How can I get support from adobe stock direcly? the Virtual Assistant is not able to reply to issue. my problem is: I updated my plan a few days ago, and since then, I have lost access to over 100 assets that were previously available to me. I have not been notified that I may lose my assets after updating my plan. 😞

It would be nice to have a way for users to put tags on images. This post is about AI generation and the labeling crisis. It could be exploited by bots and the like, but I personally think this could be a helpful tool overall. The Idea:Create a button or link that allows a user to apply a tag (from a list of existing tags) to an image.If I find an image that is a photograph of a crying girl, I could tag it as "Photograph" "Crying" "Child" or something like that. User applied tags could possibly help users find more accurate stock images. Images could also be tagged with "Generative AI." It's no secret that a huge number of AI generated images are not labeled. Tags could also be used to search and find images like tags on a shopping website.Discuss?

Hello everyone,   Got a problem I subscribed for the adobe stock free trial, I downloaded a video of a owl with a quality of 1280 x 720 what is a standard resolution. This is a pretty succinct explanation of why I'm canceling my Adobe stock subscription. I don't know what this artist's portfolio name is, or whether her images are properly tagged, or even good, and I don't care. Too many times I've licensed an image from a too-small preview, only to discover that it was AI. Please don't tell me how artists are required to label their images. See my previous post where I found dozens of images in under 5 minutes. If Adobe is ok with someone creating and spamming a portfolio with 600+ images in 2 months then their platform is hostile towards actual artists. I can be my own 'prompt engineer' at any time. As anyone who remembers those clipart CDs in the 90s can attest, more does not equal better. Hello, I am a free user of Adobe creative cloud, I would like to know if the files (videos, audio, etc.) are royalty-free, for example to create a website, flyers and others

So, a couple months back, i tried a free month of 10 free pictures, but when i wanted to cancel that subscription, as i didn't want to pay for this, I didn't have the option to do so. Then for the last couple of weeks, i've been getting emails about my payment failing, which is because i didn't have money on my account at the time. And while this was going on, i still couldn't cancel my subscription. Then today, 275 dkk was taken from my account, which I didn't want and tried several times to cancel, they still took the money. Then when i actually canceled now, it said it would take another 1375 dkk, which doesn't make any sense on earth to why it would do that. So what i'm getting at, is I want my 275 dkk back, and i won't be charged for a mistake made by your site.

How to contact adobe regarding subscription? Money has been deducted from my account because I had the trial period on adobe stock, and when I was going to end it before the end of the month and money was going to be deducted, it said that I could not end my subscription because I had nothing. Hi, I have licensed an image that was worth 48 credits!  #294710563 I would like to remove this was not something I wanted.  

One time I downloaded a photo from adobe stock, but then I didn't see any information about the start of the trial period or the like. After some time, 2 days ago, I received information from my bank that I had been charged for Adobe Stock. I immediately canceled my subscription and would like to know if there is a refund for this accidental subscription?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

hi! it turned out that adobe took my money and i didn't know about it. i have plan here (i pay for all apps on creative cloud) and yesterday it turned out that since two months i've had another plan - adobe stock. I can't cancel this plan because i will have to pay almost 200€ and it's too much for me because i'm a student and i've just started my studies. Is it possible to get my money back or to cancel the plan without paying? or maybe replacing it with my actual plan? or i just have to pay these extra money? 😞

Hi, Just wanted to note some images I found while looking for paleoart that are clearly generative AI but not labeled as such. I'm very tired of this company and I can't wait to get out of my subscription, if I ever get to talk to someody. I'd like to issue a formal complaint, but there's no way to do that. Hopefully someone will see this post and help me. 

I went to close the image and double clicked resulting in using credits to purchase the image which i do not want and won't use. Is there anyway to get those credits back?

Hello,I just wanted to ask how monthly added quotas on follwing product are handled:Adobe Stock - 10 assets per month  In January we bought 9 assets. I cant tell what quota was left at the beginning of the year, as I´m a administrator and no enduser.But with change of month (Feburary) a new quota of 10 assets werent added.We bought 1 asset in Feburary with 0 quota left then.Now its march and strangely got a quota of 80 assets added.Any ideas? Thanks and best regards.

I'm working on a self-published children's book where I am using multiple images from Adobe Stock and from another non-Adobe resource.  Do the Adobe Stock royalty free vector/illustrations/images require citations in a Children's book?  They would be used under the Standard License.  Less than 500,000 copies. The images are not the primary value of the book.

I licensed file no. 226263393 and the ai file opens as blank within Adobe Illustrator (see screenshot), please advise. None of the other vectors I've downloaded are having this problem. 

I am leaving the company I am working for, however, the account I've been using has been my personal account. How can I transfer the subscription & remaining unused licenses to a different account under their name?
