I'm going to make this quick and simple. I'm trying to purchase an extended version of a stock image.  I would like the window to pop-up so that I can make my purchase (standard or extended).  Instead #2 screenshot keeps popping up. See attachment. I DO NOT want to subscribe.  Please HELP.  Customer Service (Chat) is terrible. They can't help me.

Hello!I was wondering if anyone could help me understand these questions below... I can't seem to find the answers anywhere on the forum.  I bought the license of a particular stock image (from adobe stock - https://stock.adobe.com) and added a character in it. In other words, the stock image is the background of the person in the photo.  If I wanted to sell this photo of this person using the stock image as a background. Is this possible? I really don't think it is, but I've been getting conflicting information from the "chat" agents. One chat agent stated that if I bought the EXTENDED version of the stock image, that I would be able to sell my image. Another one said that this is not possible. Hi all,  I need your help for Adobe Stock. I bought a standard license and want to use the picture for the Social Media Channels of my company. We are a international company based in Germany and offices in Atlanta and Paris. So at the end we have a LinkedIn-Channel for each country - Germany, USA and France. Can I use the bought standard license picture for one posting for every country? Or do my colleagues in Paris have to buy there own license for that. The same applies to the website. I think that it's okay when I buy the standard license and can use the picture for every office / channel / website of my company without licensing it again.  Im really insecure here and the license terms wasn't that clear.  Thanks in advance for your help! 

I'm sure I'm missing something, but when I downloaded a non-animated lower third template from Stock, it gave me the option of downloading as a Jpg or vector. I licensed and downloaded it, and when I opened it in Photoshop, it was exactly what I thought. A Jpg image of the four lower third templates I chose. What I want is a template I can edit, and one with an actual transparency. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, I have a problem with paying for Adobe Stock, because I had a trial (10 assets a month) I just used it for the free trial and I thought I had canceled the subscription, but 2 hours ago I've been charged through my credit card And I just found out that I've been charged for 2 months on unused stock photo subscriptions. I think I might have made a mistake in the cancellation process, so what should I do? Of course, the first step I have to cancel my subscription but I'll be charged an early cancellation fee which I am still studying and have no money for a purchase.😭 In this case, Would it be possible to get a refund for this(Sorry for my English) Thank You,STY P.

I would like to use the image for my business page, but I would like to make some changes before (move elements, change color etc.) Now I am not sure if this is possible with my standard license or if I need another license. I found some images I would like to use as part of my youtube video. I have the regular creative licence plan annual subscription plan. If I were to use the image, is it free? If so, then the viewing of the youtube clip cannot be more than 500,000 views/ runs in order not to violate the license restrictions?

With Creative Cloud All Apps plan does it include a standard license to use adobe stock image for free ? What are the usage restrictions?

Hello,  I accidentally created 2 adobe stock accounts (on 2 seperate emails) and realised today that I have been paying for both. One of them was a free trial that didn't notify me that the trial period had ended. I have been charged for the past 4 months for a service that I am already using on another account. When I tried to cancel, I was told I would need to pay a £95 cancellation fee. I do not have this kind of money in my account, and it will affect my ability to pay my rent. I already have an adobe stock accounts and do not need two. I am shocked that this money has been coming out of my account each month without being notified by adobe - a very unethical practice. Please get back to me ASAP. I desperately need this money back and to cancel my account. Kind regards,Lola 

Do I need to tag the author when using photos on Instagram and YouTube?

I'm subscribed to receive 10 free Adobe Stock images, but I entered the wrong email and couldn't verify my identity and access. How can I fix it?

I just paid and downloaded a vector map of Scotland. It was not possible to tell from the pixellated preview, how good the quality of the country outline was. But of course, when it was downloaded it was terrible. I will be very reluctant to use Adobe stock in future for vector images as it is just not possible to tell how good they are. In this case I can do a better job by tracing a scan off my phone. The map was only one credit, but it is totally unusable so I think I am justified in asking for a refund. But moving forward, without a way of being able to see the vector outline of a vector image before purchasing it, you cannot see what you are buying. We need a vector preview feature ... even if it is in the browser.

The Adobe stock website is down!!!

Hi All, We have SSO set up for a user who is using Adobe CC. We know Adobe Stock for Teams set up and when trying to search for the user's address it autocompletes to the federated id with no option to change to the adobe id. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Fabian

I have wasted credits and money licensing these images multiple times.  How can I manually add them to the Library so I can organize them apporopriately and use them in Illustrator from the Library panel?  I just need the path to the folder.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.   (Everything Adobe is so needlessly frustrating and couterintuitive...)  🙂

Trying to get in to Adobe Stock and keeping getting this below...Anybody having similar issues?

The online webpage for Adobe Stock doesn't seem to be working at all, there's just a blank page with connection failure whenever I try to click through to Stock from Adobe Creative Cloud homepage. When I try to search for it manually (on Ecosia) it shows:   Error 503 Service Unavailable Service Unavailable Varnish cache server   Please advise on what's going on!
