Good afternoon, I have a question regarding the subscription for the 40 files (at 79,99€/month)They say you can cancel your subscription during the first month for free - but can you download files anyway if you cancel your subsicrption ? How does it work ?Thanks

I'm wondering if it is at all possible to buy the trademark of an image? I have a customer that would like an image from Adobe Stock to be the face of his company but he's worried that too many people will end up with the same image.

I use stock for a while. I have many clients and with them Libraries. Now I recently asked support to have my CC team be removed due to the fact I aint no team but a single user. In addition I was billed 9,99 per license instead of the discounted price. I now think I understand the way Adobe stock was assigned due to my CC + stock for teams license a representative configuered in the past. I wonder upon their recent account removal, my purchased licenses ware removed too but that should not happen.How to proceed?

I like other’s on this forum have tried for months to cancel my adobe stock subscription. The cancel button on my adobe stock account is mysteriously missing for months. i have contacted customer support on various occasions to request my adobe stock subscription Be canceled but my chat ubruptly ends with no warning and no solution. This is incredibly frustrating. i have waited and waited for a representative only to be hung up on. You are stealing peoples money if you refuse to let them cancel a subscription and continue to draft money out their account! I was horrified to see that others have had this same problem with  no solution. It’s a scam to not let people cancel their subscriptions. I have loyally paid for my creative suite for years, but am so disappointed in this I May cancel everything altogether, this is ridiculous Adobe.

I signed up to a free trial of Adobe Stock, since I just needed few images for my project. I had a plan to cancel this during first month and logged in to manage account and opened manage plan as instructed in online manual. Page was totally empty, so I mistakenly assumed that it is already cancelled and nothing to worry. I even refreshed a page multiple times. However, notice from my credit card company woke me up that Stock account is still active and 44 usd charge was posted. After few trials, I noticed that this problem was related to Firefox Quantum browser (default settings) and with Chrome everything works normally and cancel account option is easily available. I swiftly canceled my plan with Chrome but maybe too late?According to me, this is not a great way to create satisfied customers. Of course, stupid of me to expect that free trial would somehow cancel itself automatically to avoid unnecessary cost. Does anybody else had same kind of experience with Firefox?

I cancelled my 10 images per month (yearly) subscription earlier this month. However in order to download the remaining images I had left on my account, Adobe had to restart my account. I have been calling and chatting to cancel the account (again). I have had no answer!! Now I have been charged an extra month and another yearly subscription! I have been using the creative cloud subscription with adobe stock for over a year now. In this time i have built up credits that i haven't used on adobe stock. I decided to downgrade my CC subscription to not include the stock as i had loads of credits (that i had paid for in my subscription).I figured it would make more sense to buy as i go in future once i had used all my credits. Now they all seem to have disappeared? I would like to know what this glitch is and i would also like them to be added back to my account immediately as i have already paid for them! I licensed and downloaded stock #119809819. The downloaded file turned out to be even smaller than the original preview image. I can't use it for anything. Is there a way to fix that? Or get my credit back for downloading it?

The cancel option is not available due to an 'issue with your payment details'.  There is not issue.  The Credit Card works perfectly fine.Please cancel my subscription ASAP.I have been waiting to reach the renewal date (22 Dec 2017), and now it seems I cannot cancel it?  Very clever.  I do not wish to be charged any additional cancellation fees please.Please confirm this has happened.

When I login it says 117 images available, is that how many I have that I can download or is that saying that is how many I have already downloaded?

I tried many ways to cancel my account but couldn't find the buttons on my manage account plans to cancel at all, and the hotline is either not manned or the other contact options are not available. Leute,nur als Hinweis: Ich wollte gerade meine Credits konvertieren - aus alter Gewohnheit über das Fotolia-Portal - und das scheint (im Moment?) nicht zu funktionieren. Ich bekomme als "Schritt 2 von 2" eine Seite angezeigt, auf der ich (wie bisher) die konvertierbaren Credits sehe, darunter dann aber nur ein Drop-Down-Menü, in dem ich zwischen Paypal und Moneybookers (die ja "eigentlich" gar nicht mehr so heißen!) auswählen kann. Sonst aber nichts. Kein Eingabefeld für die Mail-Adresse und auch keinen "weiter"-Button. Ich habe stattdessen über die AS-Site konvertiert und da war alles, wie es soll, aber ich dachte, ich sage trotzdem mal hier drin bescheid.

Today I got the one month free trial for Adobe Stock that was supposed to include 10 free stock photos. While figuring out how this works I downloaded an image that I was lead to believe would be free (due to the whole 10 free images thing), and after downloading it found out that 309€ had been charged from my bank account without me ever giving my consent to this. I would like to get a refund for this. I have tried to contact customer service about this for several hours and the only answer I got was that the image was a "premium image" with no further explanation as to what this means and how this affects my case. 309€ is a huge sum to pay for an image I do not need and was not aware of purchasing. What can I do in this situation? Very disheartened with the whole thing and disappointed in Adobe right now.
