I am really concerned with the number of stock images that come across as really inappropriate. I was surprised, while creating, to find a very sexual image of a woman in nudity, everything showing. This is only because I wasn't expecting to find something so sexual in nature on Adobe itself. It didn't bother me, I was just a little surprised; however, as I've looked more into it, I've learned there is a BIGGER problem. There are so many images of girls who look WAY underage in Adobe Stock. I've looked at previous discussions and seen THIS stock was reported, but is still standing and it is mild in nature to some other images I've come across in adobe stock while working in express. The worse part is, I do not see any option to report images when you come across something so terrible. I know I can't be the only one bothered by this.
Hello, I accidentally licensed image #348439055 - could I please undo somehow? I was browsing and suddenly the image was licensed. It should be done better in UX. I'd like to contact support in chat, but I really can't find the chat anywhere on the adobe support website! Really frustrating.
I downloaded image #200242551 by accident. How do I undo?Thank youCarol LeBaron
When I try to License&Download a template from the Essential Graphics > Adobe Stock > Free section, it says "An error occured during download from Adobe Stock server. Please try again." I tried another asset without downloading and then it says "This asset cannot be licensed." I closed&open Premiere Pro again, and downloaded templates seems as didn't downloaded. How can i solve this? (moderator added Premiere Pro to the subject for clarity)
Hello, I am a musician and I wanted to use some of the included stock photography in my music videos. Is that something that's allowed? I couldn't find anything ecplicitly stating it is or isn't, only things related to merchandising.
Hallo, leider kann ich ein Previewbild, dass ich vor 5 Tagen getestet habe nun nicht mehr lizensieren. An wen kann ich mich wenden? I.B.
Hello, how can I contact a support person about the theft of my artwork being sold on stock.adobe.com?
I purchased this for ease of use and instead I have spend the last hour googling and searching and watching tutorials to remove this damned background so it's transparant.Closest I can get is having black everywhere with the light otherwise it won't even download the file tells me cant save empty document when I can SEE the light. I am so beyond frustrated right now what do I do?!
If you run a trial of the Adobe Creative Cloud you might find that you have to provide credit card details to run the 7 day trial which you can "cancel at any time", and then you'll be on an automated billing cycle. The problem comes when you do try and cancel and find that you can't because you see the message"You’ll be able to manage your plan shortly"You are forced to contact the Adobe customer services department who make it difficult as possible to leave when you ask them to cancel your plan they try and move you onto another plan. This aggresive and deceptive form of sales to get customers locked into a moderate monthly payment really shouldn't be seen in this day and age.I would recommend that you do not sign up for any Adobe trials to avoid this issue, and if you are caught you must allocate around 30-40 minutes on the chat application to get out of the "free" trial. it has been at least four hours and this message is still there. i can't cancel. &
I'm experiencing a great deal of confusion surrounding the use of "credits" and "assets" as terms for currency and files, because phrasing like "Videos, images, music, and motion graphics - one simple plan" is found near seemingly contradictory phrasing like "Standard assets include millions of royalty-free images, illustrations, music tracks, motion graphics, design templates, and more," where video is excluded. There seem to be on the one hand claims that video can be licensed by having a subscription plan, but it's not clear that any plan comes with a certain amount of credits; only "assets" are quantified. Furthering the confusion, no video seems to be available for credits at all. Each video shows a specific dollar amount for license.
My card has been charged for $29.99 for an Adobe product labeled as "Adobe Stock 4085366" - but I don't remember doing any purchases worth that amount. Is there anyway I can cancel this? Thank you.
Hi, I just downloaded an image on Adobe Stock which potrayed that the image is actually editable (i.e illustrtor file). On the image itself, it states, "Fully Editable - Colour, Style and Word can be changed". But when I downloaded the file, it is simply an Jpeg file and no AI file included. Yes, I didnt see that before I downloaded the file that its only available in Jpeg, but no one could ever imagin such fraud on a reputable website like Adobe Stock so I simply clicked Download asuming its editable file. I am shocked more than I disapointed that how Adobe is allowing such mis-selling on there platform. The image unique ID is 542887797 and seller/artist name is Nar cooldevil When I checked, the same guy is mis-selling a lot more images, similar to that, advertising as editable but in reality those are just plain Jpegs. I obviously need my licence back for the image I downloaded, but I also would like to see what action Adobe take against this
Not a quesstion, I just want to say only a really greedy company would make you loose your assets you have paid for over a years subscription when you cancel it. Honestly its practices like this that make you look for better brands.
Is there a way to hide image / block contributors in Stock? I don't want to see images like this (e.g. 259376297) in my search results.
Hello. Some images I discovered disappear over time and when I try to open them later, it says "page not found". I've noticed that this is about country entry. You can access the same image from a different country such as /gr_en instead of /tr from google results. Likewise, I cannot license these images. How unfair is it that I can't access an image just because I'm logged in from Turkey? How does it differ if some images are licensed and some are not? Does it have something to do with the trial version? If it is not from the trial version, then there is no point in giving money and continuing. Thank you.
I cancelled my free trial after a day of use as I found the product difficult to use, but a month later I'm still being charged and can't cancel my plan without being charged the rest of the yearly fee. Any help?
Hi Guys, I am a standard subscriber. I was trying to download an illustration but it says "Asset cannot be licensed". I asked for virtual support. They told me it's because the illustration is premium but I can get it thru credit pack. I bought some credit but still it mentions the same "Asset cannot be licensed". Is credit pack not enough to get it? Should I have extended subscription for it? https://stock.adobe.com/lk/553740499
Hi, I bought a pack of 5 credits and have used one some time ago. Now I'm trying to use the remaining ones (they do show up at the top bar as 4 credits remaining) and I get this error message when I click the license button: No download packs available (download #532939300; license #1; license type #5; product #163166506; product key: /Applications/StockPT1, entitlement #24620263; member #24598889 / D91AB12D55AC4BC67F000101@AdobeID) Can somebody help please?

I didn't have enough money for the payment, and now I'm being charged more. I got e-mail today that the payment faild. Is there any posibble way to avoid payment and cancel my subscription? I didn't use adobe stock after one free month. I am ready to close my account, because I don't want to pay for something that I don't use. I pay a lot per month for my Adobe Create Cloud license. From time to time I'm on Adobe Stock, - and have downloaded some images. And there has been through my Adobe Create Cloud license (I always log in). But now I got a bill for a picture I downloaded?? Why?Then I don't want to be inside Adobe Stock. I pay a lot of money for the whole package at Adobe Create Cloud every month - so I don't understand this.I also pay a monthly fee to be on https://elements.envato.com and also have a license on Canva, - and I can download everything from Elements Envato and also everything from Canva without having to get an extra bill. So why is this happening??Thank you so much for answering me!
I did not mean to license the file #110895699. Can someone at Adobe please help me undo this purchase? Thanks!
this is absolute BS - the image below was in a batch of images of chickadee birds. Is Adobe stock a site for professionals or feeding off of any bit of $ they can generate? I am a professional designer and have been for many years. I find this extremely disappointing and sexist. If I searched "junk" will a man's crotch appear? I hope not. Any men thinking about making childish comments about this, don't do it. We all need to maintain professionalism in our category. Fix this sh*t ADOBE!
I am an educator and I often license images with child models. Today, I found this while searching for the image of a child learning to read. What do you think? Is this appropriate content for a legit stock photo site? Adobe stock # 137910067 https://stock.adobe.com/video/little-girl-in-sunglasses-and-hat-changes-pose-to-start-reading-book/137910067
