I work for a marketing department that uses stock assets for presentations to the footwear industry, and AI generated art is turning Adobe Stock into a minefield. I am wasting time scrutinizing photos of generic shoes for weird aberrations in design and human anatomy. Please require an "AI Art" or "AI Generated" tag on all artwork that qualifies, so it can be excluded from search results. Thank you.

Ich habe gesehen, dass ich Bilder mit einer Standard-Lizenz nicht als Motive für "Handelswaren" wie Kaffeetassen etc. verwenden darf.Bei den digitalen Produkten handelt es sich allerdings um ausdruckbare oder rein digitale PDFs, bei denen  Stock-Bilder nur einen Teil der Gesamtkomposition darstellen (steht nicht für sich).Es würde sich auch um sehr geringe Stückzahlen zu sehr niedrigen Preisen handeln.Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!Benjamin

How can I share an Audio Stock library folder with others, in a way that enables the recipient of the link to listen in on the tracks I selected? I can create a link, but when others click on it, they see the tracks, but cannot listen to them.

How do i return a stock image? I purchased this image 255317038  because that and the others like it said "vector" in the title, and it was a jpg. This is misleading and adobe should not permit contributers to misidentify their images so that we download them by mistake.  I cannot find how you report an image or how you request a credit anywhere so I am posting here. Please advise.

This is just to say I'm very disappointed that Adobe has chosen to take up AI art as it very clearly harms our community. Second, I hope they provide an appropriate tool to filter generated items out of their stock catalog. I have no interest in using it in my commercial work and find it annoying to browse their catalog as a result. I would be happy to switch my service to a provider that does not include AI-generated work if they won't. Sure I'm not alone on this.

In an online discussion about AI generated images and how Adobe Stock is now accepting them someone linked to a portfolio of a person who has publicllly stated that they are submitting AI images to Adobe Stock. There was also a link to Adobe Stocks info on submitting AI images, which states," Label, title, and tag content as Generative AI illustrations.To properly review your content and surface it to customers, clearly label content that has been made using generative AI tools. Only content that has been properly labeled can be selected for inclusion in content highlight galleries, customer research requests, and other promotional materials. I recently downloaded a stock image that I assumed was vector art based on the appearance and no mention of AI-generated in the title or tags only to find this was a generated image, is there a way of reporting or flagging these as it is not possible from the preview to determine these are no vector art.Below is an example that appears to be a vector but once zoomed in has prominent AI-generated artefacts:   This is very disappointing in terms of quality control on the platform. 

I am on a 10 image per month plan and I belive I had about 3 images available. But now I go to download an image and it says I have to buy the image. When I check the account, it says "No Plan". Yet, when look at all my Adobe plans, it shows that I have an active Adobe Stock plan with the next payment on March 3. I don't understand why it's saying "No Plan".

How do I report a file from Adobe Stock who was supposed to be a vector file and is not?Just downloaded file #300189025 and it's not a vector-based! This is not the first time this happend and it feels like i've been riped-offfff....

Es handelt sich um folgende Bilder: AdobeStock_567057836  (Dies ist ein AI generiertes Bild, welches bei näherer Betrachtung viele Mängel zeigt und komplett unbrauchbar ist) AdobeStock_46146944    (Dies ist ein 3D generiertes Bild mit sehr grober Geometrie, Gartenszene sieht unecht aus) AdobeStock_553792004  (Dieses Bild ist unscharf, out of focus) Wir haben auf der stock.adobe.com Seite keine Möglichkeit gefunden, einen Reklamationsvorgang einzuleiten, darum wenden wir uns jetzt hier an den Support. Eine Rückgabe der Credits wäre in diesem Fall wünschenswert.

Silly, naive me - I thought "free" meant "free." I only this year relented to try Premiere Pro and After Effects after years of being a die-hard Final Cut Pro/Motion gal (the one-time buy purchasing  plan is certainly more appealing than the monthly fee until you die). I decided the Creative Cloud made more sense, since I was interested in the design programs, too. Adobe offered me the "free" downloads" from their stock service, and I stupidly bit and grabbed a few images. I thought I canceled before any further monthly fees were incurred. Today I noticed the first of what is apparently a year's worth of monthly fees - I tried to cancel again, but of course, there's a hefty cancellation fee if I want to cancel today. I feel like such a sucker. And stupid me - I actually thought Adobe was an ethical, straight-shooting company. No matter how much I like Creative Cloud, this will definitely be my first and only year of membership.

I just set up our company stock plan and accidentally clicked the license button on an image #518972795 not realizing it is a one click license. Can I get this image removed and the credit refunded? Thanks.

I've come to end end of my tether in reards to AI art. It's take me twice as long to filter through all the AI art to find a good image. It first glance the AI art looks good, but as soon as you zoom in you soon realise there's  so many inperfections. If there's no filter produced soon we'll have to look elsewhere for your stock photography.

Reviewing the movements and charges of my credit card, I am surprised that the day after my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription is charged, I have a charge for a stock subscription. They have been charged for about 4 months and I HAVE NEVER HIRED IT, I DO NOT USE STOCK, I DO NOT HAVE THE NEED TO USE IT and every time I write complaining, they refer me to an automatic system that DOES NOT OFFER ANY SOLUTION!!I have a charge that I have never requested and above all, to cancel it, I must pay almost 100 dollars! What do you do in such cases?

Hello, I have a problem with Adobe stock plan. It was dowloaded by me for University classes purposes as our lecturer instructed as to do so. We had a licence for all Adobe products which we used multiple times and this Adobe stock plan was supposed to be part of this licence. I did not realize before that it was acquired as a yearly pay plan as I did not really need it or use it. I have received an email on 8th February that my monthly subscription payment was due. I have logged in my account and when I realized it, I wanted to annul the plan but this option was not available because of the lack of payment. I wanted to resign by then, which you can see in the attachment but it was not possible so I finally gathered money and I paid for the subscription I do not use. My license from University was valid till at least 16th February and I have still not used it. I would have not bought such plan without the University licence because I was using Adobe only for studies purposes. On the ba

Hello, I purchased and am using Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB membership. However, one day after this process, Adobe Stock membership was opened without my knowledge. I've never had any use. When I want to cancel, it asks me for the whole year's money. How can I cancel this?

how can I view the metadata of the camera used per image?This is necessary, for example, to combine an Adobe Stock image with a rendered image from a 3D object.

I tried to cancel my free trial, adobe didn't let me, now I'm being billed $280+? This is daylight robbery, I downloaded adobe lightroom to edit a few photos for a one off 7 day trial. I tried this out for 1 hour and have never used it again and dont plan on ever using it as I do not need the software. I cancelled this manually immediately after trying it out and I do not recall being told about any cancellation fee. I was then getting charged each month for adobe stock which I thought was cancelled? This is such a scam for someone who cannot afford any of these charges, being a student. I am appalled and want a refund immediately.

I mistakenly licensed an image that I didn't intend to. The image is 343969576, and I had selected the 48-credit option before accidentally clicking the license button. That's a lot of credits, so I'm really hoping that there's a way to fix my mistake.  Any advice or help anyone can offer will be much appreciated!  Thank you
