As I'm reading these threads I'm noticing a reoccurring theme here, nobody seems to know what they're signing up for and Adobe has done nothing to make this more apparent to it's customers. I had NO IDEA I was getting charged $32 a month for stock images I don't even use! This Adobe extension is so so misleading. You advertise 10 free images when you first open the application. Unfortunately, I did not know that you PAY for 10 images a month. I paid the full amount for a student membership of Adobe Creative Cloud for a year. As of now I have almost paid that entire membership amount in stock images that I used for one single month, MAYBE two.I'm very sorry if this comes off aggressive but this is not okay! I feel as though this is a sneaky way for you to get more money from students. To make matters worse I have tried cancelling only to run into an early termination fee that a cannot afford. Please, fix this and make it more obvious to your customers. I genuinely think this is problema

I used these two vectors I found on stock to create this fictitious logo. I know if I have the subscription with the standard license I can't use any images on items (t-shirts) I want to sell. But would it be alright with the standard license if I put a logo like this on items (t-shirts) to sell since I altered the images so much?

I am INDIVIDUAL subscriber of Creative Cloud. Throughout I read that YES, I can use the images from the Adobe Stock. However, when I try to download a pic, it still downloads with the water mark and ow resolution. Otherwise says that in my region I can not use. But still I see that I am INSIDE my account. Everywhere says that SURE, I can use. It Says: Find the perfect ASSET for your next creative project. Is not really clear if the standard license is included for commercial use for the individuals. They make understand that YES but when I try, I can't. What do they mean by ASSET? Resellers in my country, they mention some, but NO ONE actually is active. Their phones are not updated. Why Adobe does not update their list of authorized retailers in Peru? Also, I read this: Stock FAQ: What are different types of licenses and their terms of use?  "...to use your asset anywhere in the world, and the license never expires." EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD. So, why Can't use in my country???

Hi AllThanks in advance for any responses.  I have a question about licensing that I wanted to check.I have a client that I produce fact sheets for.  The client also uses the fact sheets that I produce with their clients.If I produce a fact-sheet including an adobe stock photo or illustration and have one version branded with my clients logo and another co-branded with my clients logo and their clients logo, do I need one licence or do I have to purchase the licence twice?  Seems odd to have to purchase it twice if it's essentially the same document used by the same client?ThanksMatt

Hello, I have licensed 10 Images as part of an Adobe trial. I would like to use one of the images which has a standard licence in a magazine article. There will be a circulation of approx 70,000 for the magazine.Am I able to use the image on the standard licence for this purpose?Any advice is appreciated.

Hi,When i cancel my subscription of Adobe Stock - 10, what happens with my 119 saved credits?And also with my License history?

Adobe stock has been basically unusable for at least a month. I keep seeing Waiting for cc-api-data.adobe.io.... at the bottom, not sure if that's helpful. I will check other browsers but I remember trying safari and having the same issue a few weeks ago.

For over a month, we have had to go to another site to download our stock images. Chrome does not work with your current adobe.stock software. PLEASE FIX!!!

When all of the credits I had at other stock image sites were transferred over to the new Adobestock, I was actually excited. However the stock.adobe.com site never functions correctly and costs us a lot of time trying to navigate to locate images.The website will conduct a search and after the results show up, the page will lock up. You cannot scroll down, or click on an image. Sometimes it functions relatively fine. Just clunky. Long wait times for items to load up and inspect on their individual stock pages.But as I am sitting here watching my designers, I am noticing a lot of wasted time as their searches lead to crashed pages.Does anybody else have issues with the functionality of the adobestock site?   or is it just us?

For more than a week search pages lock up when using Chrome browser. I have had this problem on three computers (2 Win10 and one Unix) from several different connections.Firefox works from the same computers and locations.

This month I've noticed only 2 credits loaded into my account! I've notice this happen but wasn't %100 sure until this month. My account was at 118 before billing date and it only jumped to 120 after payment. Nevertheless, adobe help claims they've credited me 10.This is absolutely unacceptable and very deceiving. whats to be done?

I did not agree to an annual stock subscription!! I am a completely new customer to Adobe and was given a free sample month of Stock for signing up to Adobe Cloud. Now it seems Adobe wants to charge me a massive cancellation fee, even though I have downloaded no stock images. Nor have I used or downloaded any images. I have no choice but to go to the forums as there is no customer support I can speak to.In short, I would just like to stick to my annual deal for CreativeCloud without Stock.Can somebody help, or do I have to refer this to the consumer affairs authority in Switzerland?I feel like I have been unfairly trapped into purchasing images I simply do not need. 150 CHF is an outrageous amount for a service I do not wish to use.Is this the first impression Adobe would like to give to a new customer?Thank you in anticipation of your assistance.

When I try to "open in" or download assets from Adobe Stock, I get an error message that says it could not open the file.  It recommends that I log in, which I have now done in three different browsers.  I have no firewall activated now except the one native to MacOs, which I should not have to be disabled.  I am logged in, I have a full paying CC account that is in good standing.  Any recommendations?

I just licensed and downloaded an image and the quality is horrible. The licensed version is so grainy, the preview download was better quality. How can I get my credit back for this image? It's really not usable. 205103697Thank you,-Jennifer

I have selected some pictures and I have a 18 pictures credit right now.Can I license every image I want independently of the price they have?I distrust the Adobe Sales Policy : i have discovered the plan I Contracted was an anual plan paid month by month and I wanted to cancel it, I hace to pay 6 months!!
