All week I have been struggling to use the adobe stock website. The website freezes or crashes when searching for an image. The website has essentially been useless on Chrome. Maybe worse than useless since it freezes and takes several minutes to close out. After searching the forum, I learned in may be a chrome issue. I tried the website in safari and was able to finally download an image but it was still slow in my opinion. I've never had trouble before this week. Hope this issue is cleared up quickly. Catherine

Hello, I am about to buy an image from Adobe Stock. I want to use the image for some posters designs I have made. The only questions I have remaining are:- If I buy an image with an Extended License to produce, for example posters, is it ilegal to add my very own brand logo to the final product? I would not be using the image as my logo but my own logo would be printed in the poster containing the previously purchased adobe image.- If I buy an image with an Extended License, am I allowed to edit, crop, cut and use only certain parts I want of the image to use for my poster ? Or must I use the image I bought as a whole all the time.Thank you very much for your help.

I don't understand why Adobe has decided to take me directly to video (other than they're pushing very hard to sell their videos) every time I want to download an image from the CC program running on my iMac. It's very annoying. Adobe stock is already very very slow, but now it takes like 10 minutes for all those stupid videos to load and I just have to sit and wait for them to load before I can select "image" from the drop-down. Time is money Adobe, please resolve your dang server issues and stop forcing people to go to your videos first. Most people only need images. Geez!!Super frustrated client.

Ok so yes I've read the license information several times but I'm still a little confused.  What I am needing is say a vector image of a crown.  I would be incorporating that with words / font (ie bible verse) to create a new SVG that I could resale.  Is that allowed with the Extended License?  I have many ideas but not much in the way of artistic abilities to create some of the vectors I need to make my original design come to life.  Thanks for any help!

Hi there! I found nice file in Adobe Stock but I need to change a little bit the bottom of this model. I would like to try it in Blender but during import I got error. Is it not possible to edit OBJ files from "St" in Blender or there is some king of bug in this Software?Take a look at the error screen:

I purchased an illustration of a pink tree from Adobe stock to design the book cover and I am wondering is it okay for me to use that illustration under regular license? Hi, I just noticed on my bank statement that I have been charges $29.99 for the past two months for Adobe Stock that I never signed up for. I just now went online to cancel it because I didn’t want to be charged more and I was charged $59.99 to cancel. I am hoping I can be reimbursed for these charges because I have never used Adobe Stock. I will also be reporting these charges as fraudulent to my bank. Please advise. Thank you.

When I tried to cancel my plan, it says I have to pay an outstanding fee for the rest of my contract. I haven't used this service and didn't realise I was being charged for it. Unfortunately, I was somehow unaware I've been paying a 29.99 monthly fee for Adobe Stock for the past 10 months. I started a trial at some point and thought I had canceled. I recently went to gather a few stock images and realized this by the high number of images I had available to me through my account. Though I was able to use a few images, I have absolutely no need for the rest of them, or a continuing subscription. I am going to be rebilled for this subscription on tomorrow's date, and am now faced with having to choose and download 105 images in one sitting or lose what I have (accidentally) paid for. I am looking for a refund for any part of my subscription over the last 10 months- as it is easy to see I have not been using it and have no need for the remaining images. I had no idea my subscription to Adobe Stock past the free trial had been ongoing apart from my CC subscription. It was in no way obvious. I have already contacted support via chat and can provide a copy showing

I have a Creative Cloud account with licences for Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. On 7 December 2018 I have purchased a licence for 10 Stock images for a specific project and R438.13 was deduced from my account on 9 December 2018. As have cancelled this subscription WITHIN ONE WEEK online via your cancellation system seeing that I do not need an annual subscription - the reason I also ticked on your system: the 10 images was just for a specific project.  As stated on your system, I am suppose to get fully refunded if I cancel within 14 days. I now received a notification from my bank today that another R441.78 was deducted from my account for my January 2019 subscription irrespective the fact that I have cancelled my subscription already in December last year.
