I have Creative Cloud but the images I download from Adobe Stock are very small and have Adobe text on them. Also when I download vector images they look very poor quality in Illustrator and look like a jpg. [Moderator cured the topics.]

--- Adobe Stock is inscluded in my 'Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB' Plan (annual). When I open the image I'd like, it says, $2.99 for STD License. I go further to BUY, and it gives me 2 choices: 29.99/mo plan OR 29.99/mo Annual plan. Can someone please help? Thanks very much in advance! [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
I am new to this and was scrolling through images, apparently I single tapped instead of double for scrolling, and happened to be over one of the "licence" icons. The window came up with the options for formatting to select, and rather than selecting one, I x-ed out of that box, thinking it would undo the selection, but it immediately started downloading and I had no way to stop it. It's not an image I want/need, and it seems risky to have those "licence" icons as a single click option without a secondary verification? Any way I can undo this and save my credits? Thank you!
Dear Adobe Support Team,I noticed a payment was charged to my bank card for Adobe, but after checking all my accounts, I cannot find any active paid plan. Therefore, I would like to know if this charge is unauthorized and which Adobe account the payment was made for.Could you please assist me with this matter?Thank you.
Hello, I accidentally clicked license on a photo I don't want. Thought it was a click for more info button. Can adobe help refund and delete? Thanks. #1033716913
In sending my client native adobe working files (when we choose to do so...), I realize I cannot send them the unaltered adobe stock images with the license tied to myself (aside from transferring), but if these stock images are layers within an .ai or .psd, is that legit to simply send along without any additional license terms or transfer, etc. Trying to keep this simple and uncomplicated, but not trying to sneak around any licensing by just tossing dozens of stock art into a psd to just transfer files either. Seems like a grey area that I need to solidify language on for my team and for our clients.
Newbie here...I am showing that I have "10 assets" available based on my request to our asset manager so I could have access to Adobe Stock for a few images per month. According to what he's saying, he purchased a "credit pack". Every item I've selected so far to license (illustration or vector) has failed - I get a message saying to contact admin because the asset type or license requires a quota that is not included in your plan, asset type or license is not authorized by your administrator. They have all been "worth" 1 asset. Is there a way to filter my search to find only the assets that I have access to? Frustrated...
I have to browse for large amounts of stock videos and it's really annoying how often low-quality gen AI videos come up on the search. It just makes me waste time because I'll never use any of them.I understand that there's a filter to remove them from the search, but not only do I have to select the filter every time I open Adobe Stock for a search, but if I click to see related stock, I'll be shown a lot of gen AI again. Wouldn't it be possible to give us the option to not see Gen AI at account level so I don't have to filter it out every time? Considering how poor the quality of most gen AI video in the platform is, almost everything is accepted, so the garbage results on a search will only increase.
Hi There After a very long conversation today with your call centre I managed to cancel a subscription to you that I did not know I had. I had no idea I had a subscription and have paid for £23.99 for 19 months that is £455.81 for something I have never used, nor knew about. Please see the account for proof of this. I am not someone who uses computers much, let alone have the need for advanced Adobe. There is nowhere on the webiste to email this so please accept this as a formal complaint. I would have expected that if an account sat unused, it might flag up to you? I have contacted the UK consumer rights and trading standards about this as it was not clear to me that I ever siged up to a subscription. Thier advice is that I have a good case. All I ask is that the money is refunded. You can see I have not used it. I am not trying to get something for free, I just have never used the service as I didnt know I ha
As AI has taken over Adobe Stock, image searches have become inaccurate and images less usable. A search for "woman fired" shows women on fire. "Woman fired at work" shows female firefighters. It takes much longer to find usable images. Humans are not looking human enough for corporate use. Men all have same face, beards, and glasses, and women look like pollished manequins. More photography please.
I had an Adobe account between 2014 and end of 2020. During that time, I licensed and downloaded several photos from Adobe Stock, including this one (file: 145630285). From about January 2021, my account was closed until Janary 2023 when it was reopened using the same email address.Presently, I can only access my Adobe Stock history from February 2023 but I need to find the above image, which was licensed in March 2020. Despite reopening my account using the same email address, I cannot access any of my Adobe Stock history before January 2021. Can anyone help?
Hi. Is anyone having issues accessing the Stock libraries. I can search for a topic but the images just arent loading. I have attached ascreenshot. TIA.
A client has asked me to recreate their portfolio, since they've lost the original Indesign files. They used an Adobe Stock template, but can't identify which one. They also can't access their license history. Can you identify it? https://indd.adobe.com/view/5c649905-047e-4f28-9348-d7899854f0c2 Thank you! 🙂
Can anyone please help me? I unknowingly signed up for adobe stock annual plan when I did a free Lightroom trial. I immediately cancelled the Lightroom trial but had unknowingly been signed up for a stock subscription. I have been a user of adobe in the past and have had great costumer service, but I feel somewhat deceived here. I did not mean to sign up for adobe stock and will not use it, yet they will not allow me to cancel without paying for the rest of the year. I cannot afford this $30/month expense, and it hurts me to know this is happening to so many people when signing up for a free trial. I know I am somewhat negligent that I did not realize they were signing me up for stock, and I am fine with paying the $90 they've already charged me if they can just cancel it for the year. Can anyone help me please? I tried calling customer service and the lady just kept repeating the same two sentences about how she could give me three months free but would not respond when I tried explai
I accidentally licensed photo #680226361 when I thought I was clicking to preview it. I would like a credit please. Thanks!
Hello I recently discoverd that ALL my licenced Adobe Stock images are automatically downloaded to my hard drive to this location: C:\Users\.......\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cload Libraries\LIBS\...... This is despite directing my files to my downloads folder as I licence them. In effect everything has been downladed twice. Even images licenced on old computes and a second machine are now stored on my drive. It all taking up too much precious space and I would like to delete all the files. When I delete a file I can see the thumbnail in the Library panel in photoshop but I can no longer access the file from the Cloud, it's just a dead thumbnail. Useless. Is this really how this all works? I thought everything was accessable form the 'Cloud' ... or am I just stupid? Thanks all G
Hello. Do I need 1 or 2 extended licenses? I have black t-shirts in stock. I bought an Extended licensed image and printed it on the shirts. Now I wanted a product image for my online store and since there are many ready-made t-shirt images in Stock, I wanted to use one so that in Photoshop I add the image I bought earlier to the shirt image. However, I was told that an extended license must also be obtained for the image of the black shirt if it is used in advertising. In this case, is it necessary to acquire 1 or 2 extended licenses or is 1 x standard license for the product image of the online store and 1 extended license for the image used in the product for sale sufficient? Thanks.
Bonjour, j'espère que vous allez bien ! Est-ce que vous savez si il est possible d'obtenir une facture ou une preuve d'achat autre que les crédits lors d'achat d'image de stock ? Merci !
Hello, is there any possibility to show the Adobe stock photo number on the invoice ? If I purchase 10 photos on a day I see no possibility to know which invoice is for which photo (number) ? I know I can see the license history, but this does not help because there I do not see the related invoice number either. Thanks
I have searched far and wide for a clear answer to this.. and every answer is someone posting a link to the already clearly confusing legal page. I recently found this on the FAQ pageHow does ones license a photo for a client off of the adobe stock site? Is this done in the back end of Adobe? Or do they want the designer to create a legal form and then the client signs the legal form with language that says we are passing on the license? Please, it would be helpful if someone would give steps to do this and not a link back to the license page. Thanks
Our organization is sensitive to using AI. For any Adobe AI-generated images, how is Adobe ensuring that the image components have free and clear intellectual property? Are the image elements coming from Adobe Stock? If we haven't licensed Adobe Stock, but do have licenses for Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop, etc. is the AI-created image paid for? Thank you.
