Hello! I'm trying to get a clear answer on the proper way to credit Adobe Stock when an image is the base of a composite image. The image is being used on the back cover of a printed nonfiction book. I've searched online but answers are very inconsistent. I hoped that going to the source might be more useful. Thanks so much!
I have a channel on YouTube and I want to make videos to post there. How do I use the licensed music without getting blocked? (The channel name is different from my own.)
When searching for an image, upon attempting to download it, it asks me to log into the account but I'm already logged in. It then launches a new window with no user at all and no option to log in. Te back button goes back to my "logged-in account" and keeps doing this over and over, preventing me from using Stock at all. How do I get rid of this unusable loop?
Is there a way to buy an extended license for an audio track individually without committing to a subscription plan and what would the cost be for that? I'm looking at a track that would be needed for local broadcast TV, so standard license doesn't work. I am a Creative Cloud subscriber but have only occasional stock needs that don't justify a long term commitment.
I searched for a highly specific location which is hosting an airshow event right now. If I search for the location on Adobe Stock, the name of the building, 99% chance it's a past photo from an airshow there. However, there is essentailly no detail in the listing... not even the location I searched for! So, how can I be 100% sure. I search for "Changi Exhibition Centre" and I get a very fixed set of examples, some of which show planes flying a la the huge air show they have there. However, what detail is there? "teamwork." Helps me not at all if I need to use this for an immediate post. I mean, the search seems correct... that measn the info is there. Am I missing something? Is there EXIF data there somewhere, and I just can't find it in the UI? I mean, how does it know, and why can't I verify this? Makes thigns really really dodgy when I'm looking for specific locations say for beaches in Thailand, or.... wherever! Where is location?
Hi there!I'm writting here because I've found an image in Adobe Stock that I think is inappropriate. I've already reached the user assistance to tell them the problem. They took note and scaled the issue, but they also encouraged me to come to the forum and place it on record. I'm not totally comfortable sharing the reference of the images, but it's the only way to report them. The reference of the first image I saw is 721771487. As I was copying the number for referencing it here, I saw other photo in the same series which I think has the same problem: 721771275. The keywords we were using for the search were "día del padre comida", which stand for "father's day meal". Here at work we all think both images and descriptions are definetely inadequate and reportable. And also, look at the images' description, there's clearly an intention!Hope something can be done. And we definitely need a tool to flag content like this in an easier way...
So sick of this, and why there isn't an EASY BUTTON to report these files.Once again, this "vector" file is flattened background with only 'vector' text on top. https://stock.adobe.com/images/4th-of-july-independence-day-background/358866012?prev_url=detail Have had this happened several times, finally over it. GIVE US A REPORT BUTTON ON ART.
Bonjour, je viens d'acheter ce visuel : 681075301 et je ne m'étais pas rendu compte qu'il s'agit d'un contenu génératif. Le fichier HD est très pixellisé, il doit y avoir un problème au niveau du contrôle qualité.
I just purchased an Adobe image from Arohim Art. My purchase claims to be fully editable, but is not (vector art). This provider has dozens of images with the same (misleading?) description. Am I missing something?
my adobestock contributor account not showing in google search bar if I search by pforile name
I've bought a picture from adobe stock (543666754) and it's nearly complete blurred so I can't use it. How can I complain it?
Hello.1. what happens to my purchased stock media when my subscription expires? Can I continue to use them on my website (service provider) and in my videos?2. i only need Adobe now and then for stock media that i want to use for videos and on my website (service provider). Wouldn't it be enough to buy credits as needed (instead of taking out a monthly subscription)? Does this give me the right to use the corresponding stock media indefinitely?Thank you!
Hi, just starting to explore experimental film in Imovie (will possibly move on to Premier if needed). I'd like to have access to a bank of sound effects etc - is this included in the creative plan sub please? I have a full CC sub currently
Good morning. It turned out that I have a second subscription - Adobe Stock. I didn't buy it, I don't know why it is in my package. I purchased the creative cloud package on December 27. On the other hand, a month later, it started charging me extra for Adobe Stock, even though I did not buy this package. I would like to cancel it, without additional charge.
Hello, I got the following message on one of my devices when I entered Adobe stock:Access DeniedYou are not authorised to view this page.HTTP ERROR 403How do I fix this? The website works on my other devices, but I want it to work on this one as well. I can still enter contributor.stock.adobe.com. Please help.
Hi All, A while back, I was expressing my concerns on AI being on by default in Stock. Post was entitled Persistent Account Based Setting to Disable Generative AI? (sorry - I don't know how to create a link to another post). I posted a rationale for my request at that time, and noted that I prefer (strongly) to work with original artists and not AI.Today, I did notice at a competitor (Shutterstock) that AI generated Images are a *SEPARATE* menu item. So my question is: Why couldn't Adobe do something similar? That makes it really easy to ignore all of the AI ones. Yes, I did notice that Adobe recently added a feature that shows if an image is AI when you hover over it. But that doesn't solve the problem of all the clutter from AI that I still need to remember to filter out. ThanksMichael
I have licensed dozens of pieces of music, images, videos, etc from Adobe Stock.Sometimes, months after creating content for YouTube or Facebook, my content is flagged as a copyright strike. If I'm lucky, I remembered to copy the license information to a text file, so I have it on hand. But many times I don't have that information handy. How do I retrieve the license information for a previously licensed and downloaded asset? It doesn't seem to be available anywhere on the website.
I added a Standard License audio as soundtrack to youtube. Youtube blocked the video and when I showed them the license, it said I can use the audio but I can't earn money from the video for my account. I am posting cooking videos and want to gain followers and eventually monetize the account, not the specific video. please advise.and by the way, this site says that you can contact human help at customer service, and even has an icon with headsets, but have all the humans gone home?
I'm very disturbed and saddened to see so many AI-generated images of people with Down syndrome available for purchase on Adobe Stock. Some of the images look very distorted and grotesque like the one below or support generalizations of the disability. As a person directly connected to the Down syndrome community, I fear the impact this could have on the public's perception of all people with disabilities. Who is screening this material for sale?
Hey,I wanted to download an image, but I noticed that the author made a mistake (a layout of EU Parliament seats, and a part of it is missing) and I would like to let him know. Is there a way to contact him or a place to report an error?

Can't seem to open new document in a seperate window, a simlpe feature in any application. appearentyl the biiger you get, the less the effort, This shouldn't be an issue for you. It's a shame really. [moderator changed the subject for clarity, was “shameful”]
I am new working with adobe Stock. I had been looking and clicking and trying figure out how this whole thing works. As a result I have licensed items that I didn't even realize and now I am without a license and need to find some different icons. The items under my account that I didn't realize I licensed are as follows:- 225557681- 370641148- 209121003None of the items have been used and was hoping that someone can help me understand the process if possible to get these removed from my account. Thank you,Steve Mannon - USMC Veteran
