Hello, the image 524697886 has a defect, there is an area that is blurred in the 100% view. On the bottom left it's fine and there's a line where it goes blurry. Would there be a way to have this photo without the defect?Thanks.

It is frustrating not being able to contact a real person! I've been trying to cancel my annual renewal and monthly subscription for months without being able to find my way through because the UX design for cancellation and contact support is made so complicated. In addition, Adobe Stock started an annual payment when I only wanted to purchase the on-demand plan. How can I contact customer support for a refund?

In our account we see we have 53 assets (Beschikbare quota) left. But if I want to download a picture, I get a screen with two options: Groot 6720 x 4480 px (€ 499,99) Klein 1688 x 1125 px (€ 249,99) Why can't I choose for the assets from our standardassets? 

Our IT guy forwared me an email he received offering a free year of Adobe stock images as part of our current subscription renewal. So I scheduled a half hour meeting for this, which seems sketchy in its own right. And the email from the Adobe rep was this: Hi Admin,Blocking your calender as per your convinient time to connect more efficiently to discuss the present offering for your account.Kindly accept the teams meeting invite.Looking forward to connecting with you tomorrow!Regards,Abhineet Srivastava Is this legit? I have had the automatically renewing monthly plan for Adobe Stock for several months and it was fine but now I don't need it.  I went to my account page where the plans are listed and went through the menus to cancel just the Monthly Stock Plan.  On the last page however it stated "What you will Lose if you cancel" And it stated that I would lose all access to my Apps. My storage would be reduced to 2 Gs, etc.  It was like I was cancelling my whole Creative Cloud account.  Which I'm not.  What gives?  How do I make sure I'm just going back to the Stock On-Demand part of my plan, which is still listed there? I don't want to hit some button that accidently throws me out of the system obviously. Thank you.

I've had a paid Creative Cloud account for several years and I'm searching for illustrations that come free with the account. In the past (six months ago maybe), there was a search filter that enabled me to search for such included content, but now when I search there's no such filter, and every item is tagged, "Free with trial." What trial? Am I missing a step? What happened to the free content that came courtesy of my Creative Cloud subscription. Thanks.

I have a small shop looking to create some giftcards. I've seen adobe "tutortials" that talk about downloading an asset from Adobe Stock to use as a background on the giftcard. I am a bit confused by the license required though. I think the standard one would be ok as the image on the giftcard is not what gives it "value" (unlike selling the image on a shirt or mug for example) but want to make sure I understand what is needed before I supply any designs to the shop that use a stock image.Has anyone dealt with this before that can give me an answer?

Hi there, I has a Fotolia subscription between 2016-2018 that gave me a number of monthly image downloads. However, I didn't download my licenses at the time and was unaware of the merge to Adobe as I moved to buying images from a different platform. I really need to access and download these licenses for my site admin. I still have all my Fotolia email, username and password details. How can I do this and is there a way of syncing my account with my Adobe account under the same email? Many thanks. 

I downloaded Asset #207099531  and when I open it in Illustrator, the states aren't individual shapes and I would like a refund so I can download another.Thank you

Hello, Cmcan anybody tell me how to cancel Adobe Stock membership. I signed up for the 30 day trial las jun then I had not use it. Have already been charged for my first month but I dont want it! I paid 3 months without using it and I want to refund my money and cancel the subscription. Can find nowhere to cancel through my account. Nobody is available on live chat and no contact number available.

I have not used my adobe account throughout the summer so I have not really been aware of it, but now that I last logged in, it turned out that I have paid for adobe stock for three months. It's a really high monthly cost for me as a student - and I have not even bought this feature ?! When I'm going to finish my plan, I'm going to pay a huge cost because I'm "pulling out". I have used Adobe's "photographer plan" for over a year and am very pleased with it. In fact, Adobe's stock, I do not even know what it is. I have tried to get in touch with adobe in the chat, but no response has been received. Are there any more involved in this? Will it solve? I really can not pay so much for something that I do not even understand how it happened to my account?

Hi,   I am just looking for some general guidance regarding editing and uing adobe stock video footage.  Can anyone advise if editing video footage is permitted (primarily just talking about changing colours) after I have purchased and downloaded a stock image?   Thanks for any help in advance, Matt

I have an Adobe account that provides access to Adobe Stock images. Issue: When I download files labeled "License for free" and open in Photoshop, they are watermarked. If they are free with my account, then why are they watermarked? Is there a way to access non-watermarked versions? Needless to say, free or not watermarked images are of no use to me. Thanks.

Apologies for yet another release question but file id:528974262 - which is a AI generated surreal digital painting (not photo realistic) ...has been rejected even though I created a property release - I filled in my artist name, signature and contact details in both sections (property owner and property information)-The review came back stating  "We can't accept your image into our collection until you provide a completed and correct model release and/or property release."Attached is a small low res sample of the image:Should I have perhaps filled in and completed the "Description & Location" input field and write and decribe that it is Artificial Intelligence generated digital art?There is obviously no real person to contact for a model release and I have filled in that I am the rights owner and artist of it but perhaps without specifically mentioning this in property release Adobe might worry it is stolen work from another artist?Also, is there any future keywords

Can I use an extended license image for resale on more than 1 product? For example, can I buy one license for one image, but then use that image on variety of products for resale, such as tshirts, mugs etc? Or would I need a license for each product type? Thanks
