I can't find the credits for video stock! I am trying to find which plan do we have in our organization and the number of credits available for video stock but I can't seem to find it anywhere. The only reference that shows on the profile is Available Stock Quota 67 Assets. I can't seem to use that for any HD video either.  I am also wondering how to go about the generative credits, I tried to generate an image but it is still charging a price even though it says on the profile that there are 523 credits available.  Any help or pointers would be awesome!

We created a sting video for a client and licensed the audio track accordingly. The client then sponsored an industry festival. The festival then used the sting video within their festival highlights videos on YouTube, as a ‘sponsored by…’ intro sting (together with their own intro sting). Kinda like the logo idents you get at the start of movies.There is now a claim from the artist that the license doesn’t cover such usage. But the Festival aren’t creating their own vid using the asset for themselves, they are just featuring the video the track was licensed for.What’s my best reply to the Artist? Thanks!

I'm new to this but I knew Adobe had the disk to buy. What happened to that and why do we have to subscribe? 

How can I hide AI art from the search results?

Cuando estoy buscando canciones y paso la página, los archivos de audio no se cargan. Solo aparece el nombre de la canción pero no se puede poner play. y tampoco aparece las ondas de la canción. Hi there,I downloaded a "Vector" File: 812174329 and it has no layers for the graphic.This was opened in the latest version of Adobe Illustrator on Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1Please can someone re-credit me for this as it isn't usable? It might be worth removing this file so nobody else downloads it by mistake.Many thanksMartin

I changed plans. How can I prove that I have purchased the images of the old plan?

Can I use a stock photo with the standard license for a book cover?  Also, can I modify the image, add words, lighten or darken it, etc?

 Does anyone have this problem? The images I download have some kind of glitch on them. I'm a graphic designer and my colleague has the same problem.Do you know where this is coming from?

I was travelling in Mexico and signed up for an adobe stock free trial. It was in spanish and I misunderstood that it was a free trial and that I was going to be charged in the future. hi allI'm new so some things are not very clear to me and I would like someone more experienced to explain it.If a mockup with a flyer design that contains Adobe images with a standard license is placed on the web, does that flyer that is on mockup have to display the credit text/ attribution, or is it necessary only on the printed version of the same flyer?Thank you

I accidentally clicked the License button on an image I had no interest in, that was on the homepage. I did not use the image and deleted it from my computer. Image number: 1030319105 I would suggest implementing a confirmation window when licensing images.Thank you

Can someone please explain the difference to me between my current "Adobe Stock - 10 assets a month for £35.99/mo" and "Adobe Stock - 10 assets a month starting at £23.99/mo". They both give me generative credits in Firefly and in a "compare", they are identical (image attached). All I really want is access to Firefly, not Adobe Stock itself. I already subscribe to Creative Cloud suite. Can Firefly be added as a bolt-on to CC?

When I license and image and download it, does Adobe include a unique code in the image metadata that indicates that the image was downloaded by my account?

Bonjour,  Nous avons une nouvelle collaboratrice dans notre équipe, elle ne connait pas correctement les outils et a eu un souci aujourd'hui en achetant les mauvaises licences pour des photos adobe stock. Nous avons perdu 2 fois 240 crédits pour des licences étendues alors que nous avions besoin des formats basiques. Hi Adobe, When I search 'Boredom' or 'Bore' I get this..... Either the people uploading are misspelling boar or adobe serach thinks I can't spell (Please God I hope I don't misspell anything on this post). Here's some lovely pictures of some boars. Maybe I'll try and search some bored boars. Can you improve your search please. Maybe this is just a massive missspelling from a small group of uploaders who tag it with a spelling mistake. I don't want to search for pants and then Adobe Stock shows me a bunch of plants. 

I accidentally purchased a HD video stock, but I've noticed that it is not only what I was looking for but also very unclear. I've never used it on my work.. I just want to cancel the payment and get a refund.Thank you.

If I want to sell a poster featuring an Adobe Stock image, do I need to make any modifications or add creative elements to the image? Or is it permissible to sell the physical poster without any additional elements?Thank you for your assistance!
