Hi, I was trying to see how the licensing worked for Adobe stock images, and I accidently licenced one photo for a credit. I didn't want to, I don't want to license images, I'm mainly looking for videos. When I clicked license on videos there was more information, but when I clicked it on the image it just spent the credit with no warning. Is there a way to get a refund? Get this credit back? Hi, can somebody help me out.I'm looking to end my subscription to Adobe Stock but if I cancel now I'm going to be charged a penalty of £40. I assume this is because I'm on an annual subscription that's paid monthly and but I'm not at the end of the year. But, and this is where my problem is, I can't find any info on when the new year starts again so I can time my cancellation. Does anyone know where I can find this info? Thanks in advance

Hi, last year, around September, I started a free trial to see whether the plan was what I needed. I quickly realised that it wasn't and cancelled the trial to use something different. Almost 6 months later, I have just noticed that I have been getting charged for the plan that I cancelled (I have now cancelled it again). I only just realised, as I keep track of regular payments like these through email invoices, but apparently, they don't send these out; the only email I have from them was from when I signed up for the free trial. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Because I couldn't contact any real agent on the Adobe chatbot or find any customer support email, could you please let me know how I can ask for a refund? My trial ended last year but I couldn't cancel the subscription on My Account and Adobe continuously tried to get my money from my account, so I had to lock my credit card. Last month, I received an email that my subscription had been suspended as my payment couldn't be made. Today, I lost 22.99$ as I forgot to lock my card while I didn't have any demand to use Adobe. Please, I want a refund and subscription cancellation. Adobe makes me feel like I was scammed...

I accidentally licensed and purchased a single asset: 627488265, thinking I was on a different tab. Can I please get a refund or a credit license for that asset? Thanks.

In the license purchase history, I can only browse up to 999 pages of results, even though the panel contains 1,500 pages. I want to review images from the years 2015-2016, but the admin panel is not functioning properly. The date filter also does not work correctly. When I try to enter a date range, the result is always zero.How can I access the full history of purchased images?

I have bought the monthly all apps inclusive plan, but seems to me like i still need to buy a plan for adobe stock separately?

So I have the whole packade of Creative Suites/Creative  Cloud ar whatever it´s called. I have 1000 credits each month I guess. Haven´t used it in all those years I´ve had this. Now I am curious - how do I use it. If I go to Adobe Stock I am asked to start e free tryal - why? How can I know how many credits an image costs? How can something this easy be so difficult? Amazing!! Appaling.

It would be great if we could have a block list or blacklist for our accounts. One practical example would be to block accounts that are spamming the site with ai-generative content so that we could filter the content we don't want to see from users we know we will never want to purchase licenses from. Adobe may not think generative ai content is unethical, but many Adobe Stock users do and want to avoid generative ai content as much as possible.

A while back, Adobe announced that it would allow AI-generated content in Adobe Stock. “We believe that generative AI tools can help our contributor community continue to create amazing content,” Adobe stated, “and we believe in transparent, clear labeling for customers when it comes to this content.”The promise of "transparent, clear labeling" has not been fulfilled. Even when the new Generative AI exclusion filter is enabled, lots of AI-generated images continue to show up.I've posted a couple of recent examples, using a search for steampunk imagery. Note that "Exclude Generative AI" is checked in both cases. In the second screenshot, the label is obviously a prompt used to generate the image. In the first, one of the images shows what appears to be a steampunked version of Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man character. I recently purchased an image of a family so I can use it for a poster contest.  I tweeked the image (filters, colors, etc) in order for it to work with my design.  If I win the contest, then I will purchase the extended license in order for the image (even though I tweeked it) to be used to print on tshirts, posters, etc and be sold, no problem there.My question is, the moderator of the contest may ask for a copy of the model release for the people in the photo that I used. How can I get that?

I have paid my membership but when I download an image, adobe stock runs across it and I am not able to remove it! How do I remove it?

I downloaded an image by mistake (Ancient Greek warrior in armor with helmet and red cape holding sword and shield in a battle scene) whilescrolling for images on my phone. The "download" button is on the right side where I always navigate from with my right thumb. How can I I undownload the image?

I started a trial subscription for Adobe Stock on January 21, but I haven’t used it at all and realized that it’s not useful for me. However, when I tried to cancel, I was asked to pay an early termination fee. Why do I have to pay a cancellation fee during the trial period? Isn’t this period meant for trying the service? I want to cancel without paying a fee since I haven’t used the product at all. Can you help me?

H! I have downloaded some mogrts from the graphics templates (adobe stock over to my templates), but when I put one in the timeline I only see one template, not all the other styles. I am able to see in properties how to adjust the one slide, but where is the rest of the file? Thank you!!  

Can I use a face image purchased from Adobe and swap it with a face from an AI-generated image for use in a print advertisement?Does the license have an expiration date? a year or longer?*The face will not appear directly on the product, but only in the scene of the print advertisement. I will purchase the advanced(extended) license for the face and make some additional modifications after the face swap.

Recently my team change CC plan. When I log in with the new profile in Adobe Stock, just got the 10 free images test drive, not the limitless images plan we purchased. I´ve loggin in an out, went to help robot but nothing works. Even my teammates got no problem. What else can I do?I´m in Mexico and I can´t speak with a human. Thoughts?
