im trying to sell some images on adobe stock but moderator hasn't accepted them in 16 days, how long i have to wait

We have an Adobe Stock plan for a user, it has never been used. He is getting a message of zero assets available.  

I keep getting "An error occurred. Please try again" message when I click the "Cancel plan" or "Manage plan" buttons.  I need to cancel the free trial in the next few days before I am charged.  Is there another way to cancel?

Hey, ich habe folgendes Problem: Bei einer Stockvideo Bestellung war eigentlich eine Ust.-ID hinterlegt aber abgerechnet wurde mit MwSt. Im Bestellprozess hatte ich inkl. MwSt angezeigt bekommen.Jetzt habe ich eine Differenz in der Rechnung und der eigentlichen Abbuchung. Infos dazu habe ich im Internet nicht gefunden. <-- Ich kann doch nicht der Einzige sein, dem das passiert ist? Um den Bestellprozess zu analysieren und wie das dazu kommen konnte, hatte ich bei einem willkürlichem Video auf die selbe Bestellübersicht gehofft, wie es bei der ersten Bestellung der Fall war. Das hatte nun leider dazu geführt, dass ein Stockvideo bestellt wurde, welches ich gar nicht bestellen wollte. Dass möchte ich nun Rückerstatten lassen, da es ein Fehlkauf war. I often have images (illustrations) rejected because of allegedly "identical images". Last: I have uploaded 2 image series (theme: calendar). Once in English, this was all accepted. Later in another language. Here parts were not accepted because of allegedly "identical images". This I can not understand. Has anyone had this before or can someone explain to me the reason for this.

I like many others saw the free trial of adobe stock and figured that I would give it a go to get a few assests to use for some of my university assignments.. I probably used it about twice in my 3-4 months of accidentally paying 40$ AUD a month for the "product". I finally saw the 40$ coming out of my account and realised something wasn't right, so I hopped onto my adobe account to try to cancel my "subscription" only to find that not only do they purposely make it hard to cancel, they also expect a 200$ cancellation fee.... So unbenounced to me when I accepted the "free trial" it was an ANNUAL CONTRACT! I had absolutely no clue it was an annual contract that I was signing up for at the time and it seems that countless other people have had the same issue. I think that's plenty of evidence to show that Adobe needs to step up, take some responsibility for this absolute mess and stop scamming people. I think it would be great if the Adobe Stock software tracked all of the image previews that are downloaded and provide a HISTORY of all the downloads with links to those images. This works if you forget to add your images to a library so it's easy to go back to them. We often add preview images to web designs and then once they are approved, we replace those images with the paid versions which means we have to download images twice. Huge pain. Now imagine you have to track down which images based on the number on the file. LAME. If there was a preview HISTORY, then we could get right to the images we download and begin licensing them.

Can one use the free license Adobe Stock Video to create YouTube content? Such as YouTube Shorts?   Could you kindly clarify? Thank you.

Hi, I'm writing a nonfiction book, which will include a couple of editorial use only images. The guide says "All uses must include the credit line shown on the site and contained in the IPTC credit line field of the file, for example “Agency Name/Contributor Name – stock.adobe.com”.I am not tech savvy- there is no 'credit line' listed when I look at my download history- I just see the asset ID and the author's name. I can't find a "credit line" in an "IPTC" field. Lines about metadata make no sense to me. How do I correctly credit an image that is for editorial use only? Thankyou in advance for any help. 

Hi. I apologize in advance for my English but I'm Italian.I used a 7-day trial, still current, of adobe premiere pro and adobe stock to try and create audio-video content. But I realized that it is too difficult to use it for me. By mistake, looking for some content on adobe stock, ignoring that it was linked to my payment method, I click on a video content and the purchase starts by mistake. Now since I don't know how to use the content, I kindly ask if a refund was possible, also since it's not a few euros. The way Illustrator templates for infographics are offered on Adobe Stock is an absolute waste of money and time. Because...1. All text will be converted to a path. So you will have to add your own font and replace all of the text (and placement) on the art board.2. The Layers will almost certainly be unorganized. So you will have to spend time figuring out how things were grouped together.3. Adding to the template, like an additional topic, will be very time consuming. So you will have to dig through the laters to find what you need to copy.4. Any person capable of quickly modifying the template, would never buy the template in the first place. An experienced Illustrator user would simply create their own from scratch after looking at something they like. Selling Illustrator templates for infographics is very misleading here. Because you don't really know what you are getting until you license it. At best I will copy elements out of the tempate for use in other products. Very fru

Hallo liebe Community, ich habe eine Frage zu den offiziellen Nutzung Bedingungen:https://wwwimages2.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/de/legal/servicetou/Adobe_Stock_Additional_Terms_de_DE... Ich hatte mich vor Migration von Adobe Stock zu Fotolia (dachte ich) gut informiert, ob man die Stock Fotos auch mit kommerziellem Hintergrund nutzen kann, mit einer Standard Lizenz. Nun lese ich in den oben verlinkten Terms in "3.1 (a)(ii)" eine freigegebene Nutzung für "persönlich und nicht kommerzielle Nutzung bis zu...". Wieso steht dort explizit (und nur) "nicht kommerziell"? Unter "3.1 (a)(i)" steht hingegen, für Werbe-, Marketing-, Verkaufsförderungs- …", das klingt mit sehr stark nach kommerziellen Hintergrund. Vor allem, da sogar Verkaufsförderung erwähnt ist, gehe ich stark davon aus, dass nicht nur ehrenamtliche Projekte gemeint sind. Aber dennoch verstehe ich dann nicht Punkt "3.1 (a)(ii)", welcher eben explizit 

I am aware that you will lose any unused images licenses if you cancel your subscription. But what if you want to keep your subscription but change the plan? Specifically I want to go from the 40 images/month plan to the 10 images/ month plan. Do I still lose the unused images from my original 40 images/month plan? 

Hola buenas. Hace un mes hice la prueva gratuita de "Adobe Stock - 10 contenidos al mes". Hoy 7/4/2023 se hizo el primer cobro a la targeta, el cual no me percate y quiero cancelarlo, vi que si cancelas antes de 14 dias te hacen un Reembolso completo, pero a la hora de yo hacerlo dice que me ará un cobro.Alguien me puede ayudar? El cobro fue hoy a las 2:40 y son las 9:11 apenas estoy escribiendo esto.

Hi - this is my first time here on Stock. First, the stuff on Stock looks great. I'm trying to find perhaps an elderly person looking at a laptop - camera is looking at person's face with laptop's back to camera.Then it cuts to the same person with camera looking at the PC screen. I tried searching for a variety of keywords and can't find anything - lots of good free stuff but just not from different angles like above. I'm also looking in the FREE section too so I won't have to ask company to pay for paid stuff.I'm only imterested in video clips for this [it's for a medical drug TV commercial non-broadcast].Can someone offer something like this that's there, or ideas for search terms? I tried "elderly looks PC cuts to screen" and that didn't work.Thank you.

I am absolutely baffled at the chat support on this page. They simply end the chat anytime I ask anything. How do I contact an actual human who can help me and also lodge a complaint?  1. I cant seem to license any images 2. Chat support wont help me 3. Due to the terrible support I decided to cancel my memberhsip but there is a glitch and the system wont let me cancel either  If Adobe wasnt so well knownI would assume this was all a scam 

Licensing has become a real issue since Adobe allowed the swarm of generated content on its platform. The amount of unlabeled AI art is exceeding the original art for every search term I try. Meanwhile, more and more publishers reject AI art which makes it problematic to try to sell a product with uncertain art.  I think Adobe should step back on its AI art policy until the legality and ethical concerns are dealt with. AI is the future for sure, but it's too early today and creates too many problems.

I was scrolling through adobe stock and clicked license on an image. I am wondering if this charges me anything? as this account is paid for by my parent and i dont want any charges made to her, and it was an accident and i dont want the image licensed. can anyone help please?

Everytime I try to acces the dashboard, I get the url with the lang=de and everything is in german. If I delete it, it reverts back to english. Is there a way to stop it from putting me on the german site ? Thanks ! 

I was looking for an image on Adobe Stock today and saw a couple AI-generated artworks in my results. Specifically I was looking for images of people and AI art is notoriously bad at getting people right so these AI results were totally useless to me. Honestly I didn't realize it was okay to sell AI-generated art commercially, but since that seems to be the case I would love to have a filtering option to exclude these results because I would prefer to support real artists on the platform and find that most AI art isn't usable.

I realize that I haven't receved my 10 images a month since some time now.I know that there has been some mix up with my adobe stock account because at some time I had a double subscription - one for the cloud and one for the stock - and as I realized it I demanded to drop one, but now I don't seem to receive my free monthly images any more...How can I check my historic of received and used image in a coherent monthly way please and resolve this issue?Thanks in advance.JG

Just discovered that I have been charged for 8 months for something I haven't even used.  Adobe doesn't even include it in your Adobe cloud account so you have no idea that it's even happening and you can't cancel it. This is plain old fraud. You have to research to find out who to call and get it resolved. Then i was connected with an India based call center.They state that I agreed to a 1 year memebership and the charges will continue to the end of the year.  This is unacceptable, of course. Then i asked to speak to a spupervisor - response "that will take 24 hours"I was very polite until this point - Then i started getting angry. Their solution after that was to cancel the plan and refund 2 months - but they still owe me 6 months of previous charge which is $179.94.  This is Shameful from such a renowned company. I will take this up with my credit card and get it all back if they don't resolve the remainder of the refund.
