I also get an error message saying I have to purchase photoshop to edit the image, is this true? I thought I could edit adobe stock purchases in illustrator...This is the message:"To edit this item, please install Photoshop on your computer. If you were trying to place the item, you can do so by dragging it into an open document."When I place the item, it doesn't let me see layers. I cancelled my adobe stock plan and membership immediately after purchasing it. But apparently it didn't go through or something happened. Becausethe didn't send me an cancellation email and when I tried doing it again the option "cancel" doesn't appear. I've been trying to cancel my account for weeks now, because your are trying to charge me for something that I don't use. Still the option "cancel" doesn't appear. And you're still sending me emails that I have to pay. How can you guys help me with this? Thank you and have a nice day!

Hi,I accidentally bought the $88 extended license for a photo when I thought I was buying the photo individually (which is around $3). I'm sourcing photos for a nonprofit, and I don't have a steady income, so I'm looking for a way to return the extended license that will be only used for one event.

I'm trying to find images of male-only groups of business people on Adobe Stock.In the past I've used the minus sign to omit keywords, so after searching "man business group," I searched: "man business group -woman." My image count went down, but I noticed that I was still getting all kinds of mixed gender groups. So I then searched "man business group -woman -female" and again my image count went down even further but it returned even more females in the mix.In other words, at least in my case, Adobe Stock search seems to be ignoring the minus sign and just adding the additional words as desired keywords.To do one more test I searched "man business group -coffee" and, sure enough, my screen was flooded with business groups meeting over coffee or sitting around coffee shops.Any thoughts anyone?Thanks.

Hello, I'm aware that the forum is not the best place to start this discussion, but the chat is not active at the moment and the international phone call isn't an option for me at the moment.I signed up for a free monthly membership in December and thought I managed to cancel it before the month was over, only to find out in January that this wasn't the case and got charged for another month.I used up the licensed images available and then tried and suspend the membership, only to find out (again!) that the subscription is still going and that there is a fine to pay to cancel it by myself.During this experience I thought that the user interface for the management of my account had some bug, because certain buttons kept disappearing and reappearing and, ok, English is not my native language but I never had such an issue with a membership before! Especially since this is Adobe we are talking about, and not some unknown company.Please help me cancel this subscription as I do not wish to p

Hi all,I accidentally purchased an image that looked very, very similar to the one I was aiming to buy. Is there a way to reverse this? Normally I wouldn't mind, but I did so for my employer and instead of only using 1 credit to get the correct image I had to use 2. Any help is much appreciated, thank you!!Kat

We purchased an extended use license from Adobe Stock images so that we can use this artwork to use on T-Shirts, Mugs and some other promotional merchandise.  We were asked by an organization to stop using this artwork as the colors / concept of this artwork is similar to a copyrighted / trademarked property that belongs to this organization. I have invested lots of money on the merchandise already produced.  Not sure where I stand in terms of being protected by Adobe since the license was purchased from them?  Not sure who to contact at Adobe, their stock website has no support link or info?Anyone ever face something similar that they can shed some light on?We are a very small company and cannot afford to take a loss on the items we've already produced for sale.  Any guidance will be much appreciated.Rupin K.

I wish to cancel my stock membership, but when I am in my account and click the manage account for stock, it does not give me the option to switch or cancel it at all. Any help would be appreciated, I wish to cancel my stock member ship but keep my cc.

For a research project, I am working on the development of a digital visual questionnaire to measure the quality of life of people with psychiatric problems. It is our intention to use images rather than words, so that the questionnaire becomes more inclusive. ​ ​In an earlier step of the project, we collected images of aspects of quality of life. Our participants selected images online. A number of these images (about 50 images) is owned by Adobe Stock. It is my intention to purchase licences for these images, so that we can A: use the images in the digital visual questionnaire, and B: include the images in a scientific publication. ​ ​Am I allowed to use Adobe Stock images for these purposes, and if yes, what type of license do I need? Hi everyone,I'm currently working with the Adobe Stock API and was wondering if it is possible to purchase / license assets with an extended license via the API.The documentation states for the response of a request on Member/Profile:In both cases, if purchase_options.requires_checkout is true but licensing is not possible, then you will need to take actions on your account to add more credits. This combination of values means that you cannot license at this time via the API, but may be able to if you correct the issue.So as far as I can see that basically means that only "regular" licenses which can be purchased with credits can be obtained via the API, right?I thought purchasing extended licenses might be possible since my adobe account has my credit card information.Thanks for your help. However, video assets are not downloaded.Do I need to make a separate purchase to download video assets?Or is there a difference in the ability to download assets depending on the region?To download the video, you will see the message "Online license is not available in your region".If you try to use an extension license on an image, the same message occurs.We will contact you about how to purchase an extension license.
