Can I edit the music once I purchase a license? I would like to rearrange intro / Mainpart/ Outro, so that it fits the structure of my video. This means I would cut peaces out of the song, so I won't add something new into it. Is it possible?

hello i purchased adobe cc for one year subscription last monthafter 1 free month usage of adobe stock. they withdraw another 1 year subscription cost without my permission. i have already cancelled my sub but is a refund possible or any possible way to contact help desk via email ?

I originally subscribed to Adobe Stock with the free trial. I immediately realized that this was not the product I would be able to use, so I canceled it before the free trial ended. For some reason it re-activated and I was charged $49.99, so I went back on the day I saw the charge and I canceled it again. This time I was told that I would receive a refund of $49.99 in 5-7 business days. After a week, I had not received the refund so I signed back into Adobe and it was active again. This time when I tried to cancel it I was told it would cost me $274 cancellation fee. I used the chat to talk to somebody and they told me the best they could do was refund me a prorated amount of $21 and change my account to the $19.99 plan. So I said fine because I figured I did something wrong when canceling. What they didn’t tell me was that in order to get the $21 refund they would charge me $19.99 for the first month of the new plan. Which is ridiculous. I was willing to accept some fault before, bu

Person "A" buys a stock image with standard license and uses it on his/her instagram page in a post. After a while if followers of that page shares a story which contains that stock asset with permission of person "A", does person "A" violate the rights of original copyright holder? Can person "A" give permission to his/her followers about sharing the post containing that asset in followers' story or post? 

Stock is so slow. Creating new library folders takes eons... saving to folders takes eons... missing images... and I can't cancel because I have too many credits that will go poof if I do.

Ich habe versehentlich ein Bild (#521963367) mit 50 Credits lizenzieren lassen, sollte aber vorab eigentlich nur für Layoutzwecke als Vorschau verwendet werden. Ich bizte darum,  diese Lizenzierung rückgängig  zu machen.  

Meines Wissens nach kostet nicht jedes Medium immer gleich, sprich ein Bild ist "günstiger" als ein Video in 4K oder eine Animation: Kann hier jmd. preisliche Unterschiede beziffern?

Bonjour,  J'ai souscris à un abonnement adobe stock avec un mois d'essai, or je n'ai reçu ni mail de confirmation ou quoi que ce soit. Cependant quand je vais sur mes comptes bancaires, je vois bien que le premier prélèvement est prévu. Je ne trouve pas non plus sur mon profil quelque chose qui m'indique que j'ai souscris à quelque chose. Je ne peux donc pas annuler mon abonnement. J'ai quand même pu utiliser 4 crédits (sur les 10 de la formule) le jour même de mon inscription, cependant, je ne retrouve pas non plus sur mon compte les éléments qui sont censés être dans ma bibliothèque.  Est ce déjà arrivé à quelqu'un? Ais-je raté une étape?  Merci par avance pour votre aide.

Ich habe eine Erinnerung zu verfallenden Credits aus einem Credit-Pack erhalten (wir haben noch 6). Gleichzeitig läuft auch ein Abo (hier verfügen wir noch über 22 Credits). Lade ich nun Bilder herunter, gehen diese nur von den Abo-Credits ab und nicht aus dem Credit-Pack.   Wie kann ich die Credit-Pack-Credits zuerst verbrauchen?    

Can we use an Adobe Stock standart license image as non commercial instagram page profile picture? Is that picture interpreted as a logo?

This is what I see when I try to purchase free trial period and 10 free downloads from Adobe Stock. I already tried different cards and the same issue! Does anyone has such a problem? p.s. My friend registered successfully on Friday, but during the weekends I can't register..

I accidentally hit the 'lincense' button and the image automatically starts downloading. How do I return it?  Also, there should be a check to make sure I intend to download rather than automatically do it.  Its too easy to accidentally hit a button and there should be a question asking if I am sure I want to download, or moving it to a cart for purchase. Clearly this happens to a lot of people. Has this been resolved? Can I return the unwanted asset? 

I recently licensed #571689884 and would like a refund. Edit: I clicked on "download" on accident while inspecting my search results. I didn't end up wanting to use it because it is Generative Ai/low and a low-quality asset (the "writing" on the post-it notes are gibberish).
