I just went to download an image and it wants me to pick a monthly plan. I was just charged 9 days ago for my monthly plan. In fact I paid for a year already. Recently Adobe forced me to change over to Adobe Stock for teams. I didn't want to as I am the only one using the account, but they insisted it would be better. I had problems with them charging me double because they didn't delete my other stock subscription before "seamlessly" transferring me to the team account. Funny thing is I added myself to the team and it says I can't add anyone else without buying another license. What was the point of going to teams if I'm the only one on the team!!! I told them this wasn't a good idea for me.Anyway, now the the back story is out of the way. It wont let me download any images without picking a plan. Hi there,In relation to the above question, I'm interested to know the answer to the following:If 5 credits (costing €39.99) purchase you 1 Premium image, why does it cost €249.99 for a premium image when searching through the Adobe Stock Finder? Equally, €269.99 will give you 40 credits, to purchase 8 Premium images...Am I missing something?

In order for the client to use it do they have to purchase the images used separately or are they able to use them as I have the licence and I have produced the work for them?Many thanks Sarah

Wenn ich es im Internet nach antworten auf dieses Problem suche, kommen Vorschläge, die mir zeigen, ich solle auf " Abo kündigen" drücken. Please help.  I accidentally downloaded FILE #: 203583737.  I thought it was part of my Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month Annual plan, paid monthly, but the download was $270.61... completely unaffordable for me, and completely accidental.  Please help me resolve this as quickly as possible!!

HelloI have an issue that i would like some help with it or rediect me to who can help, thanks.Yesterday i was browsing internet and searching for some images to download, i saw an ad of adobe stock saying that i can get 10 free images in my first month. i did subcribe and create an account, and then i see that i was charged 1 USD, even the email i received was with 0 USD. Today i started searching for images and i saw one and tried to download but i didnt notice until its late that it was not part of the 10 free images and i was charged 119.99 USD.i want to know, what you guys mean with 10 free images in the ad, and please i want to know if i  can get a refund, this is a big amount of money that i cant manage to lose now, and more that im not using images for work or anything, i was just following the ad.File # : 187144204Thanks for any help.

Hi Beverly, I'm sorry that I seem to have the same issue as everybody else. I only wanted to try out Adobe stock - and thought I could use 10 pics a month. Every time I try opening Adobe Stock from my laptop or phone it is in German due to my location and I can not find the option to change the language. All other Adobe programs and pages are and open in English.Let me know how I could change that please !Thank you!

Can't download anything at all and client is waiting for unwatermarked version of video.I am trying to license through Premiere Pro and also tried right from Stock website. Called my credit card and they say nothing is stopped or limit not hit, so it is Adobe that is stopping the purchase. Tried calling adobe and no one answered for 28 mins...so hung up and figured I'd try forum.Need to get video edited and sent to client asap, any help will be appreciated.Thanks!Pete

Also erstens wird mir dauernd 10 Gratisbilder mit 30 tägigen Test angeboten, wenn ich draufklicke will man mir ein Jahresabo für 19,99 € anbieten, gut da ich nun Bilder ausgewählt habe willige ich ein - selbst wenn es schade ist um die 10 Gratisbilder. Zahlungsart Paypal und nun muss ich 23 € und par zerquetschte zahlen (nicht, dass in Deutschland und der gesamten EU mit Bruttopreisen ausgewiesen sein müssten) okay man willigt wieder ein bei Paypal ein und kommt zurück zu AdobeStock, da ist wieder nix, kein Abo keine Möglichkeiten was runterzuladen einfach NICHTS! Nach den dritten versuch bin ich sehr sauer, sowas ist weit weg von Seriosität!
