into?

Hello! I have a big issue and can't fix it... I use a favicon for my HTML generation (png file). After generation, Robohelp change the regular name of the pgn. into a capitalized name... LGM-35.png become lgm-35.png... My favicon is lost and I can't display in my web tab.. Is it a bug? Or someone has an idea? Thank you   

Hi everyone.I know that for see also and related topics the text in the placeholder can be modified selecting it and writing the wanted text into Content propierties > Caption.I have to change that caption text each time I put a related topics placeholder in a topic and I would like to know If there is a way to change the defaut text of that placeholder so that I only have to change the caption only on special occasions. I don't know If it has to be done in any of the reltopics classes in the styler or there is another way. 

Using 2020.8.34. I've been publishing with a map file for years as HTML5 output. Example URL would be: www.abcde.com/index.htm?rhmapno=2However, we are now going frameless. Using the same content/project - I published as frameless, then clicked on the link (like sample above) and it automatically hides the TOC panel. Does anyone know why? Any suggestions is greatly appreciated. 

Hi I request help please, my design partner EXPORT the New Frameless skin on her computer with Robohelp 2020.8.34.Now we need IMPORT to my computer that has the same version of Robohelp 2020.8.34 and it shows us the following message: 

Hello,I am just trying to figure out if this is how adobe does its templates/skins or if its just an issue with the template i tested.  Before I start - RH2022 mac, fresh new project, new content, new styles etc.  Nothing converted - all from scratch created within RH2022. In testing out the Blue Lagoon template, I am getting 404 errors where it is looking for the orange.css.map.  When I dug into the build, i found the welcome page and other things were really the orange template with the userstyles.css used to convert it to the blue lagoon look.  In developer view in my browser, i can turn off the userstyles file and the site essentially becomes the orange site.  I even found the orange template files and images inside the blue lagoon's directory.  These files are not even called in the blue lagoon template at all so they serve no function.  It looks like they just built over the template opposed to building blue lagoon as a new template.&n

Hi allI am working on a project that uses Studio Skin and that I generate output using Frameless Preset.I have set a button for downlad PDF, but I can't see it in the output result. I have not found any further information in the RH user manual, is there anything else to consider?Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone! I feel quite silly for asking this, but I'm having a hard time finding a setting in the skin customization UI for the search results for a frameless output.  I'm looking for the setting that can change these yellow higlighted search results in the selected topics. I've been looking for it, but for the life of me I can't seem to  find it. Am I looking in the right direction shown on the picture below? Thank you in advance!   

Hello,We are trying to setup machine translation for RoboHelp 2020 by using Google Translations API. We already have the API key, and we are sure it works fine since we tested it by opening the following URL in a browser:https://translation.googleapis.com/language/translate/v2?q=This%20is%20a%20test&source=en&target=it&key={OUR_API_KEY}Unfortunately, after pressing the "Validate" button in the RoboHelp dialog, it states that credentials are not valid ("Incorrect credentials."). Hi allI am working on a project that uses Studyo Skin and that I generate output using Frameless Preset.I have set it to display the breadcrumb and users find it very useful. But when I scroll down the page, it is no more visible. Is there any way to fix it in the header so that it will be always visible?Thanks in advance

Hi,I have a project in RoboHelp 2022, size about 120 MB - 90 topics. While generating a frameless output in a local computer it takes about 10 min.I would like to add much more content ito this project.  I would like to know what is the limit of the content that can be added to 1 project, that won't cause signicant performance issues?Thanks,Angelika   

Question 1 - How do I create a new bullet list and numbered list? Adding a New Style1. New Style 2. Tag - ol-13. Font details entered.4. Where is "bullets and numbering"? The second option - Duplicate Style 1. Duplicate ol2. Tag - ol-1. (question - what are Tag, Class, and Pseudo Class? Do I need to learn CSS?)3. ol-1 is created below "Other Styles". Again there is no option to select "bullets and numbering" and Preview is also displaying normal text instead of numbered list. Question 2-  I am not getting the below options when I try to create a new style or try to duplicate the existing style (ol or ul) Question 3 - How do I create a new stylesheet?   

I've been having trouble with RoboHelp PDF outputs for a while now.  I was running RH2019 and my CHM files are fine but the PDF I created using the same source content didn't display TOC or index and the paragraph styles were not honored.  The TOC is in Book format and has Front and Back material configured, so that wasn't the problem.  I was told to upgrade so I just installed RH2022 and the PDF now honors styles and displays the index but the TOC only shows chatper headings with no topics under them. Anybody else run into this?Thanks,Tracy West   

Is there a way to search for all topics not in a Table of Contents? One's I may have omitted in error.

where is the Bullets and Numbering option?  Where is the "Starts From" and "Continue Numbering" option?I want n2 and n3 as point -  2 and 3. please let me know how to correct the sequence.  2. I am not getting advanced formatting checkbox, level, list style type option when trying to create a new style or trying to duplicate the ol, ul style. 3. How to create numbering & bullets - level 2. the existing style ol is level 1.  

Hi,In my RH2020 Frameless Skin, I have added a few terms for Glossary. However, can anyone please let me know why those terms appear as a separate section below the CONTENTS and INDEX tabs in the output of my Online Help after a white space (refer the latter screenshot). Is there any option through which I can disable the Glossary terms appearing beneath CONTENTS tab along with a "Find Term" search box? Thanks for your help in advance.

What is "Favicon undefined is not an image"?Why the styles are not applying, especially "p"? I was trying to switch from a bullet list to a normal paragraph, I clicked on the "p" style. nothing is happening.  After upgrading, should I continue using the listed style or should I create a new one?, what is the best approach? 

Hi everyone, I'm running into a strange issue with the PDF output that's being generated for one of our user guides in RoboHelp 2020. The exact same topic ("Creating Users") is included in two guides: Organization Administrator Guide and Account Administrator Guide. In sections where there are numbered lists, the formatting in the Organization Admin Guide breaks, but looks fine in the Account Admin guide.  I've checked the Output settings for both guides and they're identical (on each tab, but "Layout" seems the most applicable): However, the Organization Admin Guide comes out looking like this:  While the Account Admin Guide (using the same topic) looks correct: I've tried removing any conditional labeling that may have been causing an issue without any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm using the latest version of RoboHelp (2020.8.34) but would like to file some improvement requests, such as:- global Find-and-Replace feature that is set to find in source view should search the entire html and not just content between <body></body>- Insert Image dialog should remember the last-used folder (like RoboHelp Classic did)- Insert Image dialog should display the "last modified" date/times for image files (like RoboHelp Classic did) Is there any easy way to do this online (a form somewhere?), or should I just use the website Chat to work directly with Support staff? 

Can anyone tell me why the subscription price for my RoboHelp subscription is going up $10/month? That's for my personal subscription, and I think $10/month is too much of an increase. Thank you,Cindy

with a certain project, after finishing an edit, I 'save and generate', and ask for 'view result' . the output is a chm file. Nothing shows up.I start over and the error appears : project.chm is open in other application.ALT tab doesn't show a microsoft html help window. the task manager neither. other projects on the same pc, with the same adobe robohelp launch succesfully.hhlauncher is in the tasklist... What's wrong here? best regards Olivier
