Hello, I'm trying to contact adobe stock contributor "speed300" with a licensing question.I got a standard license on one of their images but I'd like to have an enhanced license. I can't seem to figure out how to contact this specific contributor to see if this would be possible. Any ideas? TIAjordan

I signed up for the free month trial (with 10 stock image downloads), but when I try to download the images are watermarked. I intend to purchase the upgraded package tomorrow when my free trial ends, but need to get those 10 free images first. Help!

Hello.  I didn't realize I have been paying for Adobe Stock all this time. Can someone please explain how I find out how many credits I have to be able to purchase stock? There is something called assetts with 23 at the top right of the page...is that it?  Thanks for the help.   

I want to stop the monthly payment of the annual subscription to adobe stock. How can I do? I can not find any keys to cancel the subscription, I have to pay every month

No pricing / credit value is shown for 3D objects.I contacted support via chat but they were unable to understand what I was looking for. So... let's say I have 32 credits, and want to buy a model of a vase. How do I know how many credits it will cost? thanks

I just had to do the youtube copyright dispute process and just wanted to toss out an easy enhancement adobe should do.    When you go to license history, you cant actually see the names of songs.  When I got a copyright flag on youtube, they only showed me the song name.  So when you go to license history to grab the keycode, you have to know the artist and if you have multiple songs by the same artist.. well its a mess.

I have paid for a video asset and it's been stored in my library. I came to do a re-download today and I get an message saying "Asset No Longer Available". Is this normal?

Hi, can I use an image to show an animal I want to rehome for a charity if the picture has a standard license?It's a charity so we don't profit but people do pay a set rehoming fee to cover the animals' treatments and care.I just need to know if that's considered advertising the animal or "selling" the animal.p.s. they will know that's not the actual animal but animals with a picture do get more interest and the real animal can't be shown for legal purposes.

Hallo Community,ich habe heute ein 5-Credit-Pack für Adobe Stock gekauft und bin eigentlich davon ausgegangen, dass es sich dabei um eine einmalige Sache handelt. Allerdings sehe ich jetzt in meinen Kontodetails unterhalb von 'Konto verwalten' folgenden Hinweis:'Nächste Zahlung für den 17. Okt. 2022 angesetzt'!?Handelt es sich bei dem Credit Pack also doch auch um ein Abo?! Und wo kann ich das dann kündigen? Beim Versuch auf den Adobe-Seiten irgendeine hilfreiche Info zu diesem Thema zu finden laufe ich mehr oder weniger im Kreis und wäre deshalb sehr froh und dankbar, wenn mir hier jemand mit einer entsprechenden Information weiterhelfen könnte.

Hi. I was subscribed to Adobe Stock for 4 month, each month I was eligible for 10 photos to upload. I did not need subscription anymore, so cancelled it. But I did not use my eligible photos. I had 40 photos that I could upload. Now I do not have anything because I am not paying. How fair is this? And is there are a way to be able to use them? Any Admint support? Thank You.

Is there any way to contact Adobe Customer Support at all? Their Adobe Stock website is not loading at any browsers I tried and Ijust wanted to cancel my subscription. I can never find their customer chat/email support (if there is any).

If I want to purchase multiple exteneded licences what is the cheapest way to do it please?

The image 101629297 has a misspelled state. Wisconsin is spelled with a "K" I have an angry customer.

Hi all! I bought 2 bulk credits for video, each €899,99 This was billed on my creditcard. Thats all fine...But there is an extra €899,99 on hold. But i only bought 2 of them. Now my creditcard is blocked because of this 'hold'..(amount to high-limit €2500,-) I need Adobe to DECLINE this authorization! I contacted customer service and they confirm this buy of 'only 2 bulk credits'..(2x €899,99). But thats it. Don't know how to proceed. Thank you.

Hello,   I sell various presentations given by public speakers. We put them on DVDs/CDs and sell the discs from our website. I would like to use adobe stock to create an image that would be printed on the discs themselves. The only modifications would be cropping, adding the title, the presenter's name, our logo, and file format (Blu-ray, DVD, mp3, etc.). We sell roughly 30 of each disc.   A few questions: 1- Would I need to use a Standard license for this, or an Extended license? 2- Do I need to credit the image creator? If yes, can that be done on the website sales page, or does it have to be on every individual disc? (I would be sad to put it on the disk, as I think it would look weird.) 3- Do licenses expire? If yes, how do I go about keeping mine up to date?   (I apologize if these are obvious questions- I'm rather new to the graphic arts world. I hope to do right by the creators, Adobe, and legally. I have a yearly subscription paid monthly to Adobe. If I do not want to continue the subscription in 2023 when should I cancel to avoid cancellation fees? Is there a deadline on cancellations? How do I cancel?I have tried contacting Abobe today without success. I am a bit fed up wasting my time.
