HI can I use adobe stock images purchased on a standard license on scrapbook pages that I make to promote my digikits, the scrapbook pages are for promotional purposes only and are not for sale.

I'm interested in purchasing a logo to be used for my company such as "br Logo" photos, royalty-free images, graphics, vectors & videos | Adobe Stock​ where it actually says Logo in the title.  I understand that an extended license is probably necessary.  According to the site, and extended license allows: "Create merchandise or products for resale or distribution where the main value of the product is associated with the asset itself, such as a coffee mug or t-shirt."The known issues page however (Adobe Stock known issues and limitations​) states that I cannot use licensed images as a logo or company identity.  What is right?  It seems as though many different logos are available to purchase that may supersede the know issues section.

When trying to connect to Adobe Stock we get an "Error 503 No healthy backends" message. Is there a problem with the Adobe Stock site?

About images downloaded.I activated the free 10 images one-month plan and downloaded 4. When downloading I chose the option "acquire license and download".I then deactivated the subscription and received an e-mail confirming this. The email contained following indication "you can still use the resources for which you acquired the license".But I have no message whatsoever confirming the license for the 4 downloaded images.Can I use these freely? (in this case, they would be showed on a company website)How do I check whether I have the license or not? Whether I am allowed to use them?Thanks a lot for any info.

Been getting a 503 error all morning - desperately need to access my account. When will this be fixed?

Ist das richtig?3.) Wenn ich zu dem Foto Text (z.B. Infotext, Werbetext), muss ich dann auch noch ein Copyright-Hinweis hinzufügen?

Hey all, I purchased CC for the first time recently and found out they charged me for adobe stock which turned into a subscription after the first free month. I was under the assumption that it had been cancelled and only my CC was being charged. I just found out that i've been paying extra for a service that I thought was terminated. I tried solving this with customer service but to no avail. I also have the case number if this helps. I was wondering if people in my position can offer me some guidance on what to do. Much appreciated.

Heißt das im ersten konstenlosen Monat oder im ersten zahlungspflichtigen Monat?Denn wenn ich meine Abos verwalten will, kann ich alle verwalten außer das Adobe Stock Abo! Klicke ich auf 'Abo verwalten' erscheint eine leere Seite und es passiert nichts weiter.Will ich den Kundenservice kontaktieren, klappt es auch nicht! "Chat ist momentan geschlossen", Telefonisch kann man nur bis 17 Uhr anrufen, und dieses Forum kann mir so schnell auch nicht weiterhelfen, da dieses Abo HEUTE noch gekündigt werden muss, sonst zahle ich jeden Monat...Toller Kundenservice, echt super! Ich fühl mich echt verarscht. Ich möchte dieses Abo nicht, kann es aber nicht kündigen und bekomme auch keine Hilfe...

It seems like I misinterpreted this information "Adobe Stock images are available in JPEG, AI, and EPS file formats. " I was hoping that the jpeg of interest would be available in EPS file format after purchase. Apparently not.Is it possible to cancel this purchase?

I just received a mail saying: "We see that you’ve uploaded 1 assets to sell on Adobe Stock, but may still need to index and submit them. It’s fast and easy — and it’s also required for selling your work. As soon as you index and submit your assets, we’ll be able to review them for approval." What do I have to do?

Hi,We have created an Adobe Stock integration using OAuth2 in console.adobe.io. And we followed this tutorial - https://www.adobe.io/authentication/auth-methods.html#!AdobeDocs/adobeio-auth/master/OAuth/OAuth.md But after login, the user doesn't see any consent screen and Adobe goes directly to the finish redirect uri with the code parameter. Also in the token call which we execute immediately after, we don't receive user profile data - there is no "email" or "name" fields. The response to https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/ims/token/ call is: {"access_token":".....","refresh_token":".....","sub":".....@AdobeID","token_type":"bearer","expires_in":86399984}.As you can see there are no user profile data fields at all. But in the above tutorial there are such fields. Also the user doesn't see the connected integration in the connected applications list in his profile. What could be the reason for these 3 issues? Hi there,i subscribed a 30 days free trial membership of the app Adobe Stock in the Creative Cloud.After a few days of tests now I want to unsubcribe this service before the trial period ends but i cannot find the voice of my panel where i can do it. Hi,Would it be possible to add a feature that let you sort and filter images searches by the size in pixels?I often have to find pictures for huge prints, and it would be a huge help and time saver to be able to display for example only pictures taller than 5000px etc.Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi everyone,I think this may be a problem in a more recent iteration of Adobe Stock, but suddenly I can't disable Safe Search if I'm using Microsoft Edge (which is, for better or worse, my default browser).  I tried getting in through Firefox and I could disable safe search from there, but I'd really rather not change my default browser if I don't have to; I know where everything is.  Is anyone else having this problem with Edge?  Sigh... thanks again, Microsoft.  Is there some sort of setting that needs to be activated within Edge's control panel for that button functionality to be available?  Disabling safe search worked fine not too long ago, but suddenly stopped working fairly recently, which is why I think it could be an issue with a newer version of the software/application/whatever Adobe Stock is.  Could it be yet another HTML5 functionality that Edge hasn't yet adopted?Is there a way in Adobe Stock (or Creative Cloud) settings to just shut Safe Sea

Basically what the title says. I thought I cancelled it a year ago, then I get a reminder that my card is going to expire. I just used it for the free trial and then all of a sudden I realized I spent around $540 on unused stock photo subscriptions. Is there a possibility that I could get my money refunded? Thank You,J. Hi, I hope someone can help. I have been building up a credit of images. When I logged on today, I noticed the balance has reduced by over 100 credits. This was built up from my credit balance I transferred from Fotolia and my ongoing monthly subscription. Does anyone know why this might be? Many thanks, Neil

I tried a free month of adobe stock and forgot to cancel the subscription.I would like to be refunded (23,100 KRW)I did not use the service. I read that I had 14 days to request a refund.When the cancellation is completed, it is said that an email will be sent, but I have not yet received the email.I'd really appreciate if you send a confirmation email after canceling payment. thank you
