Hi, I created this image in Adobe illustrator app on my iPad Pro. I saved as a jpeg because stock images accept jpegs and I could upload as an illustrator file. It was rejected because of quality issue. Vague. Can some one give me constructive criticism. I want to improve. Thx 

Is there a way to filer sensitive/adult content when seraching in Adobe Stock? Sometimes there are images that come up that are inappropriate, especially in a professional setting.

I have submitted and was accepted for two of my AI images of gingerbread elves for the christmas theme on a white background, JPEG Format. I have submitted four more seperate images of the christmas gingerbread elves as well, but they were rejected. Titles are similiar, but images are different. On a separate note, do PNG images with a transparent background take longer to review? My JPEG images always get accepted in a timely manner. As for my PNG images, still under review. Is this the norm? 

Hi.I accidentally downloaded the wrong image from Adobe Stock (#626343359), I need another one (#628916280). They are similar, so I am confused. Can I exchange them?

While I understand the terms of my current plan, I was surprised to see the high early cancellation fee of ₺1,915.20(Turkish Lira) when attempting to cancel today.As a loyal customer, I would appreciate your help in either waiving this fee or offering a more flexible solution, as the cost is quite burdensome for me at this time. This seems to be a recurring issue with Adobe Stock. I need to download a 1gb file, which would take about 10 seconds on any other stock site. I've been waiting an hour. Getting around 500kb/s tops. This has happened in the past and always been written off. But, as someone who has paid thousands to Adobe, I'd appreaciate a better answer than just "clear your cache." Yes, I've tried different browsers. My speed test was 800/800. It is 1000% Adobe's servers throttling.

Hello friends!I made a mistake and submitted a wrong file. It was not published yet. It's under revision. Probably the issue in the file will not be noticed and it will be post, Is there a way to replace it by the correct file. I so, how?Or maybe even after they post it? I still cannot find a way to exclude or replace files.Thanks.

I have a creative cloud business program and I want to unsubscribe my Adobe Stock accout because I got a free month trial and I do not want it anymore but when I follow the instrutions that Adobe give me to do it, does not appear in My Plan. But I introduce my bank account number and I am afraid they will gonna charge be after this month.  I want to keep my Creative Cloud Account, it's just de Adobe Stock service that I want to delete. Please help me!!!!

Hi! I am trying to download audio https://stock.adobe.com/au/search/audio?k=500511148  but when I press license or download preview it comes up with "For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly." I was just wondering what the issue is?

I'm interested in finding some early upload pictures but I can't seem to find the date information. Is there a way to access this information? If this data isn't currently available, I would strongly recommend that the product manager consider adding it to the platform. Providing an API to access the upload date information would be especially useful. Many other popular stock photo services offer this feature, and it can greatly enhance the user experience. 

When do I have to cancel my annual subscription, paid monthly, in order to avoid a cancellation fee?It is 11th of October and my next subscription payment is on the 12th of October (a year after I made the first) which it will automatically renew for a year. When I try to cancel today (11th) it still asks for an early cancelation fee of 18€. How can I avoid this fee then, is there no way??

I just recently licensed two .ai files from Adobe Stock and am unable to edit either of them.  What is the point of having these files if you are unable to edit them? Files AdobeStock_75864347.ai and AdobeStock_210880129.aiI have ungrouped the elements, it's almost as if it is a flat image just saved in an .ai file.Please help!

I have a Creative Cloud 1 year subscription which I made 1st August 2023, with a monthly payment of  263,75 SEK. It was (apparantly) automatically extended another year on 1st August 2024, and now when I try to end the plan, I will be charged 1 186 SEK (i.e. 4,5 months). I hardly ever use this Adobe software which is included, so meaningless to continue paying for it.1) On what date can I end this subscription without any extra costs? Would that be on 1st August 2025? What if I end the plan a day before or after that exact date? 2) When ending a plan, will the amount be charged fully at once (1 186 SEK), or will it be split and charged monthly for 4,5 months? 3) There is an option to change the plan, so I could select something a bit cheaper. How does that work, do I still pay the 4,5 months for the old plan, AND the new plan, or how does this work?

I keep recieivng the error "For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly." when trying to download audio preview files from Adobe Stock.I'm on an Enterprise account at my workplace using Google Chrome. MacOS Sonoma 14.5.Is there any solution?

Dear Adobe, Please stop allowing your Stock service to be flooded by awful AI images. This is not a Grand Piano:https://stock.adobe.com/images/grand-piano/815187365?prev_url=detail No one should use an image like this, but this isn't at one-off. Your files are rife with uncanny and untrue representations of real things. I know you have a tiny disclaimer on these files, and I know it's possible to filter them out. The issue isn't AI; the issue is bad AI. You need humans to check this crap because your contributers are just shotgunning uploads in the hope that they'll get downloads. It has to stop. Please.

Hello there community!I wrote about this problem to a customer support about a week ago, and still didn't get an answer.So I changed my email connected to my Adobe Contributor account, I've got email that it was successful etc. But when I log in, I see the completely new account with empty portfolio,  no tax form filled, some random letters instead of name etc.  Adobe contributor website saying that my old email is not connected to any account. And I also lost the access to my old email in case to get proofs, old letters etc. But I still see my portfolio on Adobe Stock, and I don't understand who has access to that.  The Customer Service is not answering, and I would really like to restore access, there are some money and pictures on that page, and I want to keep using that.I feel very frustrated. Can anyone help me?

I uploaded several images back in July, but they are still pending review, well beyond the usual 8-week timeframe.Has anyone else noticed similar delays recently? I am new to contributing to Adobe Stock. I have been asked to submit a property release for several images. Totally understandable. However, in several of these images, no property appears. In some, the "property" is a field or building that is entirely imaginary. Am attaching some examples. I'm sure this is a common scenario but I'm not finding much of anything by searching. Thank you  for any insight!

The map of Indonesia I downloaded from Adobe Stock has a serious typo. https://stock.adobe.com/images/indonesia-map-and-flag-n-illustration/152807127  The province of ACEH is misspelled, using an "n" :  ACEN. Someone needs to fix this!  

Hello, I am wanting to use Adobe Stock images to help compose illustrations in a book that will be published. My question has to do with the standard vs extended license for Stock images. If I was to download an image with a standard license, would I have any issue with copyright or royalty if I used that image in the book? They would be used solely for background composition and they would be edited to a certain degree as well. I believe the standard license also limits the image to being used 500,000 times so would that mean the book can only be pulished that many times. Appreciate any clarification, thanks.
