Hi I have accidentially hit license on an asset and got it but I don't want it, how can I reverse that?

Hallo, wir benötigen einige Stock-Bilder für einen unserer Kunden die wir diesem exklusiv über eine Webanwendung zur verfügung stellen.  Dieser nutzt die Dateien wiederum um z.B. Aktionen in seine Filiale zu bewerben (Audrucke als Poster etc.). Genügt hierfür eine einfache Lizenz oder benötigen wir die erweiterte Lizenz? VG

To any of the Adobe Support Team here I hope we can flag these type of descriptions for some of the materials. I understand that these are actual words to describe a visual but there might be some other way to describe it. "Big" "fat" "chubby" words that can ultimately have a negative connotation especially when we want to promote body positivity and inclusion as well. Let's support all body types with out offending them.

Have cleared cache multiple times, refreshed DNS, signed in & out multiple times, (from the Adobe Stock site and Creative Cloud Desktop App). Tried on Firefox, Firefox Developers Edition, Chrome, Vivaldi, MS Edge & Safari and no matter the time of day searches take far too long, when trying to download licenced images/vectors... I am having to reload the page multiple times. Keep getting 502 Bad Gateway Ngnix errors. All other websites work properly and at normal speeds.

Hey guys, I designed a flyer with photoshop using a template. I am very new to this and wanted to ask if it is possible to remove the trim line & safety margin or what use this has because when we'll send it out to print it, it would be seen on the flyer, wouldn't it? I have and work for an online art gallery with my husband. I’ve bought a standard licence for some 80 assets that are used for the purpose of this online shop, as an individual. The pictures were bought for the gallery and the invoice issued for my VAT no.Soon, the same gallery for which I’ll continue working will be operating under my husband’s economic activity. Can we keep on using all the pictures for the same purpose in our online gallery/shop? Can we just change details of the account to the another person? 

HelloI'd like to confirm about the type of licence a free image comes with please? Does it come with an extended licence? If it does't come with an extended licence, then how we can add/buy an extended licence to a free image? (images that are free to download from adobe stock photos not necessarily the free trial offer images).Thanks in advance.

Ich selber binde auch keine Produktwerbung in meine Videos mit ein. Ist es möglich, dass ich adobe-Bilder im Rahmen der Standardlizenz in diesen Videos verwende?  Es sind auf keinen Fall Aufrufe in Höhe von z.B. 500.000 Klicks zu erwarten, sondern lediglich weit darunter (im Regelfall weit unter 10.000).  Über eine konkrete Antwort würde ich mich freuen. Viele Grüße, Stefan 

Hi, I am considering purchasing some images but am wondering how the 'Credit packs' work?  I cannot seem to find any helpful/appropriate advise on the main web pages. If I want to purchase a particular image e.g 176880033, how can I tell how many credits it is worth? Are some images more expensive than others? Or is that not how it works?  Tyia John

Assests downloaded from the Free Collection - can I use them without attribution? (I will be using them for a school printed publication that is distributed for free (not for sale). A copy of the print publication may be loaded on the website as well.

Ich möchte ein Foto von Adobe Stock verwenden, dieses Bild verfügt über eine Standardlizenz. Ich fürchte allerdings, dass diese für das Produkt nicht ausreichend ist. Gibt es eine Möglickeit hierzu eine erweiterte Lizenz zu erhalten? Und wenn ja, wie? Und was würde das kosten?Ich möchte ungern ein neues Foto suchen müssen.

When reading the summary information on the Adobe Stock page regarding various license types, vs. the full terms an conditions, I am seeing an inconsistency.  On the summary page, it states that you may not use a standard license on an item for resale where the primary value is associated with the asset.  That implies that if it is not (such as a book cover, or illustration within a book where the primary value is the content of the book), then it would be allowed if the total image is not reporduced more that 500,000 times.  However, in the full terms page section 3.1 B (2) it states that you may not incorporate a work into merchandise intended for sale under the standard license. These 2 statements appear to be at odds.  If I were to use a Stock image on a book cover intended for sale and a handful of others in the book itself, would I require an extended license?  I have seen comments on some other posts indicating it was allowed under the standard lice

 Hello there!   I have licensed a video, and I am trying to find out if the author made alternate versions, or if someone else did? How would I go about browsing available licenses from the SAME AUTHOR &/or Contacting the Original Author or if all else fails, Finding a license with much of the same attributes (ex if another artist had been able to license it out, then recreated it in a way that could be licensed as a new product...ex:color correction of the original, not sure if this is even allowed idk, but you know, potentially if the original author had licensed a photo and effected it, then another artist did like wise with them)     Thank you immensely for your help in advance!!!

I signed up to the Adobe Stock trial and cancelled before the service expired. I have since been charged for 2 months of service use despite me cancelling in plenty of time. I've tried to cancel again but Adobe are trying to charge me a hefty cancellation fee for cancelling early. I can't believe that Adobe treat their customers like this. Trying to resolve this issue through customer care has been nearly impossible. Shame on you Adobe. I can only hope that you respond to this post.

Hello. I am using an HTML template from 'templatemo' (don't know if I'm allowed to post links here) and the licensing on the site states that all images are free to use. However, an image search revealed that the images in that template are actually from Adobe Stock. Am I allowed to use them freely without any commercial gain - eg. on a dummy E-commerce store that does not actually sell stuff, only shows what I can do? Also, 1. 'With a Standard license, you may not Distribute the stand-alone file' - does this mean that I can't push my repo with all the code, HTML and assets (images) to GitHub?  2. 'Create merchandise, templates, or other products for resale or distribution where the primary value of the product is associated with the asset itself' - I mean, the primary value is the site itself, the code, but the banners/product images, etc., make the site look better, thus increasing its value as something I can build. I've tried two similar templates but neither seems to be complete. Example, 358076992. Looks like it should include 12 images as shown in the preview. When opening in PS or AI only 2 are present. Am I missing something?

I want to cancel my adobe stock plan, but I can't manage to do so without the manage plan button. Any ideas?
