I'm opening this discussion after finding out I've been SCAMMED by Adobe!After using the "FREE TRIAL", "CANCELLATION FREE" trial of Adobe Stock, I was notified about the HUGE cancellation fee that I have to pay if I cancel my subscription earlier! I tried several times to find out how to cancel the subscription but they have NO way of cancelling the subscription after you've been noticed. I even did a first payment so I could just cancel it aftewards but then I get this WARNING of a CANCELLATION FEE!It is clearly show CANCEL RISK-FREE, what is wrong with this service? I found out in several forums that a lot of people have been tricked into this, what kind of disgusting service is this provided by ADOBE? I didn't even use the downloads that I had available, this is unacceptable!I demand a no fee cancellation of my Adobe Stock Service right now!

Hii, I cancelled my subscription for Adobestock on Friday, but I was still charged for that, it was free if I remember it correctly. I was just wondering if my subscription is cancelled or not yet?

After seeing the Adobe Stock trial offer I wanted to try out that feature to know if I was interested in purchasing a membership. After a while I received a warning about the payment failure regarding the subscription. The failure notice had a message saying that "Cancellation Fees" would apply if I didn't proceed with the payment. I was extremely disappointed but I thought I could only pay the first month and then cancel my subscription.With the fear of having to pay for a "Cancellation Fee" without even starting to pay for a subscription I paid the first payment of the subscription. To my own surprise, then I was prompted by a 6x Month Cancellation Fee of almost 200€ to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription.I simply don't use this feature, I don't want to be stuck with it for all this time... Sehr geehrtes Adobe Team,im Foto #212232547 wurden zahlreiche fehlerhafte Bildstellen festgestellt. Eventuell wurde das Bild manuell oder automatisiert zusammengesetzt, weshalb an vielen Stellen (speziell an den Baumstämmen) fehlerhafte bzw. nicht vorhandene Bildbereiche angezeigt werden. In kleineren Formaten fallen diese Fehler kaum auf, in größeren Dimensionen dafür umso mehr.Zudem wurde im Foto #40190546 eine dunkelblaue Rahmenlinie, welche sich durch das gesamte Bild zieht, festgestellt. Diese beginnt etwas oberhalb der horizontalen und vertikalen Bildmitte. Auch diese Linie ist in kleinerer Ansicht kaum erkennbar.Ärgerlich sind diese Bild-/Ausgabefehler dennoch!Was kann hier also getan werden? Könnten Sie die Bilder ggf. überprüfen?Danke und freundliche Grüße!

downloaded image that was 13 x 9 and 300 dpi. I need to enlarge it to 53x36 and have it be 300 dpi.There is only one size to download? Can I enlarge this and keep it at 300 dpi?

Seriously Adobe. What gives? What sort of value are you giving your users to use your stock photo service? All other services out there give you an expiration date. We have been paying you $30 per month for photos thinking we can use them whenever we want. Sure we can, but if we cancel your service you remove all the credits. This is absurd.

Hi everyone,I have just purchased a logo image through Adobe Stock and cannot open, edit or convert the file. I have tried converting this .ai image to a png through a converter many times but am always given an error saying that the 'Vector Conversion Failed'.I have also tried opening the .ai file in inkscape but the programme fails to load the file every time too. I don't want to try to use Adobe Illustrator as I am short on money as is and don't want to have a similar experience to the one I'm having now.Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a problem with the logo I am using? (ID #221601955 )Any help would be greatly appreciated.Kind regards,Huw Little

I have the same problem. When the 60 days free offer was offered to me it was not clear that it implied a yearly commitment. Cancellation penalties should be more explicit and I hope Adobe will rectify this issue as soon as possible. Can you please give me an advice to solve my issue? Thank you.

Lucky I saw the missed payment.1 download, 6 x $40 monthly fees.Looked up how to cancel Cancel your Adobe Stock membership , Cancel function does not even appear on my account options but everything else does. How do i cancel immediately? Such a rort!

Hi, I am facing some problems too with the cancellation of Adobe Stock Subscription. I have signed for the free trial and completely forgot to cancel it after one month. The first payment was blocked beacause my prepaid card was empty and now I can't update my payment method because of an Error. I would like to pay this first bill for modifying the plan and cancelling my subscription, hoping that I don't have to pay a fee. Thanks.

I went to our license history page to re-download an image to find that it is marked "no longer available" and cannot be downloaded. I don't understand how this can happen with an asset we have already licensed. I get that they may not wish to issue further licenses, but this feels a little like I've bought a book, the author changes their mind about publishing it and comes round to my house and takes it back!

Its is masquerading as a JPEG, it's triggering a RiskWare.ExtensionMismatch because there is more than just image data in the file. I quarantined it and removed it immediately. I licensed this image: FILE #: 97081185It wasn't until after the fact that I realized it is a JPEG file, not an AI. Am I missing something? How do I create a seamless pattern with this? The images have drop shadows over them, and the ones in the middle are TINY. What the heck? Please help.

Hi,I downloaded this banner background image and noticed that there are horizontal line artifacts that are extremely difficult to erase without having to go through a lot of trouble.  I noticed them first when i bumped up the contrast to create a displacement map.  At any decent size these lines are visible and are clearly not supposed to be part of the image.If i had to guess, I'd say this was a vector graphic at one point that was saved as jpeg and the author left the artifact in by accident.  Anyway, I want to report it and if possible be refunded the spent credit for the image.
