I'm a pretty light user of Adobe Stock, and I had 120 assets at the beginning of the month. Now it's near the end of the month, and I have 48 (I used two this morning). I didn't use the 70 I had prior, and I've never bought an Asset Pack.I called Adobe Support and they told me rollover assets expire. All the pages on the support website say that rollover protection prevents this from happening. So which is it? Where'd my 70 available assets go? I feel like a fool for purchasing this product; if I had known up front that Adobe would arbitrarily strip me of my unused assets I would have just stuck with Getty Images. 😞

How do i claim the 10 free adobe stock photos that comes with my subscription?As a customer when log onto my account i´m adivsed that i can have up to 10 free adobe stock photos? But how do i actually download/claim these?

My Creative Cloud dock icon opens in English, as do all my associated apps, e.g., Photoshop, Indesign, etc. But when I click the "Search free assets" button for Free Adobe Stock assets at the top of the Creative Cloud "home" page, it opens in Chinese. I cannot find a way to change it to English and neither can my Chinese wife. I live in Hong Kong. Please advise.

Hello, Please help me choose a license. I want to buy and use the photo as a background, make little change (add a small element on it), and use it commercially for resale as digital files. What license should I buy? How long is the license valid for? And who will own the changed photo? Thank you in advance for your answer.

Je ne sais pas ou faire de suggestion, mais ce serait bien de pouvoir changer la couleur de fond des PNG vendus sur adobe stock. Parfois un modèle sur fond clair de rendra rien sur fond noir par exemple. donc si on pouvait cliquer sur un petit bouton pour faire défiler 3 ou 4 couleurs de fond afin d'évaluer le fichier avant de l'acheter ce serait génial.

Hello! My network was very bad and stock.adobe.com freezed and when it came back to normal, I had a message saying I had bought an image and I could download it. So I refused to download it, but the image was already bought. Is there a possibility to cancel it? Thank you very much!

Hello,I have purchased the full adobe package. After entering the account https://stock.adobe.com/pl/, despite logging in, I have information on my account that there is no plan and I do not have access to graphics. Does anyone know how to add a plan? 

I havn't downloaded a video for a while, but, all the videos now don't let me use credits and I have loads of credits, only giving me the buy option?I have seen a few posts on this and have tried a couple of browsers? Why?

I saw today that I have only 35 credits when last week I had roughly 280. I checked my license history to see if I was hacked but that's not the case. I thought it may be that they don't carry over year to year but they have carried over in the past 2 years.I see some other people have had this happen to them. Please direct me to where to go for support. I don’t remember signing up for Stock and found out I was being charge $30 per month. And now when I cancel there is an over $80 termination fee. This is bizarre.

I'm attempting to redownload a stock image (FILE #:  268873892). I understand that the image owner may pull the availability of an stock image and if I've lost my local file I'm probably out of luck. I would like to know if there's anyway to contact the artist direct for purchase/licencsing options.

Hi there, I am trying to access my licensed Adobe Stock images through Creative Cloud Libraries in Adobe Express. The images are all downloaded into the app, but all have watermarks. I've verified directly through Adobe Stock that all photos in question are licensed. Maybe the app is accessing a (watermarked) thumbnail instead of the original file? I would appreciate any help or guidance on this matter.  Thank you!

I am currently trying to find a short video of a person talking to use as a test before some video is shot (for developing motion graphics). This is proving to be a painful search on Adobe Stock because there's no easy way to tell upfront what videos have audio or not. There should really be a filtering option to exclude videos that do not have audio. Also it makes no sense that videos without audio still have the audio control button showing up, this made me waste some time troubleshooting to see if maybe I was just having audio issues or if the audio was broken across Adobe Stock. Thanks,Alexa

Id like to use a free image for merchandise. There is no option with the image to purchase an extended license.

Hi,We are about to publish physical board games using photos from Adobe Stock. We have the extended license, so all should be fine. However, we don't know how and where to write the photo credits. Each game consists of a box + lots of small game pieces with photos from different contributors. Can we write a general sentence on the box that covers all? Or should each piece have its own credit line with the specific name of the contributor? Or should we write all the names of the contributors on the box? Depending on the game there can be up to 80 contributors, so I am hoping there is a simple solution. Thanks in advance,Anne Sofie

I'm searching Adobe Stock - and many other sites - and there is now way to filter AI images in the search, which is really annoying since 9/10 of what pops up is now AI. I don't want AI and don't want to contribute to AI that people upload. Is there a way to filter it that I'm not seeing?
