Hello,I have the following problem: when I try to remove a photo from the list of considered and select the image, after a while (when a window appears to confirm the decision), the selection skips to the first picture and it is deleted. I mean, if I wanted to delete the picture at the end of the queue, to get to it, I have to remove all earlier ... Something is wrong here. Is this just my problem or some general system defect?Regards,Iwona

So I ordered a product from Stock.  I never received the product, a confirmation email, or any other communication.  I unfortunately tried 3 times and was charged 3 times despite receiving a message that says something like "we are having issues processing order.  please contact customer service".  Of course, then I go to the customer support area and they make it impossible to actually find someone to talk to.  The chat is currently disabled and there is no email or phone contact info. Does anybody know where I can find support and get my refund?

I forgot I had applied for a one month trial, then when I checked my monthly statement I saw the charges for 24 pounds a month and for cancelling you are charging me 100 pounds. Never again will I ever deal with Adobe. You should ask the client at the end of the free trial if they want to continue or not - highly unethical business practices.

Hi, I have been reading the legal info for Adobe Stock and I have a question about the restrictions in section 3.1(b) of the terms to the standard license: if the Work is modified to the point of being an "original work of authorship" so that it can be distributed in merchandise [as described in section 3.1(b)(2)], does this obviate the distribution limit of 500,000 specified in section 3.1(b)(1)? Further, if the product is a digitally distributed videogame for computers (Windows, Apple, etc.), does this qualify as a product to which the limit does not apply (such as "mobile app")?Thanks for your help.Winslow

Hi-- I tried the Abobe stock for one month. I actually accidentally downloaded two images before I could figure out the right thing to click for a preview. However I then decided to save my remaining ten images to my library so I could use them later. I cancelled Adobe Stock because I don't need any more images. But how do I download the images I bought and put in my library?

I pay monthly for an Adobe CC subscription. I have tried all the suggestions while logged in to download my 10 free stock photos, but the website keeps instructing me to buy a monthly subscription to stock.adobe.com.

I am unable to buy images from Adobe Stock. My credit card details were out of date, so I updated the details. But every time I try to buy an image, I get the following message:"We're unable to approve your transaction at this time. Please check the information you've entered below to make sure everything is accurate. If you continue to have trouble, please try a different card or contact Learn & Support for help."I've tried 2 different credit cards, and two different browsers. Tried clearing the cache and cookies. Still cannot buy images.Any suggestions?

I have learned how to go into Adobe Stock Motion Graphics Templates (let's call that Graphic A), download and manipulate them on my timeline.  After I change what the graphic says, the colors, etc., let's call that Graphic B (edited template).  How do I then share that Graphic B with a collaborator so we are using the same graphics template to edit several different video projects?  We want to have the same template using the same colors, etc.?  Basically, we are both editing and we want to have a lower third sitting there on our timeline with the same sizing and coloring, but with the parameters still accessible so we can each type in the names for that lower third graphic, for instance.I seem to only be able to export a motion graphics template (.mogrt) if I created it from scratch myself, but that takes too long.  The reason I used a free template from Adobe Stock is because it's already done.  I cannot export a motion graphic template with its new para

I wanted to ask this question, I found this person who had bought a piece of art on this site he said he bought the license to do what he wants with it, thing is the real artists didn't post the artwork up for sale on this site, didn't give whoever posted it permission to do so. Now since the artwork was stolen, does this person still have the right to use said art as he pleases? And what can the real artists do or say to this person to stop using the real artists art? Since he didn't buy the license from the real artists.

I have been tried a lot of times . but I can not find 'cancel' word. I would like to cancel audio CC annual stock  immediately. And how can i contact your customer svc?Is it secret? your service is very inconvenient.

I'm furious with Adobe. There was no indication when I converted from DollarPhoto to Adobe Stock that I was locked in a contract. Never receive any renewal notices or any other indication that I was in a contract for service. I go to cancel the service and there is no indication that if I cancel the service I will be charged a cancellation fee. Only a teaser of a free month to stay. (which most likely had a hook to agree to another year). This is total fraud and chat customer service sucks! I tried calling and Im told the wait is an hour. Anyone out there have an hour of their life to sit on hold? Over 20 years using Adobe products. At least 3 years using the Adobe Stock service and I'm slapped with a notice "bye see ya - you owe us money for something in the future you won't be able to use".

Same here. Been trying to cancel for months. Extremely difficult to contact Adobe is right. A forum? Really? And other means of contact are nothing but broken links. To top it all off now in order to cancel I have to pay a whopper of a fee. This is a trap for consumers with free trials being the bait. Nowhere did i see any mention of a cancellation fee. Adobe Stock is a complete scam. I want out. I want my plan canceled, my account deleted and I want the cancellation fee waved or I'll be forced to seek legal council. Adobe should be ashamed. Cable companies have a better business model than this! Ridiculous!

Hello everyone,Unfortunately, I did not find any information about the extra credit page.I know that I may use my acquired stock photos on my website and specify an author credit.Since the credit line under the photo does not look very good and 4 photos are in a slider, I would have to implement the credit line directly into the image.My idea would be to set up an extra credit page where each image used as a thumbnail with (c) Author Name - stock.adobe.com and a direct link to the image in Adobe Stock.Would that be enough for a website? This is the description of my insurance agency (freelancer) and the pictures are purely for decoration.Best regardsMaximilian

Hello,Since I cannot find a direct e-mail to report these matters I am using this platform to report.I found a picture that is placed in Adobe Stock without our knowledge and permission. It is a Photo of one of our products on a exhibition display. The product name and our logo have been removed from the instrument's display by the photographer. Could you please make sure that the picture is removed from Adobe Stock immediately, because we do not agree with the fact that a picture with our product in it is used for commercial purpose. The website will be uploaded with the Adobe muse and the video with the Vimeo widget. The video I purchased is supposed to be uploaded to my Vimeo site, as I can only see, then streamed to my web host.NOTE! Small businessI have now read on your website: You may use the media file in print, presentations, broadcasts, websites and social media, but you may not share or distribute the media file in any way so that others may use it without your own license.My question is whether it is allowed or not to put up on my Vimeo site as I can only see? Hi,I subscribed on 22/12/2017, so I got 10 free images. Then, I subscribred for a monthly plan for $29/month. So I got 10 other images. Finally, I stopped the subscription. But I have downloaded only 12 images and I have no longer credit...Can you help me please? I got the confirmation email the day the subscription ended... I have not experienced a customer service experience this poor since I called my cable company 10 years ago. I am extremely disappointed and outraged about this. Estimated wait time to speak to a customer service representative is over an hour. We haven't even gotten access to the stock photos and I'm already told to wait in line. Judging by the number of other complaints, providing customer service seems to be a real problem.
