Hello,Unfortunately, we bought wrong pictures by mistake: #368280773, #462778526Those pictures have special license and are too expensive. We would rather buy similar pictures with a standard license.And we lost all the credits to buy other pictures, which we need for our poject.Is there any way to reverse this purchase or return the license?Sorry for the inconvenience.Petr Jancik, Czechia 

I found a thread that said you can search by file #, but that hasn't been my experience. A client gave us a number of file #s for videos he needs, but putting them in the search box brings up no results, whether we type in just the number or add a # before it. This seems like an obvious way to find stock photography and videography, so what am I missing?  Even during testing, I would grab a video file number I am looking right at, put it in the search box, and it comes up with no results. Help!!

I was wondering how I could get in contact with an actual human from Adobe.I got a bill for my Adobe Stock subscription, which cannot be right as  I canceled within the free trial period. As this is a specific account-related problem I have to get in contact with someone from adobe, however on the adobe help center there are answers to standard questions, even if I click on 'get in contact'.I searched the site for an hour and I could not find an e-mail address or contact number from someone that could help me with this, so that is why I am posting this here. 

Ich habe einige Bibliotheken für verschiedene Kunden/Projekte angelegt, aber nur 8 werden bei Adobe Stock angezeigt. Selbst neue Bibliotheken die ich in Adobe Stock erstelle, sind nicht auf https://stock.adobe.com/de/Libraries sichtbar. Leider auch nicht in dem Context-Menü zum schnellen auswählen/verwalten.Auf https://assets.adobe.com/libraries?filter=user_libraries sehe ich nur 4 Libraries. Ist das auf 8 begrenzt? Wenn ich Bilder einer nicht sichtbaren Bibliothek hinzufügen möchte, muss ich immer über die Creative Cloud gehen und nachträglich zuordnen. Dort sind alle sichtbar. In den Apps (z.B. inDesign) sind die CC-Libraries sichtbar. Ettliche Threads und Google/DuckDuck hab ich bisher natürlich durchforstet. Hat da jemand Abhilfe?

Hi, I'm new here. Yesterday I bought the After Effects and the system offered me to get Adobe Stock for free for one month. So I accepted. Now I'm trying to download some images, but they come with the watermarks!So... what is it that I don't understand?Isn't it 1 month for free?Why I didn't see the limitations?Thanks

Does the Adobe Cloud subscription I am paying monthly include Stock Images? It keeps saying Free with Trial and I have an active Adobe Cloud account already.

Ich hatte die Idee in meinem kleinem Postershop nun auch Prints von Stockfotos mit erweiterter Lizenz aufzunehmen und bin mir nicht sicher, ob dies durch die erweiterte Lizenz abgedeckt ist. In einem Support-Artikel heißt es "The ownership of the image is non-transferable, hence one cannot use the image to create or publish anything in their own brand. Even if selling the images in form of t-shirts or any other customizable items with the brand name of the shop is not permissible as it removes the rights of Adobe Stock and hence a conflict."In einem anderen wiederum steht: "Extended licenses also allow you to use the image file to create products or services that are intended for re-sale or distribution. I am a small time creator who paid for adobe stock once to get the 10 free images I needed after that I did not realise until 2 months later that you were still charging me £23 a month and on top of that after I cancelled my plan and deactivated my account you have attempted to charge me £110 twice which it says no were in your subscription and Cancellation terms and I would like an explanation.Thanks.

Dear all,   I would like to ask you if I can use Stock Free Images for my client.   For instance, I create a brochure, banner, leaflet etc. and would like to use image from Stock under Free Images. I create the final product, but my answer is, if the client can use such free image on her/his material (brochure, banner etc.). About an hour ago I purchased 5 credits. I received the confirmation email with the order number in it. In my account profile, my plan already include 5 credits. Every time I try to license a photo, I get an error message asking me to contact customer support and don't allow me to licence and download any photo.   Please Help me. O plano que assino diz incluir "Todos os Apps" — na lista, inclusive, o Adobe Stock consta — mas quando vou utilizar a plataforma para fazer download de alguma imagem, vetor, etc, aparece um pop-up sugerindo contratar um plano anual (o que eu já tenho) para dar continuidade.   O que me deixou em dúvida foi: eu preciso contratar outra mensalidade para utilizar o serviço ou a que já tenho serve?

Please unlicense and send a credit back to me.Thanks P.S. commenting on the community board to undo a common mistake seems very ineffective, and seems hit or miss success. Could there be an undo button added or at least a confirmation pop up in the future?

I have licensed a vector file. When I download it to my computer 2 thigs are happening that haven't ever happened before. (1) The file continues to download in preview mode, and (2) in my Finder window the prefview of the file is text documnat.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

When I try to go onto Adobe Stock images this error pops up: Error 503 No healthy backends

I cannot access a library at stock.adobe.com with 384 items in it. I get an error message: "There was an error processing your request".The assets show up in libraries for CC apps.Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I have opened a ticket, sent details and screenshots but support will not fix this issue. They insist on a phone call, but do not schedule it in a typical, respectful way - only offering a long window of time that I may receive a phone call from an unknown number.  Thanks 

Hallo,   ich habe vor zwei Wochen das kostenlose Probeabo für Adobe Stock gestartet. Jetzt will ich es vor ABlauf des Probemonats kündigen. Unter meinen Abos steht aber nur: "keine kostenpflichtigen Abos vorhanden" und ich kann nichst auswählen. Ich will das Abo aber kündigen BEVOR es kostenpflichtig wird. Kundenservice kann ich nicht erreichen. Ich hoffe man kann mir hier weiterhelfen. Viele Grüße

Hi,I recently subscribed to Stock for 10 images per month, with 1st month free. But the asset downloding process gets locked into a "clicking loop" :When clicking "download", a first popup opens to select either a one-shot payment for 5 credits, or 10 per month. Then, after I choose the second option, another popup opens telling "good news, you already have credit" ("Vous avez déjà un forfait" in french). Then after clicking OK, nothing happens, the 2nd popup gets closed, the image-finding page is still visible in the web browser, and nothing has been downloaded,  neither in "Download" directory, nor accessible from AI. Same situation as at beginning. Im in a infinite clicking loop. When i click "open in application", AI is being opened but only the preview is present (low resolution, pixelized). Did I do something wrong ? My popups are not blocked in my web browser. Thanks in advance for your answer.  

I am just noticing that I've been charged for Adobe Stock for the last 8 months!  I have an enterprise account at work and would never have intentionally signed up for this. With all the notifications the Adobe Creative Cloud sends, how hard would it be to provide their individual customers with some kind of monthly notification?
