Hi,I recently started contributing to the Adobe stock library and I have noticed that my contributions are only available in the US market.Does anyone know how to make my content available worldwide or in certain market places? Thank youYousuf

I can't reach the adobe stoke page  

I was searching recently for Halloween related images on Adobe and noticed this seemingly AI-generated Halloween image not labeled as such. Hi there, I downloaded an item today that I shouldn't have (blush). I can't find a way to return/unlicense it. I didn't download it. It's just sitting in my library. Can anyone point me in the right direction? 

Dear Adobe Message Board Admin, I hope you are doing well. I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent issues with my account. I accidentally activated the yearly stock plan at some point and have now just had to pay the annual cancellation fee, which I did not intend to incur. I only ever intended to pay for one month of service.  Additionally, I have been billed multiple times beyond the first month, which is quite frustrating. Given these circumstances, I would like to request a full refund for the charges after the first month, as well as the cancellation fee. This has cost me hundreds of dollars for services I did not intend to have, or have not utlized.  I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope to resolve it soon. Thank you.

There is no other tab.  No other options than just "license" and it is a complete gamble as to what type of license I seem to get. I have licensed some images that turn out to be extended, some that turn out to be enhanced, some that turn out to be standard.  I repeat there is no other tab or choices for any type of license selection. On hundreds of different images, years of using adobe I have never seen that choice.   If I click "License" it automatically licenses the image without me needing to click accept or anything so I have wasted credit's simply clicking license hoping I would be prompted with licensing options. Research suggests I need an "enterprise account" yet there are lots of people who have been able to purchase extended licenses without such account. I also have no available options for upgrading or changing my plan, nor can I find any link that directs me towards a page that offers the purchasing of an enterprise or business account. I ne

Hi, i start adobe on 11/9/24, i start trial on two plan to see which one suit my need. unfortunately, the adobe cant be used. Each time i open the apps its restart because low memory (nothing i can do with it). 19/9/24 they charged me the subscription fee.I need help,1. If i cancel the plan today, (not 14days yet) will i confirm get refund? Because the cancellation page its seem like, my plan can be use until 19/10 even i cancel my plan and i will not get refund, so im so afraid to proceed with the cancellation. 2. If i not getting refund, can i change both plan into one same plan (different one for mobile) because its so expensive for me to pay for something that i cant use and also both plan mostly same apps (only some different)3. Already chat with live agent, they say i cant get refund for active plan? What that mean? 

Hello, I have licensed stock asset 475340834 to download but the vector file does not match the artwork. The vector file is labled with the correct asset number but when opened, is the artwork for a ball cap and not the excavator that is listed on that page. Please advise on getting this corrected on the site as I don't see anywhere to report this stock file is incorrect. Thank you!

I currently have 1,720 assets and 970 downloads. In the past, my vector uploads would be approved within one or two days, but recently, the approval process has been taking more than two months.In comparison, my brother, who has a similar account and uploads the same types of vectors, gets his assets approved within just a few hours. Despite having fewer assets and slower account growth, his approvals are much quicker.

Cannot access my libraries or search photostock pictures. When I click on website link (https://stock.adobe.com/photos) it briefly flashes the landing page but then within 2 seconds jumps to a blank, white page. Is there a current problem with Adobe.photostock site?

How Can I cancel my subscription if I don't have any access to the email I used? I can't login without the access. Someone used my Paypal account and I don't have any idea on how to cancel it.

I purchased Illustrator, without the addition of Adobe Stock during the buying options.I see that I have 35 stock credits. Why is that? I never bought any credits. More on that - if I click "license" on an asset in Adobe Stock, does it automatically purchase a credit pack?

I got the free trial a few months back for Adobe Stock. I downloaded my images and canceled it. However, I just noticed today it says I have "Available Stock quota: 30 plan credits" Why do I just have these now? I'm a little scared to use them; honestly, I'm not sure if it is a scam (which I know Adobe is very much known for) and I do not wish to end up paying god knows how much if these have not just been freely given to me for whatever reason.

I've seen a number of threads talking about this but posting on here seems to be the only way to report images that are clearly AI and not labelled? Is there no easier way? I cannot download an image from adobe stock - this has never happened before and I've been using it for years. I've tried all the basic fixes - different network/different computer/logging out and logging back in/clearing cache and nothing seems to work. I have licensed an image but it will not let me download it? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Dear Adobe - I don't want to see all your AI images, ever. I want the DEFAULT to be "Don't show me your AI steaming piles of dog turd".And now you've removed the filter too? And no - it's not just "hard to find" which would be bull anyway, it's just gone.  Seriously, how unethical can you be as an organisation?  PS - You've made me edit my post by telling me the word I used... The irony. Pot, kettle. So, I edited to "steaming piles of dog turd", I hope that's more acceptable.

If I buy a template that says EPS FILE WORD AND FONT CAN BE CHANGE but I can't change either of those, what should I do? 

I purchased this icon set but didn't realise it was only a jpg that is not of sufficient quality for using as icons. I've come across a well known contributor that has pages and pages of copied videos. As far as I know from Adobe TOS, his account violates at least three rules. Adobe doesn't allow public domain contentAdobe doesn't allow illustrative editorial videoAdobe doesn't allow copied, cropped video taken from YouTube I would love to hear from an Adobe employee as I've been trying to report this through multiple channels, without any sucess.

I accidentally licensed the wrong version of the image I needed. Can Adobe remove the license and return my credit for AdobeStock_288943675? Thanks!
