I licensed File #:  254169973 .  How do I seperate in Photoshop. I only want to use a few of the flowers on a project.   Please Help I am super New.   Thank you   {Thread renamed by moderator}

please let me know the reason for why my photo is declined for technical issues...

My release form keeps getting rejected and I don't know why. See attached. All the information is there?

I submitted a version of  the attached photo and it was rejected because the sailboats in the foreground were recognizable private property. As you can see the sailboats have been cropped out. This version rejected also.  The company names on two of the downtown buildings was not mentioned as a problem. Every building that can be seen from water is in this photo. Not concentrating on any one building.  Just looking for some clarification. Is it the names on two of the buildings? If I blur them out would that be acceptable?  Thanks,Henry Jorgenson

How does one secure an amendment to the stock license terms and conditions in order to comply with customary film/TV distributor requirements?   Specifically, I need the license to be modified such that Adobe waives any right of rescission or injunctive relief with respect to the licensed Work and the program into which the licensed Work is incorporated, and want to be sure that the rights in the program featuring the licensed Work may be freely assigned. The customer service team were at a loss to answer this question.

Hello,A couple of days ago I transferred my fotolia account to Adobe Stock. My library has been successfully transferred but I am missing my credits. There were around 25 Credits left in my fotolia account but now the balance of my adobe stock holds only 5.I've been trying to get in touch with Adobe/Fotolia via the phone number which was released in the newsletter (which said there were big issues with the transfer). Unfortunately, I was unable to speak to a person since they seem terribly busy.Thank you very much in advance,Jochen

Hello!, I work for an organization that has licensed over 1000 images. I find scrolling through the purchase history on stock,adobe.com to be an unintuitive way to navigate our business assets. Can I create a new library and have all purchased assets populate from Stock?

Salve, ho un grande problema. Il mio fidanzato ha attivato la prova gratuita con il mio account! Naturalmente il mio fidanzato non ha disdetto il piano e fino ad ora non mi ero accorta di niente, ora,  non sapevo che annullando il mio mi venisse addebbitato metà del piano annuale, mi trovo nella situazione di dover pagare metà un abbonamento da me mai utilizzato!! Chiedo cortesemente di aiutarmi in qualche modo.. se possibile anche riattivare il piano in modo da usufruire dei contenuti. Grazie.

Hi all,I migrated to Adobe Stock somewhere last week.After searching for several images, i noticed some images with other languages, in my case German:Is there anyway to filter these out? A quick glanse at the filters doesn't really show that option.My url also clearly states my own country and language, even when i surf with my region setup as UK, i get German pictures.Is there a known solution for this?Thanks!

Hi. I recently purhcased a 3 x assets a month plan, really just to license three specific images to use for a very short term period. I have gone to cancel the plan and it has said a refund will be made. I want to ensure that the standard licensing will still apply if I cancel the plan. I do not want a refund if the licensing becomes void. 

I keep getting a message "Please contact your enterprise administrator to add Adobe Stock to your account." Everything else in Creative Suite works fine. But if I try to download something from AS, I get the above message. Can anyone help? Thanks so much!

I had liesense for two users for 10 images per month. One of my users requested a plan upgrade to the 40 images per month and the annual plan. I placed the order and assigned the one user to this new product. When the user onlgins into the Stock website the Credits still shows 0.Am I missing a step or is there a delay in the processing? Any help appreciated.

Nachdem Fotolia jetzt geschlossen wird, habe ich die restlichen Credits mit nach Adobe Stock rüber genommen. Allerdings wird mir hier nicht mehr angezeigt, wann diese Credits nun verfallen. Kann mir bitte jemand helfen, wo ich diese nicht unerhebliche Information finde, bevor Adobe ohne weiteren Hinweis diese Credits löscht? Vielen Dank. Herzliche GrüßeChristian

Hi!I have an Adobe Account that was set-up previously in Sweden. I now live in USA. I got the account location changed at least a year ago while purchasing a Creative Cloud plan with a US Credit Card. My Stock account did not move from Sweden to US... So I'm still stuck in SEK (Swedish Kronors).  How can I update that... I cannot find a way, the live chat is litteraly writting me " You did not buy Stock" ... I'm like it's not a software... but they would not understand.

I had about 80 credits left until a couple months ago, and now its gone.I renewed the subscription and need to return back.
