Dear Community,I am interested in purchasing a Credit Pack for Adobe Stock and would like to get more information about how the credit system works, particularly regarding the usage of images and videos on my clients' websites.Firstly, can you please confirm if I am allowed to use the images and videos purchased through a Credit Pack on my clients' websites?Secondly, I would like to clarify a specific scenario. If I purchase a Credit Pack of 40 images or a 5 Videos Pack for 28,744 Rupees, I understand that I can use any 40 images from the Adobe Stock repository on my clients' websites for one year from the date of purchase. Here's a hypothetical situation:- I create websites for two clients and use 20 images on each website.- After a month, I change the images on their websites by selecting different images from the Adobe Stock repository.- I plan to do this on a monthly basis for the next billing cycle (assuming I purchase the Credit Pack on April 21, 2024, and have a license until Ap

has anyone found a way to undo the licensing an image on adobe stock?  i wasted one of my licenses on an image that I meant to add to a library to show a colleague.  i wish Adobe would implement another step to confirm the licensing just in case that happens to anyone else! oh well, rookie mistake.  let me know.  💔

I don't need and cannot justify the cost of the full Adobe suite. However this creates a problem when downloading transparent AI files from Adobe Stock.  On many occasions - although not all - the transparent grid appears to be flattened into the AI file layers.  App's other than Illustrator cannot then remove the transparency grid.   Yet Stock always offers an alternativge JPG download for these files - when they have a transparency grid this is of cource completely useless. A PNG file without the grid on the other hand would be fine. Why is this not offered? Is it simply to force users to purchase Illustrator?  I'm not a design pro so I might be missiong something. However, I just spent over an hour on Adobe support and their only answer was 'buy Illustrator'.

I downloaded the stock File#: 675457227 titled "Water electric splash 3d logo reveal fully editable template."  When I download the file using my web browser it gives me an .MP4 video. If I import using my asset library it imports a .MOV file. I have searched Google and the Adobe Community for information on how to import this file in such a way that it is editable. I only find information regarding MOGRT files which I have successfully imported/installed in the past. I attempted to import both the MOV and MP4 files using both Premier and After Effects but no luck.Is there something I am doing wrong?Is the file mislabeled/tagged?If the file is indeed mislabeled is it possible to have my credits refunded?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a stock image with one of my credits but it was clearly advertised as a vector file and was in reality a JPEG.This is the id : 519668788I've downloaded other assets from this artist and they were all Illustrator vector files so this was clearly misleading.The description says : Transport icon set with editable stroke and white background. Thin line style of bus, car, truck and train stock vector.What can I do?Thank you!

I have been charged for an Adobe Stock Subscription since July 2023 and am completely unable to cancel the subscription by going to my account settings even though I have an email confirming my cancellation in June of 2023. The subscription does not show up on my account anymore, but Adobe has been taking their $29.99 for 10 months now. I looked on the discussion boards and it looks like several others have had the exact same problem. I would like my almost $300 back!!

   I asked that I get stock photos added to my plan at work and they decided to switch from individual plan to a larger team license. They have been trying to add stock for me, but have been unsuccessful. I thought I had it once, but then received the message "Your request for Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month could not be fulfilled" The Adobe person assigned to us is not getting back to us. Used this audio before for Facebook and never got issues. Last week Facebook said I was violating copyright due to the same audio. Can we please fix this Adobe! Thank you. (I do pay for membership)

Hello, I have to many images that I'm sure I will not use and would like to remove them.I can see them in the LicenseHistory on the Stock Dashboard yet there is no way to delete themhttps://stock.adobe.com/fr/Dashboard/LicenseHistory I can't find them on the assets panel. (I'm not asking for the credits if any was used for them but I think most were free/included in a trial) Could you help me please? Hi I updated payment info and paid past due payment but my plan is still inactive . Payment is made but after message about updating payment info status changed back to 'billing issue' . Last payment is listed in billing history. How to contect support to fix this issue ?

I am confused on what licence I need to purchase for some creations I am wanting to print on shirts for re-sale. My creations will be using about 10-15 different vector images to create one graphic, eg. a map that will include multiple vector trees, animals, vehicles etc.  Do I need an Extended Licence for each vector placed on the map or is Standard okay?  Also I will be doing another creations where I will be combining only 2-3 vector images to make one image, eg, hat with flowers, which licence will these need for this?

This bug has been active a few days now. When I click the "more from this series" and "see more" it just takes me back to the previous main search page. I have downloaded multiple assets to be used with their transparent backgrounds. I can not get the background on these assets to actually be transparent when I upload them to my photoshop project, it just has black and grey squares on it. I have read that the work around is to open Illustrator, but if we aren't Illustrator users, what is the other option?? We pay a good deal of money every month for access to these assets for them to not work and have to go through community forums to get credits back for something not working in the great wide world of Adobe. Now I have many assets downloaded that are unusable. How do I rectify this issue?

Hi there, Is it allowed to use video footage from Adobe Stock under a free plan for advertising purposes? I understand that it's not allowed to use images on a products for selling. but is it allowed to use the video in the same ad with the products that we are planing to sell?greatful for help kind regDee
