Recently my searches for Stock Photos are full of photos that can only be licensed as "Premium", typically at $299 to $499. A Premium only photo is only apparent when you mouse over or select, not when you are perusing photos. My use of Stock is such that I would never buy a Premium photo, but do buy a lot o Standard License. This new "feature" fills up my screen with photos I can't use and many times I like something only to be disappointed that the one I selected is not covered by my monthly subscription.  Filtering by [$] [$$] [$$$] doesn't seem help.Is there a way to NOT get any Premium Only photos on my search results. This has greatly reduced the usability of Adobe Stock and my force a change from my all-Adobe-products-with-Stock premium subscription.

Hi, I never redeemed my 10 free images from Adobe Stock and I think this was due to not doing it within 30 days? Could you possibly add them retrospectively to my account by any chance please? Thanks!

HiI plan to do video tutorials that I'm going to sell.Do I need to pay something to the owner of the images even if I use only the low res comps of the images?Images are only used to fill a layout, to explain how to make a layout, a slideshow, how to import a video in InDesign,.. they are not the main elements of the tutorial.Of course I can add a link and even mention in the videos that the low res comp images come from Adobe Stock.Thank you

Are adobe images both royalty-free and free for commercial use? I would like to put images of maps, people, and animals in my book that I'm selling for profit. Is that allowed? Do I have to give credit to Adobe in my book?

The Licensing page says With a Standard license, you may not:Create products for resale where the main value of the product is the image itself. For example, you can’t use the asset to create a poster, t-shirt, or coffee mug that someone would buy specifically because of the image printed on it.I have licensed some images, standard license. I was trying to use them for the cover image on a puzzle book I am creating as a donation for a non profit.Why do I need to by an Enhanced license? These will never reach the level of 500,000 uses because they are not for public sale.The price of the license would increase my cost about $2 a unit and makes no sense.  While the image is being used on the cover, it is not the main value of the product. I use it only to depict the theme, which is waterpolo. The puzzles in the book are the primary reason for purchase. Can you offer any resolutions that will help?Gloria

Hi there, I'm confused about distribution with standard licences.I have received 50 free Adobe Stock images  as  part of a trial with Creative Cloud/Photoshop.What I want to do is to have some images that we can use on our website AND distribute with our press release. We are a tiny campaigning organisation, so no huge coverage.When I look at the licenses for my free downloads they say Standard license - which seems to suggest I couldn't forward the images onto another organisation as part of a press release. Is that correct?But when I look here https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/faq.htmlit says that Adobe Stock images are royalty free: "A royalty-free asset is licensed such that it can be used for any illustrative purpose, even in a professional context, without geographical restrictions or expiration dates". Nothing about any license restrictions.Is an image with a standard licence a royalty free image or not?Sorry for naive questions, am a newbie to all this. Thanks for help.

Many posts have made clear to me that I can license a photo, and I can transfer that license to a client.  My question is, how should I document this transfer to my clients, so that they have proof they have the rights to use the image?  I thought I could provide them the invoices for each photo purchase, but as far as I can see, the printed Adobe Stock invoices don't include the image/item number. Or does the "Material No/Description" column contain an internal Adobe reference?

Hi,We should have access to 10 pictures a month with our cloud subscription but when we want to download the picture, it seems that is not possible in Brazil eventhough there is a big banner in Portuguese stating that we have acess to 10 a month.could you please let us know how to have acess to those pictures?Anne-catherine Wambersie

I had adobe stock for about a year.  I had over 100 purchases available to me, but when I cancelled the subscription...my purchases or option to purchase is gone.  Is this right?

Hello, I am very very worried and I hope someone could help me. First, I am French so excuse me if I don't speak correctly English. I  pay every month for Creative cloud and  I wanted to try Adobe stock for 1 month as proposed. When I saw 10 free photos for trying, I said "wonderful !" So I did load 3 photos and it was written "still 7 photos" I did load one more and I don't know why this one appeared as a purchase ?????? I am very confused and the worst is the price of this picture : 499 € !!!!! and I didn't want to buy this photo I hope it is possible to cancel this purchase?! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP !!!!

Hi Adobe-Stock-Staff,Why we don't have 'Extended License' option for videos?The videos seem to only have 'Enhanced License' available? My use-case will be like edit/combine the purchased videos with other videos then upload it to Youtube for monetization, does 'Enhanced License' allow this? Skimming through the forum, tons of people are having the same question.Is that possible to enable 'Extended License' for videos? since we can do it for images.Thanks.

i signed up for a free trial and downloaded 3 images. I couldn't use them so phoned support for assistance. during this discussion I asked to cancel my free trial which I assured was done.  i didn't receive an email and didn't think to chase it up. today I get an email saying my payment failed and to pay. why am I being charged? please delete the charge and cancel my account as previously requested thanksjade
