Will like to check if unlimited images means I can download all images from Adobe stock and legally use them for commercial purposes. Like campaign materials, website, posters, etcThe company is too big for me to track down the person who purchased the adobe suite.

Licensed an abstract editable text, but the font is not included?! What is the point of licensing it if you can not actually edit it with the same font, the font doesn't even show in illustrator. Is there a second download for the font or how to request a refund of my credit.Thank you,Penny

I accidentally licensed an image that was 67 credits instead of 1 credit. How do I reverse this transaction to restore access to my 67 credits... that's 67 images I could license. I didn't even realize images could be more than 1 credit and I was downloading about 10 different images I wanted to use. I was clicking through the normal process to license images and didn't realize this particular image was asking for 67 credits.

I have the $599/yr subscription and have downloaded over a hundred free images since January. Suddenly today, in Adobe Stock, I tried to download an image and got a pop up that said "You've reached your daily limit of free downloads" AND offers for me to start a free trial when I have a paid subscription??? This was my first free image I was trying to get today and I have NEVER seen this since I started using Adobe Stock when I have downloaded a dozen in a day sometimes in the past. What's happening?

HelloI took a free trial of the adobe stock a and added my bank details in it. It was shown on the website that I could cancel the subscription within 7 days, which means no amount will be charged from my account. I cancelled the subscription within 7 days and got the confirmation mail. But now, my account has been charged 36 euros for the plan. and moreover when I try to cancel the plan it is showing to pay 160 euro as an early cancellation fee. I have proof of the cancellation mail i received from adobe. I tried tocontact them by all means, but they are not responding. what should i do?

However, not the point I am just ranting.Today I noticed there was a $29.99 charge on my bank account from 4/20, and I realized I've been getting this charge since January 2024. Keep in mind I have two accounts: one that my university provides (I've made no purchases on it, and never touched it so the account basically doesn't exist), and another personal account (I had to make a purchase there, $19.99 a month for a year).I reached out to customer service about the $29.99 charge I've been getting since January, and they said I purchased something on my university account on January 13, 2023. I'm using stock to generate an image (cartoon). I can get close to an appropriate image, but it is almost always cut off by framing.For example - arms, bottom of legs and other elements are usually outside of the picture edge.  How can I ask stock AI to generate entirely within the frame?

I've tried to cancel my account and the website doesn't allow me. Then, when I try to contact an agent by chat nobody answer and finally today , adobe charged me a year plan.Whats the way to finish all and delete even my account. has anyone found a way to undo the licensing an image on adobe stock?  i wasted one of my licenses on an image that I meant to add to a library to show a colleague.  i wish Adobe would implement another step to confirm the licensing just in case that happens to anyone else! oh well, rookie mistake.  let me know.  💔

I don't need and cannot justify the cost of the full Adobe suite. However this creates a problem when downloading transparent AI files from Adobe Stock.  On many occasions - although not all - the transparent grid appears to be flattened into the AI file layers.  App's other than Illustrator cannot then remove the transparency grid.   Yet Stock always offers an alternativge JPG download for these files - when they have a transparency grid this is of cource completely useless. A PNG file without the grid on the other hand would be fine. Why is this not offered? Is it simply to force users to purchase Illustrator?  I'm not a design pro so I might be missiong something. However, I just spent over an hour on Adobe support and their only answer was 'buy Illustrator'.

I have been charged for an Adobe Stock Subscription since July 2023 and am completely unable to cancel the subscription by going to my account settings even though I have an email confirming my cancellation in June of 2023. The subscription does not show up on my account anymore, but Adobe has been taking their $29.99 for 10 months now. I looked on the discussion boards and it looks like several others have had the exact same problem. I would like my almost $300 back!!
