Stock

I'm new to Stock.. I clicked on the License button assuming it would give you the details about the license... nope it'd downloaded and licensed the photo #423534119 which is of no use to me. there is no FAQ's or Guide about licenses at first level information apparent in the interface. You have to click through many layers to get to the specifics about the licenses.  I appreciate the minimal design, but.... learn by error is a little frustrating.

I'm having an issue when I select an image from Adobe Stock, click "License", the image is downloaded to my Adobe Library in the "Not Grouped" section 2 or more times.  Then I receive an error that I cannot download anymore because the folder is full.   Is there a setting I can change to only download the item once?

I was interested in an image to license and I clicked on the license to see how many credits it would be. But it ended up purchasing the image, and it was almost 300 credits. This is not the image I want. Is there any way to return it? As the design team's credit has gone down so much, it will mess with their ability to get photos.  File: #666442857 Please help!

After I download any stock file including images, I only see the default stock icon and not a preview of the image like I would any other downloaded image. Top is Adobe Stock image files, bottom is generic image downloads.

Hi!I have licenced a few images that look like they should have a transparent background, but as it turns out, they don't! When I look around the Adobe Stock database, it seems like all images have the same issue: they all have a dak grey, chequered "background" that would be interpreted as transparent, but probably isn't. How do I solve this? Hi there—I just accidentally downloaded an unwanted image on my account. Is it possible to cancel that?

Hello everyone,I bought the following Video: https://stock.adobe.com/de/video/animation-loop-of-a-burnt-forest-releasing-carbon-dioxide-on-black-background-with-alpha-channel/420553625  After the download i can open it in Quicktime, but the Video is blank - even though the file is 380mb big. Importing it to davinci gives me a weird error --> Media Offline. Importing it in media encoder shows a green screen (corrupt file, i guess). Only VLC-Media playser shows the correct video in playback, but that doesnt help me getting the video into davinci. I guess it is some type of container-codec problem. Does anybody have an answer? And Yes, i know that screencapture is a possible solution, but i payed 95 Credits for a ten second video and I expect it to work. 

Hi there,   I would like to do a self-cancellation for this service. However in doing so, it will charge me a whopping fee of $178.15 USD (which is over $200 in conversion rate for my country).  Does anyone know if I cancel the day before, will it still charge me this? Is there a way to cancel without the fee?I accepted a free trial and from the wording, it seemed like a free trial and once it finishes it doesn't charge us unless we sign up for it, but I was wrong. I have been charged one month. I should be able to use all the paid credits but if I cancel, it means I pay more to leave and lose my ability to use the credits I have paid for. They aren't losing anything, it's not like mobile data or booking reservations. If anyone knows, that would be great.

I want to print a photo on a glass 2 meters x 2 meters. To obtain a good quality of the printed photo, what size of a photo should I aquire? (For a good quality I guess there should be a min 150 DPI.) Thank youMaciej 

This is the third day in a row I'm running into issues on the Stock Website. If I go to my libraries there is an issue and nothing will load. I can see my libraries and all assets in the apps, but just not online. Anyone else getting this issue?

Hello!!I don't understand what these 25 Generative credits mean can someone tell me?🤔 🤔 

I would like to use Adobe Stock and have already tested it for one month. On the overview page, I can choose between credits and subscriptions (only differentiated in monthly quantities). However, when I try to use templates, it says 'Could not be licensed,' and for the subscription option, it specifies 'Plus.' Yet, I cannot find a way to subscribe to a Plus plan anywhere on the entire site.   Why can't I license templates even though I have a subscription and currently possess 20 credits?   If it's an issue with the wrong subscription category, I'm willing to pay more for a 'Plus' subscription, but unfortunately, this offer is not available on the website.   Maybe  someone can help me out!   Best regards, Paul   P.S.: For the prices that Adobe demands, I expect more transparency and not a confused mess. Hello all, for the past few days I've been having trouble accessing Stock. I can get to the main stock homepage, but when I attempt to search I get the below error in Chrome, and a blank page in Safari. This page isn’t workingstock.adobe.com is currently unable to handle this request.HTTP ERROR 500 Can anyone shed some light on the issue? I've tried different networks, resetting my browsers, etc. No change.

Am I able to cancel my Adobe Stock account, but I still want to keep paying for Adobe CC?I only want to cancel Adobe Stock.Is this possible? 

I am new to adobe stock but have had some real issues with quality that you cant see in the preview.  I downloaded what is supposed to be a seamless pattern 625123758. The colours on the house  and little tree are different where the image meets and the trees are not correct.. How do i get a refund of my credit on an image not made for purpose or report it in some way?

I used to be able to click on "similar" images, then use the back button to go back to the previous page I was looking at, but this doesn't work any more. Frustrating! Using the "similar" images button is now impossible to use, as I can't get back to my original photo thread. I used to use this search method a lot, selecting a main search area, then veering off to look at "similar" images, then coming back to the original thread. But can't do it any more. Any ideas?

I accidentally licensed 510218929 instead of 53998187, is there anyway I can get a replacement credit if I delete the asset from my library?

I just licensed a premiere pro asset (motion graphic title) that is breaking my project file, causing my project to hang and unworkable. I could not use it. I've tried troubleshooting, but this has never happened with any of the motion graphic title assets I've licensed before, and some are even very similar.Can I refund this and get my point back?
