     I only subscribed to the photography plan which is $9.99, but I just got a bill of $39.99 saying it includes the Adobe stock plan. I never subscribed to the stock plan so I would like to cancel my subscription and I want a refund.

I have activated adobe stock promotion ( 10 free file monthly) on 7 september  2018.I'm sure that I was canceled the montly plan , the automatic payment and monthly renewalToday I received the notification from adobestock, they say  I miss the payment (€ 36,59) of this month ( October).This is the screenshot about that.I don't want to pay a service that i don't need and i already canceled the monthly renewal.I need to cancel the plan of adobe stock ASAP.Please let me know something .Messaggio modificato da Foodisfied Foodisfied

Guten Tag,ich habe mich bei der Auswahl vertan anstatt in die Bibliothek zur Vorschau, habe ich den Button zum Kauf gewählt und nun alle 10 Bilder bereits ausgeschöpft. Ich habe die nicht gewünschten Bilder in meinem Account gelöscht. 2 habe ich nun genutzt. Können Sie mir bitte wieder die restlichen 8 Bilder freigeben. Das wäre sehr nett. I am trying to buy an Extended License for an image from Adobe Stock. I am logged in and an admin for my Adobe Creative Cloud Team. When I try and download the extended licence version I get a message saying "we are unable to approve your transaction at this time". I have checked that my company debit card details are correct and up to date.For some reason Adobe wants to give me 10 standard images free, and using that I have been able to download the image so that I can prepare the document for my client. But I have the wrong license because Adobe won't take my money!Considering Adobe have been encouraging me to use their stock library for months now I would have thought they would have figured out a way to allow me to pay them. I have never had a problem with Shutterstock or iStockphoto.How do I buy the extended license?

I'm facing the same issue, i signed for a free 30 day trial and ended up paying monthly from june to the actual date.You guys can check that i just downloaded files during the trial month. Is there any way that my account can get cancelled and proceed to a refund? i feel really scammed about this. I cannot cancel because you guys will charge me for another $59 even that i'm not using and i never used your service after the trial. I'm really disapointed about the situation.

I had an adobe stock free trial for a short time.  During the trial, I downloaded an image of a butterfly with the standard license.  I later ended my free trial because the subscription monthly fees were too expensive.  My question:  can I use the downloaded butterfly image on a company website?  The standard licensing terms say you can use adobe stock assets for a website.  But does the license end when my subscription ends?  I cannot get back into my account now to get the photo credit for the butterfly image.  I cannot even view which images I downloaded during my free trial.  Thanks,K

Hi,I’ve been billed for Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month for like 4 months without knowing that. Today I received a payment failure email and then realized I’ve subscribed to this thing for 4 months!! I’ve never used it!!And when I logged into my account I can’t find where to cancel this plan.Can anyone  help me please??? Thanks!!

I know that adobe stock has link for licensing terms but I don't understand what it saying.I am a artist that makes portraits. I pay for subscription because I thought I can use photo of person on adobe stock to create my portrait art. When I ask question they keep refer me to go and read licensing terms but unless you are lawyer who is specialize in this kind of issue you can not understand.So please somebody answer to me just straight yes or no.  Can I use adobe stock's photo of people to make portrait art?Thank you for your help.

Back in September 5, 2018, I was looking thru graphic design templates.I downloaded about 2 dozen template previews to my computer. Unknown to me, I found out today that Instead of previews being downloaded, I accidentally purchased them.Now I have about 2 dozen purchases that I might never use. Is there any way I can get those purchases credited to our account? please, help.Thank you

I ended my Adobe stock subscription since I couldn't take full advantage of it and began purchasing single assets whenever I need one.  I tried to purchase an asset recently and I'm getting a popup message stating,Your Stock subscription has been suspended due to a problem with billing your account.To continue using the Stock service, please update your payment details.<< Update Payment Details >>When I click the Update Payment Details button I'm taken to the Adobe Account My Plans page.  I have a Creative Cloud plan that is paid monthly and it shows the credit card on file.  I'm not given any other options to add a credit card for the stock images.  What am I doing wrong?

Yesterday I bought the illustration from stock.adobe.be which you can find on the link below. The payment I have done via PayPal, I received a confirmation of my payment via email, but the illustration I could not download due to an error. I do not have a license on it either. It is really amazing. Paying a fee every month and getting this type of treatment. Keep it up. For sure as satisfied as the other customers. Horrible service and just wasting peoples time. I guess you guys are too busy. In any case I have the same issue. Signed up to stock and want to cancel it. Not possible under the subscribtion plans. That is the way to make money. Hello! On 31st of August I wanted to try Adobe Stock 10 images/month. I've downloaded the 10 images and now I want to cancel my subscription because I don't want to use in the future. But in the PLANS menu I cannot cancel my subscription. Could you help my how can I cancel Adobe Stock Plan?

I am at the end of my Adobe Stock subscription year and when I try to license an image it ask me what plan I want to sign up for. What is going on? Per the phone system help, Chat is available 24/7 but I find it closed! I just want my images before I cancel.

I've compiled a list of stock i would like to purchase. When i copy paste the clip code into the Adobe stock search bar it comes up empty.

Same here. I have licensed 5 images that I really did not mean to. I thought that saving to library was just a temporary thing, and that I would be able to deselect the ones I did not want later. I also don't want any extras images other than the 10 frees images. I did not download any yet. I will wait until you fix it. I'm sorry but to me wasn't very clear that my selection would be final, I assumed that I could change my mind, and choose 10 images from my selection.
