Hallo, ich habe eine grundsätzliche Frage zur Urhebernennung bei lizenziertem Bildmaterial:Im Layout (z.B. einer Speisekarte) für einen Kunden werden u.a. drei verschiedene Ausschnitte/Teile von lizenziertem Adobe-Stock Bildmaterial (Standardlizenz) als Layoutelemente genutzt und somit zu einem neuen Gesamtwerk für den Printbereich zusammengestellt. Lt. Adobe-Nutzungsbedingungen ist in diesem Falle eine Nennung der verschiedenen Urheber innerhalb des Layouts nicht erforderlich. (Dies würde auch ein Gesamtlayout stark beinträchtigen).Nun meine Frage: Wenn der Kunde das Gesamtlayout (z.B. Speisekarte) auch auf seiner Website / und seinem Social Media Account anzeigen möchte, müssen dann alle Urheber des verwendeten Bildmaterials genannt werden – auch wenn die einzelnen Bildelemente als Teil des Gesamtlayouts zu sehen sind? Falls ja, wie und wo muss die Namensnennung erfolgen? HiCan anybody tell me why when I try to access the stock images page that I only get a blank screen? Regardless wether I look for an image or try to register to upload an image I click the relevant link, a new web page opens and states that its the adobe stock page in the web address but all I have is a completely blank page! Have I got something setup wrong?Thanks in advance

Hello, last January I canceled my Adobe subscription linked to this email because my company activated a subscription on another email for work purposes. Last Saturday, I noticed a €36 charge with the reactivation of the plan I had canceled at the beginning of the year.How can I request a refund and permanently close the subscription? Thank you

Hi, I just purchased 5 stock credits, but entered a typo in the email address. The payment was processed, but I could login to my account, because I could not acces the (incorrect) email inbox. How can I fix this? Peter

Ich weiß nicht wie ich den Support hier kontaktieren kann, da man nur ständig weitergeleitet wird. Ich bekam über diesen Abo Kauf nicht mal eine Bestätigung per Mail. Bin regelrecht nur durch Zufall auf diese Zahlung gestoßen, da von meiner Bank eine Abbuchung stattgefunden hat. Wie kann ich den Support am besten per E-Mail erreichen???

Hello!I am trying to recreate a meme using images from Adobe Stock and other websites specifically as a gift for somebody, however, I am having a bit of trouble regarding the conditions of the Standard license.Am I allowed to crop and edit multiple images together? Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the Adobe Stock review process. When I upload a batch of 500 images, around 300 to 400 images get reviewed within 1 to 2 hours. However, the remaining 100 images get stuck and do not go through the review process. This happens with every batch I upload. Is there a reason for this delay, or is there a way to resolve it? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

There has been a filter option to choose if you want to see AI images or not and today it's no longer there and the little icon that visually indicated an AI image is gone. Why????

I always expect the quota to renew every month but sometimes there's a delay and it usually either happens at evening or midnight. It's so annoying! Why are they so slow at renewing my quota?!

Today I Licensed and downloaded 6 MOGRTs from Adobe Stock. 5 were MOGRT transitions and 1 was a MOGRT effect. For whatever reason, 2 of these MOGRT transitions from Adobe stock are not allowing me to open them in Premiere Pro even though they are Premiere Pro MOGRTs. Beyond that, those same 2 MOGRTs don't show up in my Stock Library. Going back to the assets individually in the video template search does show that the assets are in fact Licensed. So I'm not sure why I'm having a problem here, especially since this is all through Adobe and not using any other 3rd parties.Attached is a screenshot of my recent license history showing the 6 MOGRTs that I licensed today. I bought a business licence by accident and couldn't access it so I bought a personal one and now it works but I never wanted the business one can I get a refund on that one? 

What to do: I received a free trial of Adobe Premium and then was suddenly upgraded to an annual subscription; I only found out about it after I was charged. I tried to cancel it, but there was a cancellation fee. I never intended or requested the subscription, but I had no idea it had been automatically added to my account without my knowledge. I've already been charged for two months, but I don't use Adobe Premium much.

My team just purchased Adobe for Enterprise which includes Adobe Stock, since we want access to images and video. We purchased an additional 150 enterprise credit pack specifically for access to enhanced licensing for audio clips. We recieved our Get Started with Adobe Stock - Enterprise Credits email, but when we log in, audio licensing still shows Standard only and our credits at the top only say Unlimited Images. We do have 1 Admin User, are they the only one who can access the Enterprise Credits and Enhanced Licensing for audio? Our Admin added us to his group, as entitiled users, but still we do not have access to the Enterprise Credits. Is there a step we missed? 

Hello there,I plan to use a picture (https://stock.adobe.com/hk/stock-photo/id/821661302?asset_id=821661302) as part of my book cover. The book will be published and openly and commercially sold both in the bookstore and online, and the expected sales would not exceed 500,000 copies. Since the image will be just part of the cover and will only appear once in the entire book (although this is not a picture book, but inside the book, there are other more than 100 photos), then, normally speaking, this image should not be considered as the primary value of the book, is my understanding correct? Then, what type of license should I purchase, a standard or an extended license? The last question is, I don't plan to make a big modification to the image because the designer thinks the image itself is perfect. In this situation, do I still have to attribute or give credit to the author since I paid for the license? Thank you very much!

This stock image (file: 1169798194)  is missing the vector image. I discovered it from my query for vector icons. It says it has an editable stroke and I thought I indicated that I wanted to download an EPS file. That makes me think the asset was configured as a EPS or JPEG download, but the EPS is no longer available.Image: 1169798194

Hi I put a couple of hours into searching for photos last night on my mobile and saved the ones I wanted to my library. It flashed up on my screen that they were saving to library. On desktop today though, only a small number have saved. So I have to put another couple of hours in. Any ideas why this might be happening. I googled and have worked through all the troubleshooting options suggested. 

I've purchased marble texture collection (nr 603681032), with "supposted high quality", but when i opened the file ... photos weren't embed, i lost credit ...could i report problematic file?

Hi,Is there a way to filter images via the subject location? If not, is Adobe Stock looking into this? I understand that this is a metadata  however other stock libraries seem to do it (e.g. Getty).Also, rollovers showing text info on the images would be useful, reather than having to click on the image to see info. Thanks, 🙂

I would like to report image AdobeStock_828358129.aiIt is advertised as an AI/EPS and JPEG file type, but upon opening it, it is actually just a jpeg image embedded in illustrator, completly unusble for the purposes I need it for.

At work I use an adobe subscription part of Adobe for Teams that is admistered and paid for by my company.  Whenever we needed to download stock, it seemed only certain people had access to download stock, and some didn't. When I started a few years ago the process was just to message the person who had access to the stock the ID number and they would send it/add it to our shared files. This added a small bottleneck on projects, for waiting for stock, and another task for a teammate to do. My coworkers believed the administrator could control who who could access stock, and assumed it would cost extra to add more people.  I found out today that is not the case. Whenever I tried to download stock, it would prompt me to either start a free trial or to pay for a stock subscription. This is why we believed it would be extra. Turns out, all I had to do was change the "personal" to my "company name" profile, which I had no idea was even a thing. I want to be clear, this is all

Hi, image 351830549 is listed as 1520 x 1143px and image 350481190 is listed as 1496 x 1124px. However, when I download them, they are both 799 x 601px. I'm confident the problem is not on my end, since I also licensed image 348891016, and both the size listed and downloaded size are the same (2272 x 1704px). What gives?
