Hello,I don't really know how to contact support so I post it here.I've had a few issues on adobe stocks where the website wasn't properly loading and somehow I've purchased the same asset twice.This should probably not be possible and now I lost the last one of my 10 monthly tokens.The asset which was purchased twice is  #544450865   

my account was auto updated for 2 months which i was unaware, so i went and read the terms and condition for refund, it shows that before 14 days of the payment it will be refunded. so i used the first month assest, and with the 10 assest remaining which is of second month. i tried to cancel the plan. so, now it ask for early termination fee of 12k something. my purchase was 2300, for that why should i pay termination fee of 12k? could you help.

Is it possible to buy an extended license for an asset that only shows a standard license?

Hi! I am downloading a few certificates to view in Illustrator and InDesign. It says Education License - Standard Image (Included in your plan)BUT when I bring it into the programs, it has the watermark and everything is grouped together, as though it's just an image of the file.Do I need to purchase it? Thanks for your help!

Hiya, I am wanting to request a refund but cannot find anywhere to do that. I tried the live chatbox but does not lead me in the right direction. Can someone please help me with finding an email to contact maybe?  Or do I not even need to request one? I accidentally forgot my trail ended and got charged today but canceled the subscription straight after I saw the payment go out today, do I need to request a refund for that or will it automatically give out the refund? 

Hello: I write here because chat support had no clue, and the simply could send me to the licensing terms that I already had read. The question is simple. I am going to sell my posters on ETSY and would like a few mockups to showcase my posters. But these are for showcase how it would look in a real environment but those images are not going to be sent to the client . A print of my poster is going to be send after purchase.So can mockups to showcase products be purchased with a  regular license or do they need an extended one ?Thnak you very much Cristian Baitg

In meinem ABO Creativ Cloud sind pro Monat 10 Adobe Stock Medien enthalten. In Adobe Stock kann ich sehen, wie viele Bilder ich frei habe. Dort bin ich seit einem Jahr auf 240, aber die werden nicht mehr. Also die 10 freien Stock Medien / Monat werden nicht addiert. Woran kann das liegen? Danke An Adobe: sehr schade, dass es keine Kontakt Möglichkeit an Adobe direkt gibt!

I have an InDesign account. I am participating in this discussion forum becuase I have an account. The license is held through the Toronto Public Library. I have been 3 HOURS and 15 minutes on their Virtual Assistant Chat. I have been transferred between multiple people. The first individual Bhoopendra was able to identifty that I had access to a license but it was a team or enterprise account. He forwarded me to Jaskaram who said that it wasn't his department and he forwarded me to Shrirang. He said that it was impossible for me to be using InDesign as there was no license associated with me or with Toronto Library. I sent him a screen shot of the InDesign document I was working on and SUDDENLY he found Toronto Public Library's VIP # (They can't have a VIP account because no company I have ever worked with has treated VIPs with such incompetence and contempt.) He forwarded me to Roopa who than forwarded me to Ajeet in Adobe Enterprise who tried, but said he had to have access to

Hello. While browsing on my phone, I accidently licensed 2 photos#58301142#93001471I don't want or need them. I was just trying to view them and it automatically licensed when I touched one of the photos. The other just licensed when I was scrolling through and I guess hit the wrong spot on the picture?? Can I please return this. I don't need them.  Thank you for your help!

Hi - I run a youth centre. We are a charity. We have a multimedia suite and have Adobe on two of the computers. I have discovered that on 19 October, one of our young people purchased an image (#371511647) which cost us over £200 without permission. I have only now discovered this via our credit card. As far as I can tell the image has not been downloaded and it was purchased without consent. Could I please urgently request a refund?

Hi  I have shared a library with an external designer. He can incorporate the images into his design. Everything is in the preview version with the watermark. But when I purchase the license, it doesn't automatically update in his design. How do we do that?I really hope there is a clever solution so he doesn't have to manually change all the images from previews to licensed. THanksAnne Sofie

We have a business account with Adobestock. I am trying to source images for our site but every time I try to select an image, I get a "buy" message, not a "download" message. Help, we are on a tight deadline and need access to images.  In addition, I am not on the seventh attempt to get an answer and continue to be redirected from one automated response bot to another  

a year ago I signed up for trial not realising I was binding a yearly contract. Since I assumed it was my own fault I wanted to wait it out and make use of it. Now that I try to cancel it I'm bound to yet another year. Is there any way to resolve this?Iv'e tried to get in contact with costumer service several times but i keep getting left ond read, and then for the agent to close the chat without notice

I've been trying to contact adobe for the past two hours but cannot find any mobile number or links to live chat or emails!! Please help. 

I licensed a song from Adobe Stock to use as a lead in for a podcast.  Using 30 seconds of the song, I created a voice over / intro to a podcast.  On trying to upload it to SoundCloud for some feedback from people, I received a copyright strike from SoundCloud and they removed it.  I provided SoundCloud with the licensing code that Adobe Stock gives out, but SoundCloud says that is insufficient and that  "We would require confirmation from [publisher name] as they are the original rightsholders."  How am I suppose to deal with this?  

Hi I new to Stock. I was told that I could download an image as a "comp license" for 90 days" so I could preview my layout without watermarks and in a good resolution. But how do I choose this option? I can only get a preview version with watermark or buy the license.

Hi all, I have got my self confused looking through all the licence conditions for stock images and was hoping someone more informed could provide guidance. I fully understand that you cannot use stock images for a company logo. I am looking to create a game logo for a title we are looking to release digitally on Meta.I originally thought, its a logo so I cant. I moved onto the Adobe Game Logo creater and found it allows you to use Stock Images for backgrounds (basically what I wanted to do for our game logo)??  Just hoping someone can provide some opinions / guidance please. The stock image we are looking to use would just be used as a background to our game logo. Thanks in advance

Hello there. I'd like to ask if there's a chance or a way of not receiveing invoices for each subsequent image/download. Maybe ther's a way to get one invoice for all images that has been downloaded during a day, week or month? A lot of printing and paper usage is required for those invoices and it is getting troublesome. Thank you in advance for the response.

I've been an Adobe Stock subscriber for a while now and have acquired quite a large available quota of assets. Recently, I decided to cut back on my freelance work, so I contacted the help centre for advice. I discovered that any assets that aren't downloaded before the end of the billing cycle would become inactive. They cannot be transferred to another account, refunded or even reactivated in the future. So basically, assets that are paid for through a subscription but not licenced disappear once the subscription is cancelled - it just doesn't seem fair. My advice is to buy as you go if you don't want to be stuck downloading images you don't need.
