Nigdy nie subskrybowałem planu Adobe Stock, a jest na moim koncie od kilku miesięcy.  Adobe pobiera mi pieniądze z konta za coś czego nie kupiłem i nigdy nie używałem. Gdzie mogę skontaktować się by wyjaśnić sprawę?? 😞    [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hola a todos, Deseo cancelar mis suscripción a Adobe Stock Photo, realicé la suscripción a través de los 30 días de prueba gratuitos. Tras estos 30 días me han pasado el cobro pero en ninguna parte puedo ver la factura ni tampoco aparece que esté asociada a ningún plan y por lo tanto no me permite darme de baja. ¿Esto le ha ocurrido a alguien más? He contactado con Adobe a través de su chat y he revisado toda la información que ofrece Adobe para estos caos, pero no me dan ninguna solución y tampoco puedo hablar con ellos por otros medios. ¿Alguna manera diferente de contacto: e-mail o teléfono? Necesito solucionarlo. Gracias. 

HiLibraries avaliable in app and online differ:online: in app:some are in both locations, others are in one but not the other (eg. 'Stock Templates' only in the online version).  Also, some stock images open in photoshop when double clicked, and some don't. Can I please ask why that is? 

I purchased an adobe stock photo with bank notes in it. Now photoshop will not open it saying it is against the rules of this program to open images with banknotes.  How doI bypass this?  How can adobe stock be sellign images you can use with adobe cc?

Hello- I have purchsed several enhanced licenses for images that do not show up in my history list. They only show up as standard. Is there a way to view only enhanced license purchases?

Obnoxious reporting system. I've been on with support for almost 40 minutes to report a single image. Absolutely ridiculous. Image 672170050 is a very strange image of a little girl on the floor with her legs spread apart with the focus being right in between her legs and everything else being blurry. AND it's being listed as a premium image?!?!?   [moderator deleted attached image]

I got the free subscription for adobe stock. I meant to cancel it before i was charged. i thought i did cancel it but i was still charged. Is it possible to get a refund? i haven't used it since i was charged and i don't plan on it. Thank you

Cambien el plan, tenia como 200 creditos acumulados y cuando se actualizo me saco los creditos que tenia anteriormente y por los cuales ya habia pagado. Es correcto ? Los podre recuperar ? 

Is there a way to set a budget or allocate credits to users or teams?ORIs it possible to limit who can license images in adobe Stock? We have a single enterprise account that covers a number of smaller teams / users. Last year I did image searches with a filter for pixel sizes over 20,000 and had a decent number of options. I just did the exact same search today and no images came back until I set the pixels down to 10,000. Has there been a recent policy change that stock images are only available under 10,000 pixels? 

I previewed seven 4K images and edited them into a sequence over a period of months.  I was able to purchase and download 6 of the seven videos yet one disappeared from the Adobe Stock roster.  I have scoured the Adobe stock videos and other sites and have not been able to find a suitable replacement that will not void all of my work.  After consulting with the Adobe staff on a number of occasions, I find it had to believe in this era eternal records that the source of the video I seek cannot be found.   #657261097 is a NASA based image.  If the author could be found, I could contact them and obtain the image. Help.

I have attempted to download some images (from the free category, included with my Creative Cloud subscription. It shows like it is downloading, but it doesnt show up in my downloads folder. This happened one day last week too. I checked with my it department, and they have no blocks or anything like that. I tried switching browsers, restarting...etc... nothing worked. But then the next day it was fine again. Now it is happening again.Are the Adobe servers having issues? The fact that is fine one day, and not working the next leads me to believe it is not on my end. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I am working on a website for a client in my city. I search for the city and found a generative AI image within the first 9 results claiming to be my city that is so completely inaccurate. It shows skyscrapers along a riverbank... This city is in the middle of farmland in the midwest. There are zero skyscrapers in the whole state. Would you report this image or let it go as it's tagged as "Generative AI"? I know this part of a bigger discussion on AI images, but I'm wondering where the line is drawn between art and reality when it comes to stock images. 

Today I searched for a track that I downloaded from adobe stok a while ago, and I couldn't find it by name. When I went to look through my license history, I saw that some assets are no longer available. I need a license for a song.  

I found a video i like googleing it found itin 'Adobe Stock UK'  but not in the Adobe Stock USA Version?? What do I do. Here is the video animation. Would love it with no background to. I signed up to a free trial of Adobe stock and was immediately charged for a full month for £23.99!There must be something wrong as I see a few other posts with the same issue - I'd like a refund please and the free trial that I should have had? Live chat isn't very helpful as nobody is replying.

I purchased 6 4k stock videos today yet the 7th could not be found to purchase. That video has disappeared.I downloaded a stock video preview and edited it into a sequence. Today I tried to purchase that video to complete my project and it had disappeared. How do I get to the database to find who authored the video to see if I could retrieve the clip?

I initially purchased Adobe Stock as a trial plan and continued my membership the next month. I did not choose a plan in Adobe Stock in any way. I have a Creavetive Cloud account and I already purchased my plan there annually. I just want to cancel my Adobe Stock membership. Can someone tell me how I can do it
