I don't seem to have access to free assets that come with my plan. When I open the image from my library in in the latest version of Photoshop it asks me to license. Please help. Thank You. A

I have a freelance client that I am working on a PPT template for as well as matching Word Doc templates. These are for company use, not being resold or anything by them and I would say that really the assets would be use for a title slide or as part of a cover page. Meaning the value of the templates will be the information the client adds in (copy). My question is, can I use a standard license to download assets to help with this project? I've read through a lot of the terms and it seems that because the value isn't in the assets and they aren't being sold by the company, so the standard license should be ok as long as it is only used for one client?

Hi Adobe Support Team, I am having troube with an invoice, as it only has my name on it, but not the company name. Can I put a small image on the cover of a book under standard licence? Print run of 200, and the image just illustration to the detailed text? Image would not be full page.

Hello community, I've bought an image on Adobe Stock and did the payment via Paypal. But the address on the invoice is not correct, there needs to be our company's name as invoice recipient. How can I receive an updated invoice? Any help would be much appreciated. I'm a bit puzzled why there is no direct support for these invoice questions. Or if there is, I did not find it, obviously.

Paid $250 for a licensed image and 9 days later still can't download. I contacted support the day I purchased. The 4 times since that I have contacted support by phone and chat they all assured me 24-48 hours to resolve the issue, it's been 9 days! They are unable to fix the issue and refuse to issue a refund. I've never experienced such poor service with Adobe or any other company. Very frustrated.

Create products for resale where the main value of the product is the image itself. I accidentally hit the "License" button on a photo in Adobe Stock. Is there any way to undo that if I haven't downloaded the asset?

Hi--I just selected the 10 assets 30 day free trial.  It says I have access to 10 images.  Does that include videos?  Can I download the videos and share with someone who will project behind me during a presentation? Will the Adobe logo disappear once I make my selection?  I need to know what media I have access to, what fair use is--example playing the video on a loop or even editing it with other videos.  I'm looking for videos of fire. They have their subscription active but they can't use it because it seems that they don't have available credits. We don't understand what is the reason why they can't use licenses if they have an active suscription. Please, could you help me? I do appreciate your support. Hello -    I have 4 credits, and I get this error when I try to purchase an image that requires 1 credit:   We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.   I see lots of other posts with the same error, and it seems like the only fix has been to escalate to engineering. Can someone from Adobe please take a look at the issue?   Thank you.

 tried to try free trial of adboe stock and forgot to cancel the subscrption. I I would like to be refunded. I did not use the service.I read that I had 14 days to request a refund. I can not contact the customer service, it refers me to each choice of answers.How do i know if i will be reimbursed ?Thanks you.

Hello, I would like to ask how can I purchase images from Standard to Enhanced license for just individual image that I need? Also, for standard license, is there a way for me to access to the license code for the Standard license? I go into the License History page but I could not see where I can get the license code for Standard license, and also to upgrade it.  Thanks for helping! 

Hello, I'm extremely confused about how to appy credits to license an image in the stock program. I currently have 10 credits on my account, and it won't give me any options to use them at all (even with the standard images, as pictured below). How do I get it to give me the option to use the credits? Thanks.
