I'm not going to get into the plolitical discussion as to *why* you left Twitter, but I'm sure I'm going to post here and this issue won't even be seen before I've moved on to another service to find the images I need. Of course, these things only happen on deadlines. Your site at stock.adobe.com has been down all morning and I'm getting the following errors:All morning: "upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination"Now: "no healthy upstream"
upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination
I was using Adobe Stock for the first time and when I was looking at the library I accidentally licensed some files I didn't realize would become licensed immediately and use up credits. I had thought I could go back and didn't realize they immediately license when you cclick into it.Is there a way to undo this? And is it possible to recover the credits that got spent accidentally to use them toward files I do want to license? These are the files I accidentally used the credits on:#537597162#574932947#572475499 #569571447 #499145230#574260856#540310738 These are the images I actually want to license:https://stock.adobe.com/templates/arranged-phone-mockup/427701060https://stock.adobe.com/templates/smartphone-with-social-media-post-layouts-screen-mockup/522112858https://stock.adobe.com/templates/app-ui-screens-presentation-mockup/558159960https://stock.adobe.com/templates/elegant-a4-letterhead-and-folder-branding-mockup/512387589https://stock.adobe.com/templates
Hi, I have also just accidentially licenced an image. I clicked on the 'License' button, thinking it would give me details of the image and license, I didn't expect it to license the image imediately, I find this very misleading, a confirmation second click should be present here, I can see on the forum that this happens a lot! The image is #587435275 I have not downloaded it or used it. Please advise how I can remove the lisense as I don't need this image. Thanks, John
This is just one of countless examples of assets proporting to be isolated, transparent, or market themselves as having a clipping path included. This is mild annoyance stuff as a one-off, but this happens constantly. I don't have time in my workflow to isolate these things myself *AND* spend 30 minutes to an hour explaining to a chatbot CSR why they need to credit my org for the asset. Are there humans reviewing these things before they're put up for sale or are we at the mercy of some kind of (obviously not so great at this) AI?
I accidentally purchased Adobe Stock subscription because it automatically purchase after my free trial end. When I noticed the charges later, I tried to cancelled and requested a refund but i can't find the option, so is this plausible to get my money back seen i've paid $360 and I didn't use any assets even during the free trial. Hope someone can help

Hi to all, I face a problem the last months. I had cancelled my plan in last November 2022 because I stopped using it, I payed the cancellation fee and after that I was still charged for this plan every month. I realized thi issue a few days ago, I recancelled the plan and I am still being charged the same plan. As a results I have payed a lot of money without any reason. Does anybody know which is the best and efficient way to communicate with the customer service in order to find a solution to my problem and if there is possibility to receive any refunding of these money I have payed so far?
Hi,I've been trying for weeks to cancel auto renewal of my annual subscription. Unfortunately I yet haven't been able to click to manage payments and billings because anytime I did so, it showed error massage saying "Something went wrong, try again". I still haven't been able to get there and now I found out that my annual subscription auto renewed and even that I am within 14 days period of first payment I'm not able to cancel subscription without fee. And more to that when trying to click "Contact Us" it just do nothing. Can someone please help me? I literaly feel like getting scammed by one of the biggest enterprise in world because I wasn't able to cancel auto renewal on their broken website.Thank you
I am a student and am subscribed to the EDU plan for Adobe Creative Cloud. It's my second year using the service so I'm paying the second-year rate which is slightly more expensive. However it also seems that for the past 3 months I have been subscribed to Adobe Stock by mistake, and have been paying every month until a billing error occurred this month. I don't even use the service. I cannot afford to continue paying for the whole rest of the year, as I am already struggling with finances as a college student abroad without scholarship. I understand that it may have been a mistake in my part, but as a loyal Adobe customer, is there something that can be done?
Hi. I just downloaded a stock vector (two people talking) and opened it to find a completely different graphic (stylised lion's head). The stock numbers are the same, so the file seems to have been swapped out at some point. How can I report this to Adobe so they can fix the error?
I'd like to use some editorial use photos in a tiktok video I am producing. The license terms are very confusing as to how I am supposed to provide credit. Which of these are acceptable ways to provide credit: Can I add the credit line for each photo in my video description? Is that OK?Can I add a written credit to each picture I show while on-screen? Is that OK?Can I add a brief (0.5 seconds or less) text overlay at the end of the video, which has the credits for all of the images I used? Is that OK? Which should I use? I am disappointed that no discussion around how to use them for mobile videos is included in the licensing terms.
Hi, I accidentally licensed 2 stock images I don't want and would like the credits returned if possible (for 68130428 and 574535839). As others have mentioned in this forum, I think a confirmation screen to use credits would help clarify this issue. Thank you!
Even if I manage to open this site, using ways around from levels of PS or Illustrator, it still doesn`t display the whole page correctly without the filters panel. I did remove recent cookies, no effect. Please, help. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
If I want use extended licence, which plan use for Adobe stock?
User Thares2020 is uploading ai-generative content and not properly tagging it. The entire account looks like it's uploads from an ai farm. Examples:582726487 580049780 582502746 593339804 587266522
Is there any way to exclude generative AI? This stuff is clogging the search results making it hard to find anything inspiring or of usable quality
I have an Enhanced License for Adobe Stock through my company subscription. I'm working on a brochure and other marketting materials and there is a nice .SVG graphic that I found on Adobe Stock that I'd like to modify and use in my marketting materials. Is this something I'm allowed to do with the Enhanced Lincense or do I need to upgrade to the Extended License?
Al descargar imagen estándar me aparece el siguiente error: "No hay paquetes de descarga disponibles". Sin embargo me quedan 3 créditos disponibles y no me deja descargar ninguna imagen.
The price for a SINGLE picture now is not 1 credit, but 32 credits, somebody can help me please?
this file, when downloaded is a completely different file. please fix!
I accidently downloaded a premium image that I have no use for. Is there a way to get my credits re-issued if I delete the download?
User Kamrulhkhkhk is uploading ai-generative content. Some examples:576577493 (bonus: low-quality asset on its own)575661189 (bonus: more false-tagging in this asset, such as "lamp", "couch" and "comfortable")570303911 (some nice impossible geometry in this one. Looks like a fever-dream)This contributor is particularly funny to me because they still periodically upload proper content, though it wouldn't surprise me if those assets are stolen as well.
It's getting annoying to look for stock images and find tones of AI generated images. If any of you know how to filter to unable AI generated images in the feed, please let me know. Appreciate your help [moderator cured the topics]
