I am working on a website for a client in my city. I search for the city and found a generative AI image within the first 9 results claiming to be my city that is so completely inaccurate. It shows skyscrapers along a riverbank... This city is in the middle of farmland in the midwest. There are zero skyscrapers in the whole state. Would you report this image or let it go as it's tagged as "Generative AI"? I know this part of a bigger discussion on AI images, but I'm wondering where the line is drawn between art and reality when it comes to stock images. 

Today I searched for a track that I downloaded from adobe stok a while ago, and I couldn't find it by name. When I went to look through my license history, I saw that some assets are no longer available. I need a license for a song.  

I found a video i like googleing it found itin 'Adobe Stock UK'  but not in the Adobe Stock USA Version?? What do I do. Here is the video animation. Would love it with no background to. I signed up to a free trial of Adobe stock and was immediately charged for a full month for £23.99!There must be something wrong as I see a few other posts with the same issue - I'd like a refund please and the free trial that I should have had? Live chat isn't very helpful as nobody is replying.

For several days now, when I try to download an image from ST, an empty file is downloaded.I tried all the solutions listed in the guide and nothing helped

I purchased 6 4k stock videos today yet the 7th could not be found to purchase. That video has disappeared.I downloaded a stock video preview and edited it into a sequence. Today I tried to purchase that video to complete my project and it had disappeared. How do I get to the database to find who authored the video to see if I could retrieve the clip?

I initially purchased Adobe Stock as a trial plan and continued my membership the next month. I did not choose a plan in Adobe Stock in any way. I have a Creavetive Cloud account and I already purchased my plan there annually. I just want to cancel my Adobe Stock membership. Can someone tell me how I can do it

What does this alert mean to me since I've already licensed, downloaded and used on print material? Will it cause copyright issues in the future? File #679720908

Hi, I would like to know if I need to add extra licences to videos that have an extended/standard licence to use them in Digital out of home, TV & social media for 9 week period?thanks Wanda

It is preposterous that you are selling horrible, lazy AI generated stock imagery. These images have completely flooded the stock library and show up even if the filter to exclude them is enabled (I have attached an image detailing this issue). This is not content any person working in a professional capacity would ever consider using, beyond as an example of how horrible AI generated imagery is. 

Hello,    Due to a manager account issue on renewal license, I had to switch to another contract but I'm losing all my license history on adobe stock.   License that I paid.... I transfered the cloud assets to the new and how you can see in the attachment there's the license.... But if I try to download again that image ID from Stock I can't....   In the attachment you can see my previous VIP details   It's not accetable to lose this amount of stock that I already paid!   Best Francesco   [Moderator deleted private information. Somos assinante dos aplicativos e banco de imagem e fiquei extremamente decepcionado com a baixa resolução e qualidade das mesmas. Além disso, percebi que algumas imagens foram geradas por inteligência artificial (IA), o que provavelmente explica a baixa qualidade das mesmas. Como um cliente da Adobe, esperava que as imagens adquiridas pela Adobe Stock atendessem aos padrões de qualidade que a empresa sempre ofereceu em seus produtos. Sendo assim, sugiro que a Adobe desenvolva um campo de pesquisa de imagens onde podemos selecionar ou não imagens IA. Isso permitiria que os usuários pesquisem por imagens com mais facilidade e rapidez, além de garantir que as imagens fornecidas pela plataforma atendam aos requisitos mínimos de resolução e qualidade. Como cliente, tenho o direito de esperar que as imagens que adquiro atendam às minhas expectativas em termos de qualidade e resolução.

So if my mebership ends for adobe stock does the liscence aggrements end for all the images that i ahve used or gained from adobe stock or does the liscnce aggrement go for as long as i want???

I accidentally licensed the HD version of asset #516349496, but I wanted the 4K version. I can't find anywere where to swap versions, the only option I have is "download again" buttom and thats it. I didn't even finish downloading the file, I had it cancelled. I tried contacting support but it said there was no one available and to try at another time. Is there a way to fix it? I still want the file I just need the 4K version.

Hi Adobe. I have umlimited stock images downloads via my company plan and up until this morning, all the license buttons have changed to buy buttons. I've confirmed that I still have the unlimited stock download plan. I've tried logging in/out. Help!

I downloaded 281916036 and only after downloading did I realize that the dictionary page for the word has the wrong pronunciation and definition.  It's supposed to be for "slander" but it looks like it's for "slacken."  The asset is unusable for anyone that pays attention to the image content.  Can I be credited back for this download? https://stock.adobe.com/images/slander-definition-of-the-word/281916036

After licensing an icon template on Adobe Stock, is it permissible to edit/modify icons?For example, I download an icon template of 'e-learning' but I need to modify some of the icons to fit my project deliverables. 

Hello,  I just purchased FILE #:  101898937 on Adobe stock, which is full of typos. I have found three so far and the text isn't editable so this file is useless.

I just downloaded an image and did not realize it was premium, over 200 credits! Please let me know how to get this refunded.

I had 10 credits a month subscription.I recently upgrade to 750 plan credits.I used around 380 credits for the month and when i was charged for the month the credits from previous month dissappeard.I now have 750 credits and this 370 that left are gone.Are the credits active only for the month becasue when i have 10 they accumulate every month.Thanks

Just purchased image #:  641899816 - and it is very pixellated and not usable - fake upscale to 6000px of a very low resolution AI generated image - refund please!Suspect all the images in this user: keisuke collection are like this too.
