My company purchased Robohelp for me to use. It then allowed me in to the Creative Cloud Teams plan. Two different logins on my Adobe page. It is absolutely impossible for me to use Robohelp, Photoshop, XD at the same time, something I did ALL THE TIME BEFORE. Why can't I use ALL MY PRODUCTS? 

Hello,I have a numbering problem with multi-level lists. If I use a numbered list and between two numbered lines I want to insert a Paragraph style text. What happens is that the rest of the list after the Paragraph text automatically restarts at 1, which is not what I want. Is there a way to make it continue to 3 without having to set the restart numering.See the example:1. Instruction 1...2. Instruction 2...    IMPORTANT Do not delete the client ID.3. Instruction 3 (I want to continue  to 3 without having to define the restart numbering, in fact just tell it to continue)

Does anyone use the expand all/collapse all button with the frameless layout? I'm setting up a new layout and I'm wondering about the purpose of that particular button. There are some topics with multiple headings and sections, but the button doesn't affect the display of these topics. It also doesn't affect the display of the table of contents on the left.

When I am generating Responsive HTML as output, images are appering fine on my local machine, but when I am pushing it for production, some of the images goes missing. This doesn't happen in case of webhelp.I am using Robohelp 11, can anyone please tell me what could be the possible reason and how to fix it?

Is it possible to set up some standard image sizes to apply as a style in RoboHelp?

Hi! Using RH 2020 and discovered an interesting issue that I can't resolve. When I generate printed output, the links that are in tables are placed in a separate line, as seen in the attached image. This does not happen in my html5 output, which uses the same css, and it does not happen to links that are not in tables. I am using 1 master page, which references 1 css file. CSS is:a {display: inline;color: #01637c;text-decoration: underline;}Has anyone else run into this? Any suggestions are much appreciated.

I'm using RH 2019 New UI version -  did RH remove the ability to edit the "inline script" when you're trying to insert inline JavaScript for a custom button like we used to have in version 2017? Thank you so much, everyone. Really appreciate it.

Hello, I dockerized AEM (6.5) Author and Publisher and able to run them locally on same network. We recently coverted a RH2017 project to RH2020 (our exact software version is 2020.6.76). In the project, notes are created using one-row, two-cell borderless tables in which the first cell contains the note image. We generate using using Responsive HTML5. The issue: In the generated help, the note image shrinks as the display window's size is reduced. We need the image to remain the same size no matter what size the display window is. The following screenshots show the difference between the largest display size (monitor width) and the smalllests. I have just started to evaluate the RoboHelp 2019 trial. In the mean time i recognised that a new RoboHelp version (RoboHelp 2020) is available. I wanted to continue the trial evalutaion on RoboHelp 2020. I insatlled the new version, but i coud not start the triel period in RoboHelp 2020. How can i proceed it?

I would appreciate any help/insight on this issue:Videos play in the preview in the Author view and when viewing the output in Robohelp and when launching the output from Windows Explorer. But they won’t play when accessing the help output from the server as a client would access it (from the web).Here are the details:I’m using Robohelp 2020.6.76The project was converted from Robohelp 2019 (Classic). The issue is occurring with all videos in the project: the ones that existed in the project before the conversion, and the new ones that we add post-conversion. We didn't experience this issue before the conversion.The videos were first imported into Contents of the project by right-clicking the folder and selecting Import > File.I’m adding the videos to a topic using the Insert Multimedia button and navigating to the folder in Contents where they are stored. I am having issues with RoboHelp 2020 where any time I generate a responsive html 5, the table of contents is not viewable after clicking the html link in the output folder. I have tried auto-creating a new TOC after making changes to the contents and have verified the Table of Contents drop down menu shows the correct TOC when editing the responsive html5 layout. Again, no output is viewable when clickin the html link in the folder the project outputs to.

RoboHelp is automatically adding numbers to the topic header. I have looked at the master page but can't edit or delete the number. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Anyone have any idea what's going on here? Whenever I import a document into my RoboHelp project, the tables look fine while I am editing them. However, when I generate my project (Responsive HTML5), the table-border weights are inconsistent. Sometimes they're heavier, and sometimes they're the right weight (0.5 pt).  I've been playing around with my CSS for a long time in an attempt to figure out what's going on. My best guess is that something's happening when I import the document—maybe there's an underlying style hidden in Word that I can't find.  One last note of interest—the tables look okay in Internet Explorer. The weight changes appear in Chrome and Edge. 

Hello,I've been working on a project (a copy from another one) and when generating the output in Responsive HTML, I get the character below. This appears in the middle of my text, or when I have <p>... I frankly don't know why this is happening. I looked at my CSS, my HTML, and it's all clean. Thanks in advance for your support.  

I'm converting a Robohelp Classic project to modern Robohelp, and most every time I try to search (the generated WebHelp output), it crashes. Also, when the search does work, it's very slow. the project has about 930 topics, but the Classic version is very fast.Thanks!

I am using RH 2020.6.76. Skin = Frameless Oceanic.Whenever I click on an index item, the index collapses each time. For example,INDEX V  Keyword1         TopicA         TopicB         TopicCKeyword 2Keyword 3If I click on TopicA (or B or C), I get INDEX >  Keyword1Keyword 2Keyword 3Is there a way to keep Keyword1 expanded? This seems to be the most reasonable thing to do because a user would want to click through TopicA, TopicB, then TopicC.I even see this issue with the old Compas Travel project (Contact New > General > New Contact - General Screen) 

Conditional contentI've been using Zendesk Help Center for a couple of years.   Before that it was Gitbook.  I'm at the point where I need to have a feature like conditional formatting because there are too many options in our product and having the user continually try to sort out or locate the relevant material is a real challenge. So, I see examples where there is a list of "filter" checkboxes that the user can tick off to narrow down the content.  In my main case, I want to force the user to answer 3 questions, each one of which is answered by a single choice of however many.  So I don't want multi select in a filter group, I just want one, like a radio button.  Is it possible? I also wonder about a "workflow wizard", where the questions and answers are handled in an interactive manner, e.g. Which device are you connecting to?- Windows PC- Mac- Embedded device etc, then the choice is entered and the next (or subsequent) sections hav

Hi,  I'm a fairly new user of Robohelp 2019 and have recently been working with 2019 Classic.  My company want to move to Reimagined but I can't generate the project following migration. During the generation process it gets stuck on patching topic without any further information. All pages are generated in the output location but the assets folder, with images and CSS are not present.  I've tried leaving it for a couple of hours but no change.  I'm using the Responsive HTML output and saving in a local folder for testing. I'm running RH 2019 with Update 11. Has anyone seen this before?  If you require any further information, please let me know. KR 

I'm attempting to import a PDF file (I've tested with several different files and none of them are protected); however, when I select "Create new topic(s) based on style(s)", I receive the error message, "Due to the complex formatting of the selected PDF file, you must choose the option to "Convert as absolutely positioned HTML." I then attempted to import it with the option "Create new topic for each PDF page" - "Convert as absolutely positioned HTML" and I receive a "Failed to Convert" error message. I've attempted all of the conversion options, but continue to receive error messages. Guidance on how to successfully import a PDF file into my RoboHelp project would be greatly appreciated!Thank you,Nikki

It says this was fixed, but it was not.

I have set up a Publish Profile to connect to Zendesk. The Zendesk API  Password access is set to Enabled. When I look at the Output Preset Zendesk tab in RoboHelp, the Visible to and Managed by fields remain empty. If I click the Refresh button next to the Visible to field, I DO NOT get any Zendesk Connection Failure error message. Is there something else I must do in Zendesk besides just setting the "Enabled" toggle? Does two-factor authentication for logging into Zendesk make any difference? I am really stuck in trying to track down what I am missing. One thing to mention is in my Publish Profile, I had to set the Site URL to be https://yoursite.zendesk.com/knowledge (which is where you manage articles). I get a Zendesk Connection Failure error if I do not add "/knowledge" to the end of the URL. I am new to both RoboHelp and Zendesk and this integration process seems much less intuitive than it should be. Thanks for any suggestions.  

We have an e-learning project that we want to update from RH classic to RH 2020.There are MP4 hotspots in the project.The projects are linked to Framemaker files.When updating the projects from RH Classic to RH2020, everything is error free for now. But as soon as the linked FM file changes and is updated in RH 2020, the hotspot is lost.I have a similar problem when I insert the same FM file linked in RH 2020 in a new project. The hotspot does not work from the beginning.I hope the post goes in the right forum, I got a little lost in the communities 😮 Sorry!If sample data is desired, I can send some.

I want to convert the content in rh classic 2019 to .dita file. What should I do or what software should I use? If .dita is not possible, .xml is also OK for me. Your help will be appreciated.
