Since a week or so ago, every time I click on a stock item - video or image - it opens an “AI studio” instead of opening up the file details for the item.This happens in Safari but not Google Chrome.Of course the work around is to use Google Chrome, but it’s irritating as I use Safari for other tasks. 

I haven't been able to upload my work as a contributor all day. Does anyone know what's wrong? I've tried using different browsers.

 I have just licensed 3 images that are meant to be editable and usable vectors, but they are flat vector, and uneditable and unuseable due to the background being there. This is really frustrating as my wi=ork is now on hold as I cannot source usable images Images62625534613974676571546289240

I'm just looking for images I can use as general anatomy practice while drawing, and I found this abomination (file number 677462298). I always exclude AI generated images and look for photos, and I immediately knew it was AI because horses do not move like that. It's a biomechanical impossibility. There is no option to report trash like this on the preview page, I looked through the support pages, and the only directions I got from Google - which, btw, are better than what your site gave me, Adobe - were to the forums. Now, I'd've much rather have just submitted a report and called it good, but you left me with no other option than going public with my grievances. Do better, Adobe.

Hello,My first asset was approved and I received the approval email. However, it still does not appear on my public profile. My portfolio shows 1 asset, but clicking the File ID opens a “Page Not Found” page, and the asset cannot be found in my portfolio search.File ID: 2118013779Could you please check whether there is an indexing or publishing issue with my contributor account?Thank you.

As stated above, any RGB images imported into photoshop have completely incorrect color profiles. This can only be fixed by changing the color profile from RGB to LAB. 

Whenever I search for anything when logged into my adobe stock account it comes up with a page not found error message whereas when I search when logged out, I can see all images. When I try to go to my library to see images I have already liked, i get another error message saying my request could not be processed. Any idea what is going on? 

File 2023690189 looks like a typical autotraced image.Plus: it contains far too many anchor points and curves are wonky. Not what I expected.​@Contributor1  

When I type in the stock.adobe.com search bar, I get redirected to a ‘page not found’. Edit: I realise this isn’t just the search bar, it seems to affect more of the site and may already be identified on the Adobe System Status page under CC Community.

Hi! I have had a subscription to Adobe Stock for years for work. I logged in today and the main page when searching for assets is loading so insanely slowly. If I click on an image (to enlarge it and so I can see the caption and dimensions) it just buffers for 2-3 MINUTES before it loads. It’s so slow and laggy, and has never been like this before. This is practically unusable for me, as I am often searching very quickly through dozens of images for something that works. I’ve tried using a different browser, incognito, and turning off my browser extensions. It makes no difference. Wondering if something has been changed in the UI recently to make this so slow? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If it isn’t fixed soon I will have to cancel and find a different service that works better. 

Infinitely loading in the app or it says it needs to be refreshed when tried in the browser. Nothing works.

I took an image showing multiple characters in that image, duplicated the image applied making on the top layer selecting the person of interest. Applied Black & White effect on the lower layer. Next, I took an adjustments layer and applied an effect called Posterize time effect and as soon as I applied it the masking behaves unpredictive.With Posterize time activated.Posterize Time Activated Posterize Time De-activatedTroubleshoot: 1. Adobe scan: I am getting charged after cancelling the subscription to premium while being in free trial (1 day in total), I want a refund  since now my PayPal has negative balance.

Despite the fact that I always select “Exclude Generative AI” when searching for stock assets, more and more unlabeled gen AI vectors are showing up in the results. Originally taken photo (File ID: 2099850333) is mis interpretated as an AI image ,It was shot with DJI Mavic4 drone . 

I select multiple files, all .PDF or .JPG, no file exceeds 3MB in size. Then I right click on the files and hit Combine. When I hit Combine I get Error marks on all the images and it tells me they cannot be opened. Sometimes I can back out, save just the .PDF files and open the images separately and drag and drop, other times I can add them after the fact with Insert Pages under the Thumbnail menu. But most times I just cannot add the images and that renders my work useless as the images are required. This only started about 2 weeks ago and needs to be fixed immediately or my company will start to lose money based on inability to use this product.

I have "Exclude Generative AI" selected in my search but there are some illustrations that slip through the cracks. Example: Image 1540744184 (https://stock.adobe.com/images/illustrations-depict-conservation-and-efficient-use-of-water-resources-for-sustainability/1540744184?prev_url=detail) When selecting "Report Issue" I am not able to report images that are clearly AI and to be reviewed. Would love for an option to get those properly tagged.

This is advertised as an editable stroke set of line icons, all of which are obviously just an AI slop image with no stroked paths, and they look terrible when zoomed in. ID: 2044506777
