I cancelled my Adobe Stock subscription in Nov 2017.  I got a confirmation email of the cancellation.  Adobe continues to charge me monthly for a subscription that I do not have.  It is impossible to reach someone on the phone or chat.  I called Adobe in December and the CSR assured me that I will not be charged for Adobe Stock.  However, they continue to charge me and I cannot reach them by chat or phone.  Contacting Adobe support is a nightmare.  I have been on the chat screen for over 30 mins now with a recurring message on the screen "Thanks for your patience.  Representatives are currently helping other customers and we will be with you shortly."Is this the customer service to expect when we pay for the software as a service?I will be reporting these charges as fraudulent to my bank.  I will post here on the updates to this issue that has persisted for over three months now after false promises of cancellation (but continue to charge) b

Hello Adobe,    I'm a co-founder of a nonprofit working with underserved students from low-income backgrounds. Most of our students come from diverse backgrounds and are of various ethnicities. Our organization relies on various communication channels, and we use Adobe tools for creating content.   We have an Adobe Stock license but have to use other providers because Adobe's content does not contain enough usable images representing our diverse community. Too many stock photos are mostly whitewashed with token people of color, often posed or dressed as white people. Illustrations too often fail to represent the many colors of our global population. I downloaded an Adobe Stock license by mistake. Can the license be returned?

Asking here because I can't seem to get anyone through the chat who can answer these important questions.1. What kind of license do we need to purchase to use it on behalf of a client in a client project and not directly for ourselves? (2. Answered by Jill C below)2. At the end of your license term, your license(s) will expire as set forth in your order document(s), or the Subscription and Cancellation Terms" however the linked terms for Adobe Stock specifically say, " we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable (except pursuant to section 6 (Additional Rights)), non-sublicensable license to use..." So if we purchase a month plan at $29.99 and cancel after one month, can we continue to use those assets perpetually or do we have to have an ongoing license to use them in new works? Schönen guten Morgen,ich habe mir leider ein Bild lizensiert (DATEI NR.: 290383430), dass für mich erst einmal so gewirkt hatte, als sei der Hintergrund trasparent. Auf Nachfrage weiß ich nun, dass ich es hätte noch bearbeiten müssen, was ich auch wirklich versucht habe (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/probleme-mit-transparenten-hintergrund/m-p/13292016#M66283 ). Leider funktioniert es bei mir nicht und ich habe mir als Ersatz zwei andere geholt /holen müssen, damit ich das Cover fertig erstellen konnte. Von daher habe ich nun ein lizensiertes Bild (DATEI NR.: 290383430), was ich nicht verwenden kann. I am unable to see any of my personal libraries when viewing adobe stock in the browser. The only libraries I see are shared libraries but not my own. I am not able to add images to my personal libraries online.  I am able to see and use my libraries in the adobe programs (PSD, InD & Ill). This has been an issue for a couple weeks. All the designers in my group are having the same problem. We have an Adobe for Enteprise account.

Good morning, I have sent the same email in various mailboxes in the hope that someone can help me. On today 23/11/22 while I was browsing looking for a photo to download (I premise that I have the free trial version until 18 December 2022 which allows you to download 10 free resources by entering your card details) I by ERROR and really sorry for repeating it but it really was an ERROR, downloaded a premium paid image. Immediately after downloading it I was in doubt because it asked me for billing information, which for the other images I downloaded it did not ask me for, in fact I immediately went to check my online account and I spent 300€ for an image. I really ask you to come to my aid, I even called your Italian service in Monza but no one answered, I need to get in touch with you, I really can't afford to spend 300€ for a photo.Sure of your availability,I await your reply,Tommaso.

I'm the author of a sci-fi / horror novel.  For the book cover, I'd like to use a picture of the Organ Mountains with my title graphics over it.  I went to Google Images and found two Adobe pictures I'd like to use but I understand I need to get permission first.  Can someone tell me how do this?  I can't find a way to contact the company.   Thanks! My free trail has expired and I want to cancel my stock account! However its not letting me! I havent used it at all can someone from the management cancel it please?

I just licensed asset #225530629 as the preview shows that it has a transparent background (and the description says that it can be used on any background). It turns out that the transparent background shown is actually a layer in the vector file designed to LOOK like the transparent checkerboard.When this layer is turned off, there is a solid white background, and if this is turned off then the snowflakes look terrible.Can someone credit this license back, and get this misleading asset removed from Adobe Stock please?

Hello,I don't really know how to contact support so I post it here.I've had a few issues on adobe stocks where the website wasn't properly loading and somehow I've purchased the same asset twice.This should probably not be possible and now I lost the last one of my 10 monthly tokens.The asset which was purchased twice is  #544450865   

my account was auto updated for 2 months which i was unaware, so i went and read the terms and condition for refund, it shows that before 14 days of the payment it will be refunded. so i used the first month assest, and with the 10 assest remaining which is of second month. i tried to cancel the plan. so, now it ask for early termination fee of 12k something. my purchase was 2300, for that why should i pay termination fee of 12k? could you help.

Is it possible to buy an extended license for an asset that only shows a standard license?

Hi! I am downloading a few certificates to view in Illustrator and InDesign. It says Education License - Standard Image (Included in your plan)BUT when I bring it into the programs, it has the watermark and everything is grouped together, as though it's just an image of the file.Do I need to purchase it? Thanks for your help!

Hiya, I am wanting to request a refund but cannot find anywhere to do that. I tried the live chatbox but does not lead me in the right direction. Can someone please help me with finding an email to contact maybe?  Or do I not even need to request one? I accidentally forgot my trail ended and got charged today but canceled the subscription straight after I saw the payment go out today, do I need to request a refund for that or will it automatically give out the refund? 

Hello: I write here because chat support had no clue, and the simply could send me to the licensing terms that I already had read. The question is simple. I am going to sell my posters on ETSY and would like a few mockups to showcase my posters. But these are for showcase how it would look in a real environment but those images are not going to be sent to the client .
