I don't remember ordering an Adobe Stock yearly subscription. Where can I view the order? I used to be an Fotolia costumer - but without subscription.A cancellation would cost me more than 130€ - since it is supposed to be a yearly subscription ... Not very nice ...Best regardVelli

I cannot seem to cancel my plan either, no option to do so. I am in the same boat, started a free trial, didnt realize I have been paying $30 a month for nothing, dont even use it! Anyone know how I can cancel?ThanksMatthew

I don't know if this will be seen so I'm posting it everywhere:Dear Adobe,I would like to file a complaint with you in regards to the customer service that I received from you and your team of late. I tried get a refund on a subscription to Adobe Stock, which, I had forgotten to cancel and have not used at all. I have been charged  for your adobe stock during the past five months service, a service that I have not used since the initial sign up trial in June!I was not sent any confirmation of my trial starting or ending so had no hope of remember to cancel if I had no use for the service (which I didn't). Having now spoken to  your team on chat. I was told that I wouldn't be a refund any of the payments taken from my account!Your customer service has been catastrophic, despite being in tears over this sneaky procedure and degrading myself to grovel to an advisor for my refund explaining that my financial situation is dire and stressful and cannot afford to be out of pocket £1

Hello, here is my story:1. Subscribed to get the free 10 images/month of Adobe stock.2. After 30 days, I decided to cancel it because I wouldn't use it/need it for the whole year. I couldn't cancel (maybe the yearly subscription got activated) so I contacted support.3. Support canceled the subscription but offered me an additional 3 months for free and said I could cancel by the end of those months - I said sure, why not... 4. Tried to cancel it again only to discover a €142 fee... I went ahead as I didn't have the funds and won't have them for a long time.5. Adobe keeps trying to bill the €142 from a frozen card/empty account - Adobe wants money that I don't have for something I don't want.Maybe you think designers are rich and can afford this system. When using the Standard License, what exactly does this sentence mean?"Cannot use asset prominently in merchandise or products for resale"For example, if I purchase calligraphy of "Happy New Year", can I combine this with an original photograph or illustration, then use it in merchandise?

Hi there!I made a mistake, I would register Adobe Stock Photo for a month, but I registered an annual account. So, now I need to cancel the account and I need to pay a big amount for cancelling in advance. I wanted to contact the adobe team to find out if there is any way to cancel without this "fine". It would be nice, like on iStock, if you can view the vector preview in higher res. This will help with buying images that end up not working because the detail was either wrong or not clean enough, so having a way to preview zoom or view in full at higher res!?!?! Look at iStock, they do it right.

Hi there: I purchased a standard subscription under my company email, but the content has all been used for my client work.  Now the subscription is renewing, the client wants to create an account directly, or have my account transferred over to them.  What is the best way of doing this?  And how do I assign all the license rights of the images that I've used (since they have a perpetual license) to my client?  Thank you.

Have started using CC Libraries to search Adobe Stock recently - I wish the thumbnails could be enlarged within the Library.. every time I try to right-click and 'View details on the web', it launches my browser (Chrome), the asset shows up for a second but them immediately am redirected to the Stock home page. If I'm quick enough, I can copy the search URL before I'm taken back to the home page. What could be causing this?

For the past year I have had the Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month plan. I have barely used any of my credits each month. Each month I have hesitated cancelling because I spent the money to get the credits. My plan renews at the end of March. If I don't renew my plan do I lose all of my credits? I have almost 100 credits that I have not used and it would be a huge waste of money to lose them all. 😞

Hi community / Adobe support. I created a 30days trial account mid of december 2019 and I am pretty sure I cancelled it in time beginning of Jan 2020 and now Adobe charges me every month (Jan + Feb already done) suddenly for a year abo which I never choosed.How can I get out of that contract immediately, change to another plan and cancel the contract or directly cancel the contract?What is the cheapest way and what options I have to complain about the unmeant abo to hopefully get back the first two monthly rates?Thanks in advance.

I would like to include some of our photos on my website. Car photos to be exact. I will crop some of the photographs, and some I will include in gifs. I came across a statement that I need clarification on when I was reviewing the terms of the standard licence."Cannot use asset prominently in merchandise or products for resale"What does that statement mean and will it affect my planned use of your stock images? I would prefer an answer from an Adobe member of staff.

No matter how many links I click in Adobe's support website, I can NOT cancel my subscription. I have tried endlessly to reach someone in customer service; be it via chat / email / phone — AND THERE IS NO ONE TO CONTACT.  It's so annoying ADOBE it's a SCAM, just got everything to make a cancellation something impossible!!! PLEASE HELP ME CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!!! How can i do cancel my first month free subscription for teams? in my account settings and admin console i don't see any possibility to do this. Also adobe customer desk not see any plan on my account. Any ideas?

I've just licensed the wrong image (again, but since I have 10 free images I didn't mind so much first time). The UI is appaling, how can the license button be overlaying the thumbnail the user will click for preview?1-click license is just wrong, but having the UI this way is misleading and causes a lot of pain to the users (as I could see by the amount of posts complaining).Can you please change this and improve the UI? And don't know if I can return the image I wrongly licensed? Thank you
