Hello. I have tried to reach an Adobe representative via chat 2x in the last 12 hours - with no luck. I accidentally licensed Adobe stock #407179140 early this morning (01/06/2022). I do not need this product and I will never use it. Can something be done about this? Can you reverse this accidental license? Thank You.

I have tried to cancel my Adobe stock trial subsription before expiry but did not succeed with instructions given on Adobe website. Therefore I sent an e-mail to trials@adobe.com asking to cancel my subscription before the trial period ends. Nothing happened, expiry date has passed and now I'm being charged for service I don't need. I don't want to pay for the service because I did my best to cancel before end of trial period and also informed Adobe about the problems in cancelling from website before the trial expired. How can I end the trial and avoid the cancellation fee?

Hello,I want to use an image in a social post and add the correct image credits. In the FAQs, you say that the image credits are provided in the IPTC field. On https://stock.adobe.com/de​​, I cannot see the IPTC field. Can you please indicate where to find it?Thank you

Can I post photos posted on Adobe stock to other sites such as "PIXTA"? Is it prohibited? If prohibited, is it a breach of contract?

I cancelled my free trial through the online portal with days of starting it. Adobe never cancelled it. Now they have charged me two more months and say I am locked into a contract. I should have never been charged in the first place. When I try to deal with the online agent to cancel, they say I can't get a refund because it didn't cancel and keep trying to sell me other products instead of just cancelling my subscription and refunding me the charges that should not have been made. 

I created a subscription of Adobe Stock on beginning of December try it and forget about it. Today I realize, that I do not want it and generated the password for the account for first time to cancel it, but i cant, It can be done only two days ago and I forgot to cancel it because of Chrismas time.. Is there any way to cancel it now without paying a year subscription? I do not use it and the money was not taken down from my card because I use Revolut one time card for every internet purchase.. Thanks.

Hello! I want to cancel my 'Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month' subcription. Will i get a refund for the 2nd month, if I make it today on the 1 day  of my second's month bill?

I purchased an extended license of an image.  I need to show proof of purchase and permission.  How can I find or receive proof of permission for use?  I want something that can easily be shared with someone to demonstrate permission.

Hi, on the 17/06/2021 (june) I initiated a 30 day free trial with adobe stock photos and cancelled my subscription on 02/07/2021 (july). Even though I cancelled earlier than 30 days, only now have I noticed that I have been charged on my credit card on:- 17/08- 17/09- 17/10- 17/11- 17/12Why am I being charged for my free trial if I cancelled within the time frame and terms that adobe specified? Why, on my adobe account, it shows no history of me being charged in any of the months I mentioned even though my credit card says other wise? If this is an error I want a full refund

Hello! I’m a bit confused about the copyright while using an Adobe stock image in a fine art photo composition. If I take and make my own photograph/digital composition and I need one element that I can’t produce myself and I buy it as a stock image (let’s say, an animal that I add there because I don’t have a possibility to go and photograph that animal in the woods/jungle and it is necessary in my concept). The stock photo image is there as a part of an image and I’ve edited and manipulated it so that it will fit in the scene. In some cases, I might even combine two stock photos to create one new element. When the final image is done, do I own the full copyright for my image? I understand I’m allowed to sell the print etc (that’s why I bought extended licence), but if I want to enter the image e.g. in a photo competition and the rules says, that I have to own the full copyright of the image, do I own it?
