Plan rozpoczęłam 2.12.2020, dziś - 02.12.2022 chcę go zakończyć i nie mogę! Adobe chce naliczyć 160€ kary! Nie rozumiem tego. Nie mogę znaleźć pomocy! 

Ho attivato il periodo di prova gratuito di Adobe stock fino al 4 dicembre ma l'addebito dell'abbonamento è avvenuto il 3 dicembre,un giorno prima della fine della prova e quindi prima che potessi annullare  la sottoscrizione. Come posso avere un rimborso visto che non era mia intenzione pagare il mese di abbonamento 

A client has recently asked me for the working files of a doucment I put together for them containing several free Adobe Stock images. How can I legally give them the document with the links to the images? Does this breach licensing terms?

Hi,  I accidentally click the licence button on a random image (#169065816). I did not even realise there was a licence button, and there was no popup message asking users like, "Are you sure to licence the image?" before licencing it, which made me feel like I was scammed.  Is there any way to unlicense the image?  Many thanks.

In 2021 my card was charged for Adobe stock unbeknownst to me. Didn't realize it until I was looking at my account to switch my card for auton renewal for Photoshop this September. When I contacted Adobe through Chat I told them that the original payment method had been closed and no longer existed. I was given a link to provide a new card in which they could process the refund. I thought nothing of it until I never received the refund.    I have been going around in circles trying to get my money refunded to the correct card. I have contacted the bank that the original card was through and confirmed that they never received the payment because my account was closed. I have talked to about 5 supervisors who say they'll call back and resolve it. I have barely received calls. I have talked to numerous individuals and one even offered me $130 less than entitled and told me he was sorry that was all he could do. I've been told over and over (including in an email this m

I would like to cancel the Adobe Stock 750 assets monthly plan from my personal account, but the option for the cancellation is not there. All I see is "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly". I do not wish to use the plan any further and I would like to cancel the subscription immediately, before renewal.  Can administrators cancel the subscription, since I'm not able to? Thank you and best regards! Ales

Hi. Would purchasing an extended licensed vector image automatically delete the purchased image from the Adobe Stock library? Let me explain better: will the resource purchased with an extended license still be available in your distribution and therefore could it be purchased again and used by further buyers?

I have downloaded four images, all of them stating that they have transparent backgrounds, and all of them do NOT have transparent backgrounds. Can I use an image with a Standard License with a YouTube video expecting 1000 or 2000 views, which is less than 500,000. Do I need to write "Image License: Adobe Stock Standard License" in the video description on YouTube when uploading? Can I acquire an extended license if the video reaches more than 500,000 views at that stage or are all videos posted to YouTube subject to the Extended License independently of the number of views, even if it's just 50 views? Hello,  I am looking for stock images of employees, wearing branded uniforms. (e.g. an image of a Starbuck employee wearing the starbucks apron, or an image of a McDonalds employee wearing something with a mcdonalds logo). I haven't been able to find this on Adobe Stock, and I was wondering if Adobe has any such photos, or if there is a restriction that prevents these images from being available? Thank you for any help or suggestions! 

How do you resolve with Adobe or where do you report it, that an image that was supposed to be a vector is just an image in illustrator and its not even embedded? I purchased the entire Adobe plan back in Sept. I was given several free plans and Adobe Stock was included. I tried out I think 6 or 7 photos and that was it. I did not want the service so I was under the impression that I had cancelled it. Well I guess I didnt or I cancelled another trial and thought I had. Long story short we were billed $389 for the entire year of Stock. I tried about 10 times to get it resolved through the chat feature and kept getting cut off, dropped, and got absolutely nowhere. Well today I thought it would be a good idea to try and call and get it resolved. I was met with resistance, rudeness, short and belittling answers, and then after 4 calls I was put on permanent hold. I did get quite irritated from the abuse so they must have been having fun with me. Unacceptable Adobe. I just downloaded an image that said it was Illustrator. Upon opening it up in Illustrator I have discovered it's actually an embeded Photoshop file and is uneditable. That's super misleading. I was planning to use the graphic in multiple sizes and extend the background myself for our email & social media but now cannot. I would like credit refund but also I think this file should be labeled differently. It's super misleading.

Why do the previews look so much redder than the licensed?  I liked the preview I'd found but when I download the licensed version it doesn't have the red that the preview did.

I've just joined but seemed to have downloaded the last image I was looking at. how do I get a refund for thid - I won't be using it

My source disappeared after mentioning it....?!... anyone have more info about the timeline? Less spooky question: Adobe Stock (or Creative Cloud?) downloads all purchases automatically to my 'Adobe Stock' personal library. Unfortunately only a fraction of them (900 of ~16,000) are there. Anyone have advice how to make everything sync from our Enterprise Account? Thanks for any help!
