I tried to download free assets on Adobe Stock. After pressing the "License" button, the button was stuck in the loading mode, and an error occurred in the devtools:

May  i buy the music at Adobe stock  for my live event to use?

I've been working on a project and saving stock images to a library for consideration. I discovered that a lot of what I tried to save wasn't saved. Where I had downloaded a preview I was OK and could go back and located an image, but even then when I tried to save it would save. I tried to delete images I was no longer considering and that didn't work. They came back. I cleared the cache and history on all three browsers I tried and then rebooted the computer. Still the same problems. Please fix this. It's creating a lot of extra work and some hours that I can't legitimately bill the client for.

Hi! I've bought a interior picture (#/240846604) which is bad quality. There are blured items (eg. whole kitchen table) which should be sharp. It looks like AI generated. What can I do to get my credit back?

I'm creating a child's coloring book that will incorporate clipart from Adobe Stock from the category of "License for free." Are there any license restrictions? Of course, I will not share original vector files, but I just want to make sure there are no other restrictions. Thanks!

Hola. He cancelado mi suscripción pero aún dispongo de casi 100 créditos sin utilizar. Hoy he intentado bajar una imagen y mi cuenta aparece bloqueada. ¿Cómo puedo usar los créditos que me quedan? Me parece un robo que se queden con algo que he pagado. ¿Qué puedo hacer?

I did the free trial for adobe stock and I remember cancelling my account the same day, only to find, by suprise, 4 months later, that I was being charged for it !!! then I went to cancel and I discovered I had to pay a fee of 160 euros in orther to do so !!!!!!! what is this ? there is no indication along the way that this might be the case and since when this is even a legal practice ? I gave no consent to this. I'm a student and adobe stock is super expensive, anually is even more than my abonment for the suite !!!! there is no way I can afford to pay a fee for cancelling a service I was already paying, I payd already more than 100 euros and now I should pay another 160, for which reason ????  I would like to have this fee cancelled and the money reimbursed ! 

While scrolling through assets on my phone, an image was licensed without intent. It has not been downloaded as I have no use for the asset. Is there a way to reverse the licensing of an asset? This seemed like a glitch of some kind. As the license button was nowhere near my thumb and when I found the image I wanted I found out a purchase had just been made on something I didn't need. Have there been other reports of this kind of thing happening and is there a way to stop it from happening again? Info: Samsung S8 on Chrome Browser.  

Whenever i try to cancel my plan it says ''You'll be able to manage this plan shortly'' and i dont wanna get charged

I tried to save something to my library and it said I have to license the item. I thought it weird so (never having used Adobe Stock before) I clicked on license waiting for the next set of instructions. Nope. I just licensed the damn thing. I'm a bit annoyed and PO about this. [ Something like a "This action will substract x credit from your account. Are you sure you want to proceed?" would have really helped. ] What are my options?

I'm a Photoshop user trying to work with an Illustrator mock-up file for a brand identity kit. In photoshop you typically have a smart layer that says: put logo here. When you save the smart layer and go back to the original doc, the logo appears perfectly adjusted in all the different mock-up elements...Asset #448354365 is a good example of what I'm referring to. Am I going to find a similar procces in Illustrator or no? I don't have to drop the logo into every single little design itteration in here do I?I hope that makes sense... 

Twarita, I seem to be stuck in AI pergatory.  Can you help me with something.  I purchased the 5 credit package earlier today and now that I am trying to download and license a couple of the images it tells me that there is an error.  But I can't get any direction from the AI assistant on how to get around this  

Where can I find the original Fotolia purchase date? It was not imported correctly to Adobe stock.

hello,  i am at a loss. I have a full Adobe account and I want access to the included Adobe mockups. However it is saying I need to start a free trial. I already have an account and I don't know what to do.

Ich habe nach Phoroshop gesucht und beim Buchungsvorgang war an irgendwelche Stelle ein Hacken, sodass ich dieses Program automatisch mitgekauft habe. Hello, when I'm trying to license anything from stock using my credit I always get an error message saying that "there was an error processing your request". I'm able to download licensed ones in the past but I can't license new ones. I've searched and tried everything but no luck. Can anyone help me?
